Dear sir/ Maam i had ordered Ro water purifier (FABER FWP XUV 8000) image attached below from flipkart from my father Dr.Harish sharma flipkart id on 23rd May 2023 and got the delivery .When i see the box and read the description Its states that its only a water purifier RO facility is not mentioned on in it then dobut came into my mind that this water purifier contain Ro facility or not I also confirmed the same from the technician when he came for installation i asked him is this water purifier contain RO membrane and Ro facility he denied. Sir/Maam i am staying in area where TDS is very high[protected] so i want an purifier having Ro membrane in it, which have RO facility in it . So i placed the return request and in comments i mentioned the same and told them to return and give me refund or replace with an RO WATER PURIFIER having Ro membrane and Ro facility in it.Then flipkart generated the replacement but they are sending the same water purifier as mentioned above (FABER FWP XUV 8000) which has no use to me as my area water TDS is very high[protected] and when i talked to flipkart executive Mr. Sourav he denied that he cant initiate the refund and
cant replace this water purfier(FABER FWP XUV 8000) with Water purifier having Ro membrane and Ro facility in it . I told him that ill pay the difference amount but they denied and saying he will send the same water purifier (FABER FWP XUV 8000) . I also email to faber india on 30 th may 2023 but didn’t received any reply . I also email the flipkart on 31st may regarding the issue and they replied that they will contact me with in 48 hr but till now i didnot received any reply .
I request you to please look into the matter and help me . I want my money got refunded into my bank account or replace this Water purifier (FABER FWP XUV 8000) with a water purifier having Ro membrane or Ro facility in it
