[Resolved]  Flipkart — replacement order - hp laptop

This in reference to my order id od[protected]. I have ordered for a hp laptop on 14th oct 2018. I received a wrong product and requested a replacement on 20th october 2018. The seller immediately shipped the order the next day. The delivery date is by 30th oct which is too late for me and i need the product by 24th oct. I informed about the same to customer care on 21st oct and they assured to forward my concern to the courier partner. However currently in the tracking summary in the flipkart app, it is showing that the product was dispatched to motherhub kolkata on 22nd oct. Today is 24th oct and till now there is no update in the tracking summary. The customer care executives are unable to provide a solution and each time i call them, they have the same response that they will forward the same to the concerned team. It is very much frustrating for me. First u people have sent the wrong product, next this delay in delivery and no proper update from the flipkart team. All these show proper lack of professionalism from the part of flipkart. Highly dissapointed.
