Flipkart — Refund of my Flight ticket Booking Cancellation

Air India Flight ticket had been booked on flipkart platform booking id: FF[protected]. Flight had been cancelled on same date of booking i.e. 07 October 2020. And i have also talked to represntative of flipkart coustmer services regarding it. He told me your ticket is get cancelled and full amount will be refunded back within 14 days. For 5/6 days Cancellation status pending showing in flipkart Website. After that Refund amount is 0 reflected. Completely 6600 rupees captured by flipkart. Extremely poor Coustmer services.

I have mailed to him still no action has been taken by flipkart neither flipkart talked to Air India sell services to intiate the refund status.

I have mailed several times regarding resolution of my refund. But no any replies from flipkart customer service.

Kindly do process to revert my refund. I have also talked to Air India Coustmer they told your cancellation is void by flipkart so I can't refund the amount. Please get intouch with Air India sales to team in case of any discrepancy.

Hi,
I did book 2 flight tickets in the month of May 2020. Which was a round trip, i.e. Bangalore to Raipur and Raipur to Bangalore. The fight got canceled due to the COVID-19 lockdown.
The booking Ids are:
- Bengaluru to Raipur: FF[protected]
- Raipur to Bengaluru: FF[protected]

As I have still not received the refund of the amount. I contacted Flipkart travel customer care, I was informed to provide bank details to this email, as a refund to the original mode of payment was getting declined.

I wrote mails to flikart customer support for refund and provided all my bank details as requested, still they are just delaying my refund.

Very deeply disappointed.
I feel no action is being taken by flipkart customer support. I don't know how this can go unchecked in organisation like flipkart.
