    Hi sir, This is Yachana. I order 2 Mamaearth products from Flipcart.com on 4th OCT 2021. On next day it was showing that seller has accepted your order.But after 10 days, the order was not delivered and it was showing status as in progress.Later I contacted multiple times to flipkart customer but they didnt helped me.Just saying we will take a look.

    After this I called customer support on 19th OCT 2021, and he assured me that I will get refund on or before 27th OCT 2021.But next day i.e. on 28th OCT 2021, I found that no refund has done from Flipkart.com.

    Again I discussed with support center and they just asked me to wait and run away.I contacted to Flipkart.com support center again, and this time they again given another date i.e.[protected]. I am not sure they will provide me my refund or not.

    As promised by support executive I did not get my refund for order OD[protected], Its been month now and I am not getting it.I doubt whether flipkart is really caring about their customers

      I have ordered 6 sarees (ORDER ID - OD[protected] on 3rd October 2021. Out of which I received the delivery separately as follows.
      1. Packet containing 1 Saree
      2. Packet containing 1 Saree
      1. Packet containing 2 Sarees
      Then I was waiting for 2 more Sarees.
      A packet was delivered on 10th October 21. I have received a packet on which there is a printed sticker mentioning the following two sarees whereas when the packet was opened it was found that there is only one saree in the packet details given below:
      1. SAARA Floral Print, Printed Tant Cotton Blend Saree (Cost Rs. 524/-)
      The following Saree, I did not receive.
      2. SAARA Paisley, Woven, Embellished, self Design, Banarasi Pure Silk, Jacquard Saree (Pink) (Cost Rs. 2249/-)
      I sent a detailed email to [protected]@flipcart.com as below:
      Please note that the delivered packet when opened, I found that only saree No. 1 was there and saree No. 2 was not there. The packet was also small. You can send your representative from Nagpur to inspect the packet and check it.
      On October 8 a packet from the same order containing two sarees was delivered, which was much bigger in size than the packet referred to above.
      I called several times. I received four calls from them, every time I was required to narrate the story to a new representative.
      I also received an email from Flipkart stating that my issue will be resolved by 16th October. I am pasting their message below.
      Dear Customer,
      We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by 16 Oct, 9:00 PM.

      Then I received a call from [protected] on 24th and the representative told me that the refund of Rs. 2249 was initiated. It could be seen on order details in Flipkart App. The status was Return Rejected. Issue resolved. I also received an email from [protected]@nct.flipkart.com with the contents as pasted below:
      We’d like to let you know that your return request could not be fulfilled by the seller as their courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item in your order with order id OD[protected] with the product being intact.
      In case you have any questions, you can choose to reach us by visiting our Help Centre -https://www.flipkart.com/helpcentre and clicking on 'Contact us'.

      I again called them, as usual, this time a new representative listened to me and promised to resolve the issue. Nothing happened so far.
      I am a regular customer of Flipkart for many years. Such a thing never happened.
      Please help me in resolving this matter so that I get my refund of Rs. 2249/- as soon as possible.

        Respected sir..
        I ordered a bicycle from flipkart on dated 10 Oct 2021 with order I'd no OD[protected].
        And it was delivered on 17 October 2021.
        But when I checked it, I found toolkit was missing..so I contact customer care and they gave me two option..1. to replace product
        2. To keep product with 10% amount of product.
        I agreed on 2nd option with that 10%should be credited in account or credit card from which I paid..for that flipkart cusomer care was agreed..I strictly says no to credit amount in flipkart wallet...because of I want to take toolkit from outside..
        So I trusted the flipkart and purchase toolkit at 999 rs and 499 rs given to a mechanic for assembling the bicycle and used to start bicycle for use...
        After that I observed that 24oct was last date for return the product...so I was continue in contact with customer care to know status of 10%amount..but still nothing was sure...they offered me 300 rs one time..when I told them to that already ur customer care gave me option for 10% then why I choose 300rs...so I gave then option to take product return...on 24 Oct I again contact them to know status for 10%amount...but they said it is under progress and no update was thre in system..so I request them to resolve it by EOD of 24oct as return policy over on 24 Oct...but their customer care told that "sir don't worry as u raised a issue..so u can return the product after solution of issue up to 72 hrs".
        So I trusted flipkart and sit relaxed..and on 22 or 23 Oct I get call that 1050 amount was credited in flikart wallet...
        I clearly already told them that I don't want amount in flipkart wallet...still they credit amount in wallet..so I again request them to revert it into my credit card account..
        Today is 28 Oct..I received a final call from customer care at14:07 hrs..that nothing will happen now...we will do nothing

