I had purchased mi dual driver earphones from flipkart through the seller - SuperComNet on[protected] and got the product on[protected]. I want to return it as its jack isn't compatible(not going fully in the 3.5mm Jack) and the sound is low, that's why I want to return and get a refund for it. Please look into this problem ASAP and let me know. I want a RMA for the return of the product. I

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Home and Garden

    The issue that I have experienced was: I had ordered a Mosquito Repellent Racquet on the 29th of August for a brand WDK 3152 (Attached) . I was delivered a racquet of a different brand- AK 313 (Attached ) and of a much inferior quality, on the 5th of September . I asked for a replacement with the right racquet . I was assured that by 13th of September, I would get the replacement . On 13th, the date was moved to the 20th of September, for no apparent reason . I had many calls and noted exchanged with the Flip-kart representatives ( Attached ). Finally, a Representative named, Priya talked to me on the 21st of September, and asked me to cancel the Order which I refused and asked for the delivery of the product . She assured me that the issue would be resolved in the next 48 hours . But, when I went to the Order, I saw that the comment "Issue has already been resolved " was written and my option to write further notes, was disabled . Now, I am stuck with the wrong product which has neither been replaced nor refunded .

    It occurred on: 21/09/2020

    i) They should deliver the right product immediately .
    ii) The Customer Care Representatives should genuinely try to help the Customers.
    iii) Such Sellers should be pulled up for damaging the reputation of Flip kart and for causing so much harassment to the Customer.
    iv) Explanation should be asked from them as to why a wrong product was delivered in the first place .
    v) There can be no compensation for the mental harassment and inordinate delay . It should be ensured that it is not repeated .

    I look forward to a prompt resolution on this matter.

    I am still awaiting a resolution from Flipkart . It is a simple resolution but I am not sure why it is taking so many days . The proof has been provided . And, the first thing to be done is to provide the right product . Rest can follow in terms of corrective steps. This be looked into . Again, I have a strong feeling that there is no intention on the part of Flipkart to resolve this as they have been getting away with such issues without any challenges or punitive action .

    I experienced this issue 5 times continuously. Check my complaint.

    They will cancel the requests without any reason.

    Let's get ready to fight this out legally.

On the 26th evening I got a message that ‘the product has been delayed and it will be delivered in the next 2-3 days till 30th September 20, after the waiting period I have received another email that ‘Your product has been delayed and it will be reached by 2nd October 20. and today I got new date that 5th oct 20

          Hi,
          On September 10, 2020, I placed an order for an Apple AirPods Pro through Flipkart.com and it was delivered on September 12, 2020. I had also ordered an Apple iPhone XR before. Both these products were ordered for my wife as a gift for her birthday. Shockingly, the AirPods Pro was not an authentic Apple product but some sorts of local and cheaply made fake AirPods, however, they were nicely packed in an Apple AirPods Pro hardcover (please see attachments). Ever since, I contacted Flipkart several times via online messaging available on their website and reported this issue with the photos(see attachments) as proof. In return, from September 18, 2020 with all the cosmetic apology e-mails, they kept on giving me assurance via online reply messages that Flipkart had taken notice of my issue and the matter will be resolved soon. Please see their message below:

          "We will contact you within 72 hrs to clarify your request. Please note your request will be accepted only if it falls within the flipkart return policy. Refund of ₹XYZ amount will be added to your original payment mode within 2 business days(Bank holidays not included) after pick up is completed."

          Every time, I contact Flipkart they keep on extending the date by which this matter will be resolved and refund initiated, making me frustrated with this behavior. I have therefore decided to take a legal action against Flipkart. I wanted to promote their business but they just don't care. They do not respect and value their customers.

                This is Ravi Kumar having a flipkart account with +917*******3 & s*****[protected]@gmail.com. My account got blocked by flipkart on 27Aug20 for raising multiple return or refund requests.

                I had raised 3 4 times a return request for one product only (Undergarment, Like - Order placed on Aug 24, 2020, Order ID OD[protected].

                First time, placed an order on flipkart with seller JockeyIndia (Page Industries) and got different size o[censored]ndergarment (We did not have photos of that order as we do not know we should take photos of all the products before raising the request). After returning the item again got the same size. We thought JockeyIndia (Page Industries) people can not read and see the order size and return requested reason so it's better to ask them for a refund. So we asked them for a refund then we got a mail from flipkart to share the photos and my personal details, after this we called flipkart and told it is unacceptable and ridiculous but as we do not have option we shared all the details (two seperate emails on Aug 21, 2020, 4:39 PM (6 days ago)) and got the refund.

                Again we thought to place an order with a different seller so this time we placed an order from seller RetailNet. This time also got three different sizes o[censored]ndergarments (photos are attached). We again started to raise the refund request as we thought SELLER SE NA HO PAYEGA (Seller can not send proper size). But when we tried to raise a refund request 27Aug20 morning for 2nd order o[censored]ndergarment, our account got blocked by Flipkart.

