[Resolved]  Flipkart — replacement of mobile under 10 day replacement policy.

I requested for replacement of the mobile on 18.10.17 due to some faulty display, flipkart send their authorised technician who visited on 23.10.17 and checked my mobile and found faulty display, and wrote in his service report about fault display and get it signed by me. He told me that it will be replaced by 3 days by flipkart. Now 25.10.17 the website and mobile app of flipkart is showing that service technician visit cancelled, return rejected cancelled by me which is totally wrong. Why flipkart showing wrong messages. I want my faulty display mobile replaced immediately by flipkart. You are requested to replace my mobile at the earliest. Order id od[protected]

Flipkart send their technician again on 30.10.17, the technician find the phone display faulty with many white dots on the display and the next day the phone was replaced by Flipkart. But I am finding the same problem in this replaced phone also. Many white dots on pixel which is a manufacturing defect. I asked Flipkart to send the Technician again for checking this phone again. No response yet.