        So it is totally fraud with me..
        1. They did not give 10% amount exactly.
        2 they didn't credit 10% amount in my credit card account as per flipkart assurance

        3. They just pass the time for crediting amount so return time is over and I can't do anything..

        4.information regarding 72hrs returning product was wrong provided by flipkart customer care to me...this is said by another customer care of flipkart

        5. When I raise issue how u can close issue without my consent and how u can close return time of product and Now they cuted mu hand..neither I return product nor can do anything...fraud that happens to me by flipkart

        So finally I wanna know that is thre any value of customer in flipkart...u r doing as u want without listning of customer...and whenever I connect call ur customer care they disconnect call... It is totally harassment to me...
        And I will not give up in this matter...

            Replacement Request not Getting Approved even after giving DOA

            Address: TIRUPATI BIZ LINK LLP , C-205, Synthofine Industrial Estate, Behind Virwani Industrial Estate, Goregaon (East), MUMBAI, MAHARASHTRA - 400063

            I placed a order for a Laptop on 10/10/2021. Received on 12/10/2021 with a stuck red pixel on screen. Raised the replacement request on 13/10/2021. Waited for 10 days for a technician visit from Asus. Raised a DOA certificate request on my own with Asus. Flipkart played no role in it. According to Flipkart, Technician visit should be done by 27/10/2021. I have got the DOA from Asus after all the necessary tests. The laptop is sealed also....

            Hi team,

            I'm reporting my issue in the consumer complaint, since i'm not receiving any kind of support from flipkart support team.And it has been pending since last 15 days.

            I'm a flipkart customer from many years and i had purchased many products on flipkart, but now, flipkart blocked my account stating that i had returned many products to flipkart, which is why they had blocked my account, but that is completely a false statement, if you can check my order history, i have never return any products, this was the first time am returning the product due to different product delivered.

            I had purchased "Converse Sneakers For Men" on oct 4th in flipkart, the actual cost was 1799, however using credit card, i purchased it for 1618 Flipkart had delivered me the product on 11th oct, but i have received Khadim's formal shoe. I spoke to flipkart customer support on the same day i, e 11 oct and i had created a refund request, as the product is eligible for 15-day refund policy, on 11th oct, my refund request got rejected by flipkart, hence i spoke to flipkart support again and they mentioned, they have raised a refund request again and even that got rejected, on 18th oct, my flipkart account got blocked and i'm unable to login to my account. I gave a call to flipkart support asked them on what grounds, my flipkart account has been blocked, the flipkart executives are not sure about that, and they told me, they escalated my issue to the concerned team and they'll get in touch with my by 24th Oct. Till today there was no update from flipkart. I'd like to bring this issue to your attention and kindly requesting you to help me with this.

            I raised my issue on customer support of flipkart, but i always ended up hearing same apology statements, but no resolution, i'm requesting you to please look into my issue.

              This is completely ridiculous.I want my self earned money immediately.Being a customer from a long time and also a plus member, this is what i am getting.It is mental torture for me.Why would i give my personal details to flipkart for a nuisance that the seller has created.I want a resolution immediately for this mishap.Also mentioning about the product i have order and what i have got.I ordered jack and jones shirt but got veromoda girls blue denim top which has a MRP tag of 2299 inr.

                I ordered airpods. But received used product having scratches on it also case is full of dust. Already paired with other device 10 days ago. When i contacted call team. They simply started ignoring and disconnect calls each time. Replacement rejected due to technician gave false update.
                Technician update that he has resolved issue by troubleshooting. How he removed scratches by troubleshooting? I want replacement as soon as possible.

                  Order product LUMINOUS RC25000+Zelio1100 Tubular Inverter Battery on 8/10/21 from Flipkart and promised date was 25/10/21.
                  Product got shipped on 8/10/21 and after that no update regarding the product.
                  Status of product has been changed to delivered but product was not delivered actually.Called Flipkart customer care several time as a loyal customer but got only false promises that the product will be delivered on / before 25/10/21.
                  Again on customer care executive informed on 26/10/21 that promise date is changed to 28/10/21 again a false promise.

