[Resolved] Flipkart — reluctant to return the product | |||
Ordered infocus hero play m1 phone 12/09/2018 at pay later option under order no: od[protected]. But i want to return the product due to bad sound quality and generate return request two times at flipkart app from 17/09/2018 to 20/09/2018. But the return request rejected two times by flipkart. Verified Support Sep 24, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered was defective as not satisfied with the sound quality. We have interacted with the customer and raised a replacement request with the seller but customer has rejected the delivery of replacement item as he wants refund. We have informed the customer that the seller has only 10 days replacement policy and do not have refund policy, due to this, the seller will not be able accommodate the return request for refund. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.
