[Resolved] Flipkart — refund related complaint | |||||
Sir, I ordered symphony diet air cooler from flipkart on 9th october. Delivery date was given on 16th october from flipkart. But my product was not deliverd on 16th october. When i called flipkart, he said that your product will be delivered to 20th october. But he did not deliver to my product 20th oct. And he gave a date 22th oct. After that i waited till midnight on 22nd october then i canceled my product. While i had paid its payment to net banking of kotak mahindra bank. After canceling the order. They gave me the time to refund by october 24th and the amount will be seteled in my accont till 1st november. But today, on 23rd november, there was no refund in my account yet.
