[Resolved] Flipkart — regarding flipkart cardless credit | |
I have a flipkart account with following details [protected]@gmail.com and phone number - [protected] My account was closed without any reason in may 2019 and at that time there was 945 rupees pending for the flipkart cardless credit. Since my account was closed i was unable to pay the amount. The dues got increasing with late fees and currently stands at 2500 rs.in feb 2020 i paid my principle amount of 945 rupees after the contact by flipkart kissht team and they assured that the penalty charges which have been applied on my account will be waived off. But till now it has not been done and i am still getting messages of dues. Since my account was blocked by flipkart and i was unable to pay the amount due to it so why should i pay the penalty charges despite paying the original dues. Was this information helpful? | |

This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.Also, as per the previous discussion with the team request you to share the conformation mail for late fee wave off.
