Here I am applying you to lodge one complaint regarding one wonderchef mixer blender .
On 18th september, 2020, i ordered one wonderchef mixer blender(nutri blend white) with two jars in flipkart whose promised delivery date was 22nd sept, 2020 then it was changed to 25th sept, 2020. Later it was changed to 27th sept, 2020. But after complaining so many times it was ultimately delivered on 29th Sept, 2020, when I was out of station from 28th sept, 2020.
As I had to leave the station, my neighbour received it and it remained packed. On 8th oct, 2020, after returning, i unpacked the box and found the product faulty. One of the jar is remained attached and we can not separate it. I contacted your flipkart customer care and they were denying to take any responsibility, because return date was up to 6th oct, 2020 (seven days from the delivery date).
All these inconvenience happened due to excessive late delivery of the product from the promised date.
So, i am requesting you to take necessary measure so that I can at least exchange the product from flipkart.

    Hello,
    I have ordered a refrigerator OD[protected] for 41K INR and it was delivered to me on 5th October. The item was found to be in non working condition before demo (Compressor is not working) on 7th October.
    Technician visited me 2 times - 7th and on 8th.
    Both time, the same person came and said he has reported the fridge as faulty to Samsung and he has said Samsung then going to report the same to Flipkart and the replacement is going to happen.
    I am calling flipkart support each day for the resolution.
    Now, today on 12th October, I am told that, technician did not report anything back and I have to wait more as they have escalated this to 'higher authority'. I am getting the same reply from 6th October.
    I understand there is a 10 day replacement time from flipkart, and even though it is known from day 1 that this is faulty, neither my replacement request nor the refund is approved.

    Created on 7th October, and initially I was told it would be approved in 72H and it's already 5 days till then!!!

    This is an expensive item and I am totally shocked to see the customer service of flipkart for resolving a simple issue.

    PLEASE either replace or refund me the money and take away the refrigerator in the same untouched condition and same place where your delivery team have left it, so that I can buy the item from some other sellers who provides me a better service.

    Will I get a replacement OR refund?
    And when?
    Nothing is updated on Flipkart!! after 8 days of receiving the faulty product.

      I bought Marq AC 1.5 ton almost 1.5 years ago with 1 year product warranty and 1 year extended warranty valid till march 2021. My AC stopped working after 1.2 years and I contacted marq customer care. They arrange a technician they checked and told that unit PCB is damaged and needs to be replaced. Since then its more than 3-4 months and no action taken.

They are mentally torching customers and should be banned for poor customer service. Please help my consumer complaint to get resolved soon.

        Flipkart is advertising "now exchange any smartphone in any condition". but the site in not even accepting the imei no of my phone. i have already checked my imei and it is correct and has no issues. flipkart is going around doing false advertisement and misleading its customers.

            I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Beauty and personal care

            The issue that I have experienced was: i have ordered Denver Hamilton, Honour, Pride, Caliber and Prestige Combo Deodorant Spray - For Men (1000 ml, Pack of 5) Ordered on Jul 09, 2020 Order ID OD[protected]

            Bu the seller cheated my by sending the 165 ml of 5 pack. wherein he hidden the quantity on the bottle with marked.
            Same i have given complaint to flipkart after many compalints that replaced the item. On 22 Aug 2020
            I’am shocked by seen the replaced item as it was very poor in condition. It was tampered, damaged and used product . more over again its 165ml instead of 200ml.
            Again complained to flip cart many times .Its been months till date no action Taken place.
            I think it was going in the other way. i have called many times to customer care and complained about the same..
            Till date no action taken on seller nor the i get my item as per my booking on line..
            irrespective of repeated complaints and follow up . its very annoyed that customer care give the wrong revert blindly
            I havw updated mu contact num i.e [protected] to customer care . even they conacted on the same
            But the revert they closed complain that iam not contactable on a thet call on old num [protected]

            It occurred on: 9/08/2020

            they just ask me to accept the refund of the same
            i dont know that how many people were got cheated like this by the seller .

            Sir the seller was not having stock of 200ml combo pack., why he has to give me 165ml of combo by marking the quantity ml..
            If i has received the 1000ml i would not had raised request.
            It was truly fraud by the seller. i can expect that this way he may have cheated many consumers.
            even the replacement item was also 165 Ml combo 5 pack was not as per my order of 200 ml combo 5 pack

                Hi,
                Flipkart is saying 'The ₹439.0 as refund will be added to your CORPORATION RUPAY Debit Card by Oct 06.' but still on 12 Oct 2020, I did not get the refund. I contacted Bank also and they are saying the amount is not available. I contacted many times to Flipkart CC and every time they say in next 48 hours issue will be solved and amount is processed. I am very frusted. Flipkart is not refunding my money.
                I also submitted the latest bank statement but they are not taking any action and only giving me mext 2 days.

