I Have Order From Flipkart Grocery On 28sept 2021, Order No OD[protected]. Supposed To Be Delivered On 06th But Due To Logistic Issue It Postponed To 11th October. Coffee Table and Sofa

I have received a damaged sofa and it reported it right away after delivery. No technician visit has been even after receiving two different dates for the visit. They even rejected my replacement once without having any technician visit and reviewing the product. I've also sent photo to the driver who delivered it and have screenshots of the time the photos and the videos were taken to prove that it was damaged before arrival. They are not...

Return pickup agent is not coming..

I bought bata shoes from flipkart.
On delivery the shoes were of same leg.I placed the return request on the same day.
After this i get Out for pickup message everyday but no one comes for pickup.

Flipkart mobile number change without otp from old number

I have created flipkart account five years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number [protected].

The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable...

Not getting the full refund of returned order

I had ordered for mochi shoes on 7th October 2021 size no. 2 sounding Rs 1049/-, however seller sent mochi shoes size no. 3 I.e euro size 36. As I ordered size no. 2 obviously that shoes were bigger one for me. I called flipkart and narrated the incidence and also requested them to re check with the seller.. in case the did not have size no.2 please get me the refund for the order else I would like to go for replacement.. flipkar person assured...

Regarding delivery where is my order

Order is not being shipped

I ordered an iPhone 12 64gb during the big billion days on 4th of October and my delivery date was 9th of October but by 17th October my order is not shipped. Unexpected Cancellation

My order number is OD[protected] and I didn’t expect that kind of performance from Flipkart.
My order was supposed to be delivered during office hours by the 16th of October 2021. However, the courier tried to deliver on 15th of October . It was Dusshera and the Office was closed on that day. They gave me a number that didn’t work and eventually, the order got cancelled from Ekart’s side. I talked with your customer service...
