Dear Team,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction on Flipkart regarding the repeated cancellation of my orders for the iPhone 17 (Order IDs attached below). As a long-standing customer, I find the current handling of my purchases both unprofessional and misleading.
My order has been cancelled three consecutive times. Last two time, the reason cited was "Bulk Order" violations. However, I have only attempted to purchase a single unit. Upon contacting your support team to verify my account history, your representatives confirmed that no bulk ordering activity exists on my profile. This time there is no reason, it got cancelled. Despite this verification, the cancellations continue.
I would like to highlight the following points regarding the impact of these cancellations:
Financial Inconvenience: I paid the full amount upfront for each attempt. I am now forced to wait for refund cycles, during which my capital is tied up due to no fault of my own.
Time & Opportunity Loss: I invested significant time monitoring offers and securing this product. Due to these repetitive errors, I have missed out on promotional pricing and alternative purchasing opportunities.
Lack of Accountability: While I was told the matter would be escalated, I have been informed that I will not be updated on the actions taken against the seller. This lack of transparency suggests a bias toward the seller at the expense of the consumer.
I am requesting the following resolutions:
1. Immediate Investigation: A thorough review of why the seller is permitted to provide misleading "Bulk Order" justifications to cancel legitimate individual orders.
2. Order Fulfillment: A commitment to honor the original purchase price and ensure successful delivery of the product.
3. Compensation: Given the mismanagement of my funds and the time lost, I expect Flipkart to provide appropriate compensation or a gesture of goodwill for the distress caused.
4. Seller Accountability: Explicit confirmation that the seller will be penalized for providing fraudulent information regarding my ordering patterns.
