Dear Sir/ Madam,

I order my product on 28th July 2020, and dilivered on 1st aug 2020.

I received my product is totally different brand, I order a desktop of DGCAM Core i5 (8 GB DDR3/500 GB/ Windows 10 Home / 512 MB/ 17.1 inch screen / All in Computer 12310)

But I received different brand i.e Monitor is "Crystal" brand and keyboard and mouse is "Intex" brand.

This order replacement...

Transaction failed and money deducted and send to flipkart seller

On date 18 aug i tried to brought a laptop on flipkart and when i paiy for it a amount of 49998 was debited from my account and transfered to flipkart internet priv as printed on my passbook and my bank also said that the amount was successfully transfered to flipkart but when i call i call flipkart they said that we didn't received amount i have given every proof that proves that the amount was transferred to flipkart seller please help.br...

Delivery issue of my product

I ordered poshak women printed flared kurta, order id : od[protected] is actual delivery date is 25th august 2020. But till today 27th august 2020 the product is not delivered... Our delivery area is not under containment zone, triple lockdown etc... This is the 3rd product is going to be cancelled... On ordered time showing delivery is available, then why make these type of issues... Now the product is also be out of stock...

VU TV issue

After playing YouTube when we exit to come back on cable tv the tv turns black and it has to be turned off and turn it on back again then it becomes normal .We bought the tv on May 25 2020 and have started facing issue....

Flipkart not refunding the money for the cancelled flight

flipkart pay later + idfc

This is regarding the failed transaction happened from my hdfc account towards payment for flipkart pay later.
As flipkart's beneficiary bank for pay later is idfc, my payment transaction was initiated for idfc for the amount rs 6884/-, the transaction was done at 12:05am on 10th january 2020, upi transaction id[protected]. delay in delivery with no updates

I stay in bangalore, i ordered a phone on 21st Aug, the phone was shipped from bangalore and flipkart delayed my order 3 times taking up a total of 8 days for delivery n still i see that my shipment is in motherhub of malur from past 4 days ... i dont understand what flipkart is trying to do here . either they faked my order or they dont have stock of the product.

I had ordered a pair of turtle beach gaming headphonea from flipkart. The headphones came with a 1yr warranty. After just one month the headphones has become unstable. It only gives out sound from one of the earcups. The volume rocker wheel has also become obsolete and whenever i try to adjust the volume, it further lowers the volume and the music stops in tbe headphones altogether. About the game section in flipkart

I have won a Saregama carwaan bluetooth speaker on 1st august but have not received neither notification nor sms.
Now in the coupon section it is showing the pruze for 1Rs but after clicking on the coupon the prize is not showing 1Rs it is normal 6k showing.

No response on return of defective product

I have ordered Jabra Elite 65t wireless earbuds on 5th of August. They were delivered on 10th of August but found to be defective. The left earbud is not working and raised a return request on the same day. Flipkart customer care contacted and gave troubleshooting instructions to be followed but were ineffective. Then a tech vist happened and technician declared the product as defective. I thought someone would come for pick up but strangely...
