[Resolved] Flipkart — Refund related [Incident: IN[protected]] | |||||
Dear Sir/Ma'am, I have ordered a Google pixel (quite black) mobile from Flipkart.com worth Rs. of 32149/_ on 15th of May 2017. Because o[censored]nsuccessful eexchange of old phone I didn't get the product and cancelled it. On 17th of May 2017, I got a message from Flipkart.com saying that "Your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to my bank account within 26 May 2017. I waited till 27 May 2017 but didn't get the message for money refund from my bank account. I called Flipkart.com and the way they responded was shocking for me. They said they had done the refund to you bank. Kindly contact to your Customer Care of your issued bank. Flipkart.com is not going to loot your money. But actually they did. I called to Axis Bank Customer Care and they said they have not received any refund from Merchant Flipkart.com. Again I called to Flipkart.com and asked for the ARN number and they had given me one Reference No and told me to give that number to my bank so that they can check. They send me one mail as well in that they have mentioned about the Reference number and the refund which had never ever happened. I again called to Axis Bank Customer Care and told that Reference No. which I got from Flipkart.com but Axis Bank guys were unable to see any details using that number I again called them and this time they were not even bother to resolve my issue. Instead of that every time they are saying that Refund has been done from Flipkart.com. Your bank is lying your money, Kindly contact to your bank. Verified Support Jun 21, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response refund has been already processed from our end shared the reference number also, customer stated that he has already raise an online dispute in the bank. Case closed from our end..
