[Resolved]  Flipkart — refund policy and cancellation process

I ordered redmi note 5 pro (Gold) on 10th august on flipkart through my bajaj finserv emi card. But later in the evening, i came to know that my order was cancelled by the seller without any prior information. Flipkart customer care is saying that it is already written in policy that seller can cancel your order at any time and for resolution they are saying to order me again that mobile. But the problem is that i can't order it till the refund. It will take 7working days but i need the mobile on urgent basis. Now please take appropriate action and find out who is responsible for this type of problems. Thanks
