[Resolved] Flipkart — replacement offers are not reliable. | |||||
I didn't get a replacement for an overheating "nokia 6.1 plus" (Order id: od[protected], seller: vision star). Very disappointing with product and customer support (Irritating behaviour from tele-calling peoples). The technician (Rajeshkumar [protected], from jeeves, kollam) came to examining the phone was not polite and very rude. He told me one reason that "there are scratches over the packaging box, so can't take it for a replacement". The replacement policy is non-reliable; i have raised the complaint in the replacement period of 10 days but they cheated me. They are frauds. Not happy with product and customer support.
