Flipkart — Regarding delay

I have ordered the samsung tab of cost 12000. The delivery date of that product is 26th July, but it has been cancelled from their side and when I contacted them regarding the delay in delivery they are not responding. I required that product very urgent, but they are not responding to my queries. So I request you to take severe action against the flipkart and the seller. And provide me the compensation of 10000 for this delay and waste of my precious time and money.
