I ordered a product and it was delivered to me on the due date. I made a payment from sbi NetBanking and amt was deducted from my bank account but payment was failed from Flipkart...so i had to pay by cash...i want to know where is my money and will it get refunded.

    What could I do if Flipkart is not refunding my money which they deducted from my paytm wallet? The order was not placed, and Flipkart is not taking any steps to return my Rs. 1019. On 7th October at 11. 52 my order is placed and amount debited. Then instantly i got cashback of 100rs.but order not taken i have waited 4 days but not recieved my order. So i contact them but till now 25th October my refund not recieved. Order id is OD[protected]. Paytm not responding paytm Wallet transaction id is [protected]. Order id of flipkart which paytm recieved is PZT[protected]X6ZWQ01. Please help me in refund from flipkart and paytm. No response from both. My request to everyone font pay online. Cod or try to shop directly from market. Many times my amount got strucked and many things happen. My own experience i am sharing don't buy online in prepaid

      Order OD[protected] Mobil 3000 1 litre oil . Product is not delivered nor the refund has been issued. Flipkart executives just hang up the phone. have tried 15 times already.

        I ordered a laptop with order id: OD[protected] on 06/10/2021. It has to be deliver on 09/10/2021, But the product not delivered yet (25/10/21). It's been 16 days from the commitment date. Not even single message I received regarding status till now. Customer cares were gave 6 false commitments till now. Now they are saying product is misrouted u have to wait until the product is delivered. 54k payment is done through credit card. It's a bad experience from the reputed e commerce company.

          I have paid amount rs 1038 on 5th of august 11.42 pm through gpay..But still showing in flipkart amount not paid yet...Every day they are calling to pay it...

            For your kind information I have not Recieved my Phone Realme 8I Which has been ordered on Dated 07.10.2021 Order Delivery date was 14.10.2021
            But not delivered on Promise date I have contacted through Customer support service they have given Promise date which was 16.10.2021 but still Phone is not delivered to me again contacted to customer they have given us Various Delivery Date Which was as it is 21.10.2021 & 25.10.2021
            But Still Not Delivered to me.

              Flipkart delivery date 15 Oct. I l contact flipkart customer care. They said Issue from logistics. Wait for 3 days. Your product delivered to by 18oct. And not receive. Then i again call they said wait for 24 hr. And i wait again. And i am trying from 22 Oct. Still No response from Flipkart. It's my very bad Experience from Flipkart. They are saying reorder the product. Why i reorder because i purchased from sale price and now it's price increased.

                I have ordered a mobile realme gt master edition In big billion day sale with order I'd- OD[protected].It has to be delivered by October 8th as it reached my town hub as shown in flipkart, but it didn't delivered.From October 8th onwards I am regularly following up with your customer care executive daily for the delivery, they said our backend team will resolve the issue by October 11th.Still they haven't resolved my issue nor delivered the mobile and samething repeated until October 21st, then I mailed to [protected]@flipkart.com after that also I didn't got any cal or mail after 2 days they called and said they will resolve the issue and deliver it, still the complaint is in pending stage, the product is cancelled without my knowledge and concern.when I called again to customer support they said the problem is from seller bla bla after sometime another customer executive told that it has been cancelled by logistics team.I have ordered this mobile in big billion day with good offer, but after waiting for 3 weeks they finally cancelled.They are not resolving my issue nor delivering my product which I ordered for 13346 rs in big billion days.now they are saying that you buy mobile for the increased price which is now available at 25999 rs.so please take proper action on flipkart and seller.And deliver my product which I bought for 13346 on offer.Take a strict action on them which they caused me 20 days of menta agony and uncomfort.I have regularly complaining to customer support for 20 days but they are saying we can't do anything and they are not resolving the issue

                    I ordered Crompton 3l instant geyser on 29th Septemberber 2021, and my amount was debited on 3rd October 2021 through credit card,
                    And my product till now not delivered and I spoke to customer care almost 20 times to cancel my order and refund my amount, but there was no response till today.

