Flipkart — Regarding wrong warranty details and laptop serial no mismatch | |||
I have ordered a lenovo laptop from flipkart order id(OD[protected] on 9th oct and it was delivered on 15th oct. After receiving the product when I have registered for warranty then I was shocked that the warranty starts from 6th sept and then complained in lenovo website and they update the warranty. (Starts from 15th oct after rectification) and after that I found that the serial no of Laptop mismatch with invoice, So I lodge a complaint on 22th oct and flipkart assured me that they will provide resolution by 29th oct. Till now I did not received any resolution after so many times of calling to flipkart. I think flipkart delivered me used product thatswhy warranty information was wrong and later they corrected that. So now I want a new replacement product or fully refund.
