[Resolved]  Flipkart — Replacement of defective product not yet done

I got a defective lenovo phone from flipkart. I asked for a replacement and they told they have initiated. Now its 1.5 months, still i din get a new piece. I need a new product as replacement or refund of my money ASAP. ID -OD[protected] Seller -ws retail Courier - Bluedart

Spoke to customer's wife on [protected] and she has provided his husband (Sathish) contact number ([protected]). Tried calling to that number but RNR, hence we will do follow up.