Else please let me know so that I can cancel it and go for amazon where they ship quickly. I had been a regular customer of Flipkart and this time I am very Dissappointed. Hope you can help me in someway as this is important for me. Appreciate your service. Also I updated this issue in another forum but no response, I got a call from flipkart telling seller is out of stock but they did not tell what alternate they are doing or what efforts if any they had taken to get the product shipped. its worst online shop portal ever

                          my order date is 17 oct 2021 and today date is 25 oct 2021.
                          But till now not shipped my order.
                          When I am calling in flipkart.
                          Flipkart customer only say wait for 24 hour. I am irritating from flipkart.

                              I ordered 2 laptops, on 22 Sep, it was supposed to be delivered on 30th.
                              When I got the packet, I opened it there was only 1 laptop inside the packet.
                              I have complaint to Flipkart next day it self.
                              They told me it will get resolved in 15 days.
                              I have been constantly following up, they close the complain every time say some or other excuse.
                              Last excuse they gave what I didn't submit my Id proof.

                              Its been more than a month my problem is not getting resolved
                              I have been asking proof to them about how much was the packet size, how much was the weight of the packet, they have stopped replying to email also.

                                I had ordered few items on 16th Oct and 18th Oct 2021. The product got shipped quickly but is not delivered yet. Orders are being sent to wrong location multiple times and my delivery date is postponed after commited deadline is reached. Even if it reaches to my nearest hub(12km from delivery location), it is being returned back to mother hub.

                                Flipkart doesn't even have knowledgeable and experienced professional in their customer care service. I am bluffed everytime I contact them. They don't allow me to speak to their senior executive as well.

                                  Discount issue of realme 8 (Cyber Silver, 128 GB) with order ID OD[protected].
                                  I tried placing order with and without Exchange offer, Also Tried using Different cards, No success.
                                  Spoke to multiple representatives, First was told t try next day, I tried and was still not working, Spoke to another, Was told to place order and would check internally after that since order is not placed, can not check.
                                  I placed order and checked after that.
                                  Everytime I get a call, People talk about cart value is not what is required. I keep telling them This order is not going through with Additional discount as mentioned in terms with or without exchange both ways, I also have tried using Different cards like CITI/AXIS/SBI, Does not work. Nobody is helping.
                                  I have had Numerous interactions, Last one was wherein Representative who called me said he can not do anything and I asked if I should escalate on my own since he was not ready to do it, He asked me to escalate it wherever I want and hence, I Raised it here in this forum.
                                  I changed my desicion n wanted to keep the phone n checked with support team.
                                  They checked n informed me, order will not be cancelled n would make attempt to redeliver, I had many interactions via phone n chat, nothing happened n they finally cancelled order.
                                  I had to gift the same but i could not. I want to raise a complaint for false promises made, not keeping the word n irresponsible behavior.
                                  Now, Deal is gone n i can not buy it in same price. This seems like retaliation.

                                    I have a issue regarding getting rewards by playing Flipkart videos like ladies vs gentlemen s2, I see an error Suspicious Activity Detected when I try to unlock the surprise gift.It says I cannot claim any rewards from flipkart video. I assure you that I didn't misuse my account.. Kindly see through it what happened.

                                        I ordered a Milton vacuum flask which was delivered on 12 Oct 2021. It turned out to be defective. My refund request was accepted by Flipkart on 14 Oct 2021 and the pickup was scheduled to be by 16 Oct 2021. When Flipkart's partner Ekart logistics didn't turn up to pickup I phoned Customer Care on 18 Oct 2021 and was assured the issue would be resolved by 20 Oct 2021. As expected Flipkart didn't do anything so I again phoned Customer Care on 20 Oct 2021 and was told this would be resolved by 22 Oct. Again as expected Flipkart didn't do anything so I phoned again on 22 Oct, 23 Oct, 24 Oct and 25 Oct 2021 and everytime I was told it would be resolved. Now they said it will be resolved by 28 Oct 2021. Flipkart and their crooked partners Ekart logistics is playing all these games just to avoid giving refund. Please don't buy anything from Flipkart since they are cheats and don't refund money if product is defective
