Why has flipkart deactivated my 2000₹ worth vouchers without any reason?

Up until last night everything was fine. I was preparing for upcoming sale in 24th october 2018. I had added gift vouchers for the order value that i was looking to place and suddenly flipkart decides to just throw my money calling it ‘deactivated’.
There was no reason provided whatsoever by their customer care representatives. Keeps repeating the same typical customer care dialogues.

This is absolutely ridiculous!!

Customer raised a complaint stating that the Electronic Gift Voucher is not working. We have interacted with the customer and as checked in our records found that original buyer is not same per customer's registered email ID. So politely requested customer to get in touch with original buyer. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

    Due to some security breach in Flipkart mobile app, my money got deducted twice from different accounts without booking any order.

    Firstly I tried doing payment from 1 account through Debit card with wrong CVV( it got deducted without placing any order) I got error message of Bad Gateway then I tried payment through net banking of different account ( again payment get deducted without placing the order) after 2 hours order got confirmed automatically.

    Now in my account as well it is showing debit card as well as net banking as a payment methods. How a single order can cater 2 payment methods as shown in screenshot?

    Now the bank is trying to retrieve my funds and still they are not responding. Worst Customer Services they have. They are admitting that payment get deducted twice but neither refunding the same nor committing for this refund.

    I am chasing your team since 4th October and they just making fake promises to wait for 24 to 48 hours or 5 to 8 business days etc. I don't know when there 48 hours will be completed.And today on 22 th October I didn't get any refund on any of my account.

    Kindly understand gravity of this security breach in this mobile app.

    I am afraid if Flipkart.com is storing our card details.

    I need my refund of Rs. 749 asap.

    I don't want to contact you for this petty issue, but unfortunately your team failed to answer my queries.

    I recorded this bug to your security team as well but all vain.
    The way your customer service executive behaved in this matter is awful.
    I think your team didn't understand that payment is deducted twice and needs to be refunded. Or they are deliberately bit acknowledging the same as might be you people are in no mood to refund my money.
    Even 1 of your customer service executive suggested me to take legal measures against this.

      I have been cheated the products that were shown and the brand that was shown was mac but when i got the product it is nether mac nor in gud condition nor is it worth even a 100 rupeees and i have spent nearly 1500. What the hell are you guys doing?
      The products condition was pathetic when it was delivered full covered wd dust. Bottle broken. I or my family or my frnz will never shop from flipkart if my money is not refunded. I can even show u the image of what i got and what was show. Will be provided.

The seller has confirmed the refund has been initiated on Oct 22, 2018 and will be completed within 2 working days post successful pick up. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.

      How can I re activate my account
      I have ordered a new phone ie mi note 5 pro black 64gb i haven’t received my handset with the box wherein it was stated that the box contained all the items
      My order no is OD[protected] I want you to please take some actions or else i have to return the product so provide me with a suitable handset
      I ordered a laptop on flipkart.com on 11th oct with order no. OD[protected] . My order is not dispatching from 4 days. Please dispatch the order fast. I need it urgent.
      Order placed with No EMI cost and after two days i get a msg from bank that your payment done and converted to EMI for 6months @ 13% pa
      As during ordering it was mentioned there would not be any processing fee & interest this is clear case of cheating

        Delivery was promised on 18/10/18
        Product track shows it has reached nathupur gurugram around 7 am on 20/10/18. Delivery location is dlf gurugram only 3.7 kms by google map.
        Time taken to cover distance is
        14 minutes by car/bike
        22 minutes walking
        But flipkart insists that issue will be resolved by 1 pm 25/10/18
        They need 06 days to cover a 22 minutes walking distance.
        Repeated requests /complaints no avail

          This is to inform you that we purchased red mi note 5 pro mobile from vendor flipkart online and have logged a complaint for exchanging an item (Red mi note 5 pro) for the order no.: od[protected]. There is a problem in phone at the time o[censored]sing, getting hang while using any application and charging is very slow. We tried all the steps of troubleshooting and had a conversation with one of your executive.

          Executive from customer care are denying to give us the replacement which is seriously not acceptable because i paid for the product. As per your valuable customer we want a loyal product from your side.

          Kindly take this matter in a priority and provide the exchange asap.

            I had an account on flipkart, so i ordered multiple things but the things i received were totally different form that in description, so i placed a return req. Certain products were returned but some rejected so i contacted customer care many times, they told it will be done soon. Then all of a sudden when i tried logging in my acoount, what do i see...

            Now my brother turn
            They doing same my brother is flipkart plus member customer...

            My brother order five to six order in big billon day, like 2 mobile phones, 1led, etc
            Almost 60thousand shopping

            But now, same thing happen

              Hi, i have ordered 2 mobiles in flipkart order id: od[protected] in the name of parthasarthy to address hcl technologies elcot it sez plot 5 & 6 illanthaikulam village chennai 600020 and another product order id: od[protected] to address 430 sakthi student center near mahatma school bata showroom kknagar 600020 chennai. The problem is i mistakenly entered chennai pincode instead of 625020. My concern is flipkart has cancelled my second order without my knowledge and they held my money for 13days. Without my knowledge what they did is unfair when i check with flipkart customer care they are giving updates on daily basis and finally cancelled stating address mismatch. If really address mismatch why the first product order id delivered in chennai if thats the case they should have cancelled both. Flipkart accepted that its a issue with ekart delivery team whatever trust which we had its gone my request is i need my product to delivered or need a compensation for holding my money for 2 weeks and dont even have courtesty.                 I am facing issue from last week not getting proper answer from your executive.
                I supposed to get this delivery on 14 oct 2018 as per delivery history still no tracking facility available.
                I went your ekart delivery partner @thane mumbai a per his statement my order is lost somewhere.
                No tracing history with ekart office the consignment not received with the mumbai hub or there is no hub in mumbai with this name.
                Every time your executive keeping on observation for next 24 hrs and 48 hrs what is this? This is your commitment?
                Please take a necessary action on this case other wise i have to take a legal action on this.

