[Resolved] Flipkart — regarding payment refund - flight booking | |
I have made a online transaction for booking flight ticket through flipkart. After making payment the transaction window said waiting for payment confirmation due to network issues. But after a while my payment was not confirmed and i did not get my order confirmed. The balance money is deducted from my account. I contacted flipkart to provide me refund since order was not confirmes. Their customer service said the transaction failed and money is not with them. I contacted my bank for clarification. My bank said the transaction was successful and they have sent a proof for the transaction. My money is struck with flipkart and they are not refunding it. I am attaching all the proofs for my payment. Please help me in getting my money back frome them. They are least bothered about their customers and have a very bad service. They only have email communication option due to covid that also they are not promptly responding. I am in loss due to their ignorance.