                Kindly refund the money.

                  I ordered infinity n120 bluetooth earphones on 1 September 2020.
                  The cost of earphones is Rs.1314
                  This amount is deducted from my allahabad bank account and the order is not placed and I didn't get refund, I talked to the flipkart customer care service they said to contact bank.i contacted bank they payment is successful.

                  Now when I try to get contact with flipkart
                  My order id OD[protected] is not showing in any records of my orders... I contacted flipkart service they are saying order id is not in any records, therefore I'm sending this screenshot .check this order id. And I want my refund.
                  How can flipkart misplace someone order id and their payment.

                    Flipkart keeps on increasing the date of delivery. And the escalation team from Flipkart instead of providing a solution they keep forcing to cancel the product . This is the third product for which I faced a similar issue.

                    The last product escalation team clearly told me such a thing will not happen back again over the mail. But they keep on repeating the same pattern.

                        I gave both the pen drive to flipkart wishmaster on 5th october 2020, but they have refunded for only 1 pen drive and for another pen drive they are not refunding.
                        they have given date for 7th, 10th, 12th and now 15th again but not giving my money please help to get my hard earned money

                          Purchased of product from flipkart on feb 2019 with jeeves extended warranty for two years and i had problem facing with that product within a year and after that i raised a complaint against the product on feb 2020 .on feb 2020 the service executive came to survey my product and he updated as the product motherboard become defected, for further details customer executive will contact within 48 hours. after i requested for call back continuously one of the Jeeves executive contacted me on june 2020. he informed that we have arranged for return pickup of the product and once the product will reach us you will get a refund within 8 working days and they requested me to submit bank account details, invoice copy and extend warranty of the product after that i submitted all the documents as requested, i mail to the Jeeves and they made delay with pickup of the product on sep 2020. till the date of October 2020 i requesting for the status of refund amount but they are not responding properly even i make a call to Jeeves thrice in a week so kindly take action about this case, this is making mentally stress for me.

                            Then I cancelled order the refund is not credited still but Flipkart side refund is completed and refund is not credited

                              I ordered Avita Pura Ryzen 5 laptop on Flipkart from RetailNet Seller at Rs.30483 on 18th September. It got delivered on 23rd September. But the product I received is damaged in Touch pad and also some detached screws are making sounds inside. When I lift the laptop, the sound can be heard.

                              I initiated the Return on the 28th Sep. Return was accepted and they kept on calling everyday and says like Technician will visit and once approved, it will be picked-up. No one came until the promised date and even after that. Then once I received a call from Flipkart and sent mail to seller and my status got changed to Return Approved. Refund Accepted. Waiting for pickup in 2 days. Nothing happened in that 2 days.

                              After that I called them to ask when the pickup can be done. They said they have escalated the issue, It will be resolved in 2 days. After 2 days I received the call and said, Due to some technical problem, pickup can't be made, and he said he will raise the return request once again.

                              After that call, the status has been changed to Return Cancelled, Refund cancelled. After that I keep on calling and chatting with them, All they say is "Sorry, Now the Return period got over. Seller will not accept the Return", you might need to visit Avita service center. And If i ask Is this the way to treat customers, they say like "pls give ur alternate number, u will get callback". And they wanted to escape from the call/chat.

                              It seems like Retailnet knew about Flipkart's loophole very well and played with customers. And Flipkart doesn't care and cheat along with the seller.

                              I need the product to be pickedup and need the Refund amount.

                              If that doesn't happen, I am just thinking to try my luck with consumer complaints portal at gov.in. I am not sure how that will go. Let me try. If that has not got solved there, this avita will be my last purchase / and the last time i got cheated from flipkart for sure.

As FLip Shop Ltd have not received said amount of Rs. 1, 849/- and intimated me that the order was cancelled and to obtain the amount from the Bank to be credited to my account. Accordingly, I approached SBI Customer Services Centre and registered my complaint vide Ticket No: [protected]. The status/ Resolution of the complaint was always shows that : “Under Process”. Finally it was stated by them(UPI Transaction Related (only Non financial)) your complaint has been routed to Branch: UPI DEPT for immediate redressal. I have approached the SBI Bank and they have intimated to me to approach Google Pay. Google has not given any response to my complaint and bank also not responded and intimated to approach flipkart. More than five months have been lapsed still the amount has not been credited to my account so far. Nobody has given proper reply to me. If the amount is not credited, I may like to file a suit in CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 2020. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                                    I ordered in flipkart for 800rupees and they sent me the product less than it worth like around 300 and when i raised the issue they took away the product from me and sent me only 400 rupees and the other money is missing i tried like around 20 times to customer service but no response no refunds yes 400 is some huge amount for middle class people... Please help me with this...
