Flipkart — Replacement delivery delayed by 17 days and then cancelled by flipkart automatically | |||
Hello Consumer Complaints Team, I have been using flipkart for a very long time. I placed an order for MicroTek EM4160+ Digital Display for AC 1.5 ton and found the its a damaged product. The same day I placed the replacement request. As per the COVID-19 situation flipkart committed delivery date as 6th July 2020. but I didn't the product replacement and flipkart cancel my request. I need justice I heard that this portal help the consumer like me which got cheated by flipkart. Below are the completed details of my order and date wise scenario. Order ID : *OD[protected]* Replacement ID:[protected] Attached the screenshot for Ordered date *OrderedDate.jpg* *17 June 2020* : I book MicroTek EM4160+ Digital Display for AC 1.5 ton. *28 june 2020 *: I got the delivery but the product was damaged. *28 june 2020* : Same day I raised the request for replacement and Got the delivery date as 6th July 2020. *05 july 2020* : on 5 july product reached to pune but it might not be the nearest hub. SO i called Flipkart customer care regarding this and they assured me that product is in pune now I will get my product by eventing 7:00 pm *06 july 2020* : I waited till 8:00 pm but I didn't realize this was the starting of my frustration. I raised the request for a call back but flipkart customer care is very smart. they said we were unable to hear your voice and they cut the call. *07 july 2020 *: I saw in flipkart application the delivery date updated to 10 july and the status shows as it reached flipkart nearest hub. the customer support people Again said Due to some logistic problem the delivery got delayed. Again they assured me I will definitely get the product by 10 july. *10 july 2020* : I saw the status has no update. Usually once the product reaches the nearest hub then same day or next day the order status shows out for delivery. But this particular order has no update. From that day onward I have continuously tried to reach flipkart regarding my replacement order status. but I didn't get any proper answer why my product is delayed. Every time Customer support people are saying Due to covid situation and due to different seller policy they are unable to deliver the product. At the same time I got the delivery of the product Prestige Omega Festival Pack. *I need an Answer for this once the product reaches the nearest hub then its responsibility of flipkart or vender to deliver the product to customer.* [protected] 01 July 2020: order date 13 July 2020: Item has been received in the hub nearest to you 13 july 2020: Delivered the product same day raise return request 19 july 2020: Item picked up from my place. [protected] Attached the screenshot for "*Prestige Omega.jpg*" order status. *23 July 2020*: I realize that my request is canceled and there is no option to replace or return. After this now flipkart customer care is saying wait for 24/48/72 hours they escalated this issue and it will be resolved as high priority basis. But till now I didn't got any notification for the seller or a flipkart. Customer money is invested in flipkart and now they cannot buy the product from other sources. If this can happen to an old customer then I don't know what kind of response flipkart will give to new customers. Due to the worst follow up with flipkart I realize it's a waste of time to buy a product from flipkart. I believe this portal help me to replaced this product. I am not sure what frustrated flipkart customer will do at this point and what kind of compensation flipkart will provide as they delayed the product replacement by17 days (06 July to till date).