                  Flipkart had delivered the product on / before times but these kind of incidents tends losse faith in Flipkart.

                  Request to Flipkart provide the actual status and deliver the product asap.

                    I had ordered LG 4K TV on 5th of Oct-21 vide order ID No. OD[protected]. I had received it on 7th Oct-21. When LG techenician came for installation, he opened deal pack Box and found that product display pannel damaged. He made Job Sheet report which was shared to Flipkart also.

                    Thereafter I requested for replacement. Flipkart had arrange for it. Almost 3 times my replacement was cancelled due to IMEI/Product no. not match with E-kart delivery person. At last I was told by flipkart for retun and refund the payment.

                    Again same issue created, E-kart delivery person refused to return due to IMEI/Product no. not match with the system.

                    Many of times i spoke with Flipkart customer executive but every time i was assured for replacement/Refund. But at the end i get nothing. Damage product laying with since last 20 days.

                    Requested to replacement my damage product asap.

                      1. Luvlap Baby Stroller: Rs.2948/-
                      2. Allen Solly Bellies: Rs.646/-
                      3. Peter England Watch: Rs.343/-
                      4. Livpure Water Purifier: Rs. 3977/-
                      5. United Colours of Benetton Bellies: Rs.506/-
                      6. Allen Solly Sneakers: Rs.714/-
                      7. Parker Vector Gift Set: Rs.184/-
                      On 03/10/2021, I found that Luvlap Baby Stroller price was reduced and I cancelled the product. Unfortunately along with the product, all other products got cancelled.
                      Since, Livpure Water Purifier, Peter England Watch and Parker Vector Gift Set products were already shipped, the products got delivered to me.
                      After a day or two the refund for Allen Solly Bellies, United Colours of Benetton Bellies and Allen Solly Sneakers was credited back to my account. But as I can see the refund of Rs.2948/- for Luvlap Baby Stroller has not been initiated yet. Its nearly a month now and I am following up with flipkart daily but no proper response. No update or no resolution and closing the issue without any resolution. Further, I enquired with ICICI bank as well and as per their response, there is no refund initiated as such from the flipkart. Kindly, consider the issue and resolve it as early as possible.

                        I have done nothing wrong, nor have I used unfair means to play games.But for the last six days, whenever I'm opening gamezone I get an error message saying-something went wrong, we encourage fair play in line with terms and conditions. The same error occurs with flipkart video too.
                        This is the 4th time in 3 months I'm getting blocked from gamezone only because I have won some gems and supercoins consecutively.
                        This doesn't seem fair.

                            Yesterday money automatically got deducted from my SBI CREDIT CARD which I previously used on flipkart for transaction. Flipkart scammed me for 35000 rupees and money got deducted without even otp. Yesterday I went to bank and blocked my card and I call flipkart customer care and they just don't care about it and say sorry.
                            Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                            Call SBI and register for chargeback. You can also do it via SBI Card app. Got to Dispute transaction, select the transaction and provide the reason and submit required details and create a dispute. Alternatively you can call SBI Card's customer care and dispute the transaction and ask for temporary credit.

                                  I ordered Sparx shoes from Flipkart on 21 October 2021. As I received a different product delivered on 25 October 2021, I raised a complaint regarding them. Now for the return of the product, they want me to share pictures of my Adhaar card for so-called verification. I do not understand what kind of verification they are referring to? If I had ordered the product, it is me who is returning it. What for the verification is needed. Also, if it is needed, I can show it to the delivery personnel. Why do I need to share my whole ID proof with Flipkart? Is it right to capture the personal details of customers?

                                    I had ordered a tv unit for 12490/- from Flipkart on Big Billion Days
                                    I received the product on 26 October 2021.
                                    On 27 October the installation man came and found that a part of the tv unit is damaged so he raised a complaint to replace the defective part of the product and then he left. After an hour I got an email that the seller has disapproved to replace the part of the product He will replace the whole product. But when I saw my Flipkart order section it showed me that you will get a refund, not the replacement.
                                    I contact customer care they didn't help me and told me that I can only get a refund, not a replacement.
                                    Now tell me that will I get the BigBillion days price if I take the refund????
                                    No, I won't get the same price again so I want the replacement, not the refund.
                                    Kindly help me.
