[Resolved]  Flipkart — Refund not received for missing product

I'm facing a serious issue here . I've been a flipkart costumer for a long time but this is the first time that I am facing this much trouble. Firstly I didn't recieve the product that I paid for. You guys handed me an empty box for which I raised an issue requesting my refund worth ₹5499/- . After so many days, so many struggles talking to your useless customer support and explaining them everything again and again your customer support team initiated a refund on 16th October and asked me to wait for 24 hrs. Now it's been 7 days and I haven't received a penny. I've been writing mails and contacting your support again and again but in vain. I've also attached my bank statement with my issue for you reference still you guys aren't doing anything about it. All my issues have been marked resolved without actually resolving any of them. Tell me what should I do. It's been more than a month since I placed my order. Please do something about it ASAP.
