[Resolved] Flipkart — rejection of exchange | |||
Dear Sir, I am very old customer of flipkart. I bought many phones from it and also exchange the Old products many times. I regret to say this time my experience was not good with ekart. I place an order for redmi note 7s with exchange of my oppo f1s phone. Delivery boy denied to take the old product bcz of no such valid reason. Very disappointed. He refused to give my order and ask for remaining money. I am amazed why he denied to exchange the proper working phone. I request you to send someone else to examine my phone.
