Flipkart — Regarding late delivery of order | |||
I have ordered "Redmi 1S" on 28th October, 2014 and i got confirm mail that it will reach by 3rd November, 2014 but still I haven't received the courier of my ordered item. I think FLIPKART is no more interested in their consumers and will loose it's credit and also in my friends circle group I am going to inform everyone not to purchase any of the item from this website as they previously already lost their credit on "Big Billion Day" to make consumers fool. I have similar concern as you. I too purchase Redmi 1S on 28th Oct & estimated date of delivery was 3rd November 2014 but still the product is not delivered to me. Customer care has nothing to answer on it. Every time flip kart product is being delivered by their own courrier service but not sure why this time they have send the courrier throught "Delhivery Prepaid" Services which is one for the pathetic & worst service provider in the city. I have read many complaints about the service provider as well. The courrier status shows the product has reach Pune on 30th Oct 2014 but still not deliver to me till date. It seems Flipkart is now getting poor at delivery services.
