[Resolved] Flipkart — refund not received after expected period of time | |||
I placed an order for redmi note 7 pro on 28th april 2019 nearly at 12:00 pm. During payment process after entering otp, my transaction failed but amount of rs.13, 999 was deducted from my bank account. Its 5th day now since the money was deducted and i haven't received any refund. On phonepe i got a notification that money has been credited to my account but there's no any such transaction of money on my account. I haven't even got the official message from my bank of money being credited. I please request you to look into this issue as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
May 5, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I got my refund on 7th day after my money was deducted from my bank account. It was not because I submitted complaint here. It worked according to the refund policy which says "Your money will be refunded within 7 working days". If you don't get your money back within 7 days, I suggest you to contact your bank or contact flipkart. But flipkart has the worst customer care serivce i have ever seen.
