I received redmi 5a mobile on 13-10-18. But i got incoming call receiving problem & censor problem. L had given replacement compliant. Three times your jeeves engineer rishikesh visited & not solve the problem. He got problem after that he says to flipkart no any problem in the mobile. What kind of strategy of jeeves engineer? Dec 1, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Oct 22, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the product being defective. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the as service engineer has visited multiple times and confirmed that the issue has been resolved in customer device. And requested customer to visit the Authorized Service Center. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.