                After this i again spoke to flipkart customer care today morning and asked for the reason for blocking our account but told we will get an email regarding this then we can send our concern. From then we were waiting for the Flipkart email but did not get it yet.

                We want a proper reason for blocking our account. Why and how flipkart has blocked our account. Without checking the facts with us and with the seller how Flipkart has decided who is default and whose accounts should be blocked.

                It's harassment of customers. Whoever has made this rule/term and conditions i think he has to sell tea/pan/cigarette outside the flipkart office as he does not know anything. I think I can do better than them(him/her).

                The support team always sends scripted replies so hoping to get a reply soon from some sensible/responsible person.

                After this whatever item i got from flipkart all are defective, regarding this i sent lots of mail as my account was blocked i can not raise any request from my account, nothing has been done from them yet. Photos are attached too.

                  I ordered a laptop table for studying purpose for my exam for Rs 1500. I used it for few days and found it was not of good quality but since my exam was near i couldnt raise complain. Moreover, the same product is available in local market at 300Rs. and with much higher quality. I feel cheated by flipkart. And they are not accepting return of my product since 30 days have passed. But i had hardly used it and such furniture products are not meant to get damaged so soon. People should never buy such product from flipkart. Please take the product back and refund my amount.

                    I have ordered iphone xr mobile from flipkart and they delivered with out accessories

                    1. Initially they have approve refund request but later they came back saying "i have mentioned accessories are defective in the issue" but nowhere i mentioned it

                    2. From begin i am communicating as accessories are missing and same information i received back from flipkart after raising issue on sep28

                    3. I did return request again, this time refund option not available

                      I requested them to cancel the order.
                      First, they acknowledged that they will cancel after 48 hours — which they didn't.

                      Next, they shipped the item.

                      That's why i called them and asked them to cancel it again. This time, customer support made excuses like they do not have proper wifi and hence cannot communicate. When i pressed them, the customer support executive said that she cannot cancel.

                      Next, i again raised a complaint through their chat, the guy first said canceling and then started giving excuses.

                      I want flipkart to cancel the order.

                        Dear sir/ ma'am,

                        I have ordered a product from flipkart on 06.09.2020 and the delivery of the product was on 07.09.2020 which they have failed to deliver on given time. They have delivered the product on 15.09.2020 but the product delivered was a wrong product.

                        I have placed a replace request on 19.09.2020 and they have delivered the same wrong product on 19.09.2020. Due to which i have asked flipkart to take back the product and refund the amount which they haven't done yet.

                        They are not taking back the product and are also not refunding the amount i paid to them. I have lost all my patience following up with them via call and email's. I request the concerned authority to take necessary action against company and help me get the amount refunded.

                          Order id od[protected]Muscle blaze bcaa) product was ordered on flipkart on 10/09/2020.
                          It was supposed to be delivered on 12th but got delayed & was received on 13th.
                          When opened the package, the seal on the bottle & cap was broken.
                          When the cap was opened there was one more seal under the cap which was found tampered.
                          Complaint was lodged immediately & false commitment was given that it will be replaced by 16th. Since then have this tampered product is neither picked up nor i have received the replacement of product.

                          When spoke with customer care, every time they mention that we are escalating the issue, just for the sake of attending the calls that's it. No one is taking the responsibility to resolve the issue. Also some of the customer care team members disconnected the cal as soon as they understand that they are unable to provide resolution.

                          Never expected such pathetic services are provided by flipkart & doing fraud with their customers.
                          Its been 20 days & the tampered product is still not done.

                                  I upgraded to a device in feb 2019. I used old flipkart account at first and then later i left it over and created a new flipkart account in same device afterwhich i played nearly for 6 months and earned youtube premium membership. all of sudden after claiming reward flipkart banned me from gamezone saying that i use multiple accounts. Then i re -logged to old account and deactivated it from my side from app but issue of gamezone not resolved.

                                  i had contacted flipkart customer care several times and they simply send a piece of terms and conditions that i am using multiple accounts but technically false as i closed the old account. no resolution provided since january,

                                  Some exceutives also claims that the old account is still active. Finally, out of all this mess, i came here with the last hope. I hope my query get resolution.please unblock me and allow access to play gamezone and as well as flipkart video

                                    I tried to buy this product from flipkart on 28th aug 2020.
                                    Then it showed payment method page to pay the money. I choose using debit card.
                                    After that i recevied an otp to my mobile for comformation. I entered the otp.
                                    Then it took 2-3 minutes in loading screen... (Processing payment)
                                    After that it showed order not placed!
                                    But the money inr 1335.00 was deducted. I received an sms.

                                    And then i went to order section in flipkart app it showed order not placed.
                                    Refund will be processed if deducted!

                                    Then i thought i will get my money back
                                    After 15days i tried to contact by going to need help of ordered product.
                                    I choose receive a call
                                    They called but some other customer care was connected
                                    I tried 3-4 times but no use.

                                    Then i checked again in flipkart app it was showing refund will be processed.

                                    Till now (29 sep 2020) i haven't received my money back!
                                    Please refund my money!
