[Resolved] Flipkart — regarding wrong product delivered and against that no refund given by flipkart | |||||
I had ordered a apple i phone 5s silver in year 2016 and flipkart delivered letv mobile costing 10000/- where as i paid 17500 rupees for i phone what actually i ordered. Payment was done online through credit card at the time of buying online on flipkart websit. However when i recieved a product i told to delivery boy to open the box but he denied that we are from courier company so you open or not open it will not be as important as we cant do anything. When i opened the box after receiving i was shocked when i found wrong product of letc mobile which cost was around 10000/- but billing details was for i-phone 5s silver when i called to flipkart customer care i was told by agent to allow us 24 hrs time to investigate the matter. It is now more than 2years but no resolution given by flipkart and when my lawyer sent the, m notice o[protected] they replied that flipkart is not responsible for any fraud as mobile was sold buy third party but my question is when flipkart is advertising the product and taking the payment of product how come they can deny to sort out the issue and how come they ran away like this. I called up 100 time to flipkart customer care number but always agent kept me on long hold and after that give me answer it will take 24hrs to resolve the issue. I have sent multiple e-mails too but no solution given by flipkart. I humbly request you to take strict action against this frad and cheating which done by the flipkart. I have placed my order in Flipkart using phone pe payment method. Money debited from my account and there are no products showing in my orders which I have placed. My order is hoodie (red colour) and a real me 2 pro phone case and Teddy bear soft toy.Please look into it and let know.