                  Also item which i have purchased boss hand blender for which blade is not working and not helping me to get return or exchange as per policy.

                  When i am trying to call flipkart executive they are informing there is system issue and not helping me to resolve issue.

                    I had been a long time customer and tried to order a few items on the so called "big billion days" sale.

                    The sale is perhaps meant to cheat & harrass the customer.

                    I waited for 11 days for the product to be delivered and took my precious time out of busy schedules to pre-emtively call the delivery agent. The customer executives argue & do not believe that the delivery agent never called me for delivery and they "cancel" the product.

                    I believe if the products on the sale are not in stock, customers can be "fooled", "untrusted" & "cheated" with.

                    I have disabled my flipkart account and wish to never deal with them again. I will love to pay more to amazon for products because they really "do care" about the customer and are "professional".

                      I i received call from [protected] this number telling that i won car by lucky draw of flipkart and send 2700rs for paper document then i send in 24 hrs cars in home address and this fradu men hacked my flipkart detail and try make me foolish. And many time this person call by change own name like sanjeev and some time a girl call and innoing and when i say don't try to make me foolish and some other people misbehave and use abuse language and call again and again.

                        I had ordered for a redmi note 5 pro (Gold, 64 gb) order number od[protected], at flipkart.com and as the site was showing the item as in stock, i made the payment (₹11, 699) of the same through my debit card on 11th october 2018. I received a confirmation mail that it will get delivered on 23rd october at my address.
                        However, on 21st october 2018, they sent a mail to me canceling the order and mentioning that money will be transferred to your original payment mode by tue, 30 oct
                        Flipkart guys are saying the product is no more in stock, however, i have been checking their site, and the product is very much available and the site is still showing it as in-stock but only at a higher price of around 15000 rs. They canceled my order saying that the product is not available in spite of sending a confirmatory e-mail to me.

                        Customer raised a complaint stating that order was cancelled without customer consent. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the order was cancelled by the seller due to bulk order as well refund info given. Hence, closing the compliant from our end.
                        After 12 days later you are informing me stock was not available, is this service you guys are providing??
                        If your stock was in limited then why you deducted my money?? I am completely unsatisfied i need complementary for this. Whenever i am calling to customer care they are cooking their own story.
                        I am facing similar issue. I ordered on 11th October. Delivery date was 18th October. Till date I have not received the product. They are keep on giving me new delivery date.

                          The delivery boy rejected my redmi 4a and said the side molding is not up to the mark.

                          My mobile is totally scratch less, not broken from any side, screen is also scratch less and good, overall mobile is matching the flipkart terms and conditions.

                          They take 4650 rupees in cash and not exchange my redmi 4a. Please take action on this matter. Take my phone and return my money 4650.

                          I ordered baby diaper on October 5th in flipkart and they told me that it will deliver on 12th October. I didn't receive my item so I contacted flipkart customer care and they promised me that it will deliver before October 16. I didn't receive my product yet.

                            I recived the following text msg today -
                            Dear customer congratulations, you are winner of flipkart company online shopping. You have been found win the-1st prize (Tata safari car). Which marketing price amount rs-12, 80, 148.00/-the charge of registration - rs-6, 600.00/-this is to do deposit on[protected] valid for today. For more know deposit details flipkart customer care toll-free number-24x7 helpline[protected] contact no-[protected]

                            And after an hour i recived a call from [protected] asking for depositing inr 6600 for a certificate of winning. I questioned his authenticity and recieved a blunt reply stating they're a multinational company and conduct such contests regularly without prior notification and then he asked me for sharing my pan adhaar and account details.
                            I just want this to be brought to notice and that no one should be preyed upon like this.

                            Hope this complaint serves its purpose and whom so ever is concerned with the task for managing such fraudulent activities, kindly take proper measures so that no one gets fooled and also please see to it that flipkart and similar concerned companies get notified about the same.

                                  Hello higher management, this is advocate dhiren sochar with contact no. [protected], i have booked ladder online from flipkart however today dated 22/10/2018 i have received cancellation order from flipkart stating that seller viz., sagar asia pvt ltd has cancelled your order, i am highly disappointed with last moment intimation from flipkart, i cannot understand when at the time of booking proper stock was available and there was absolutely no problem then why the seller has intimated and cancelled the order last moment ie. At the time of delivery viz., after 7-10 days of order. When had a telephonic conversation with mr. Fatim shaikh (Floor supervisor) he also gave me the same reason and was totally helpless in this regards

                                  Request higher management to take my mail as an 1st step towards my grievance, also note this is highly disappointment from flipkart and will recommend all to never do any transaction with company.

                                    I ordered woodland men khaki casual under the order id od[protected]. After long time they are sending please cancel the order and re order. At the time of order the price of the product is different and present the price of the product is different.

                                    So those people are not processing my order and they are holding my amount for these many days.

                                    The flipkart people are forcing me to cancel the order by sending mails and making calls to mobile.
                                    And if i contact customer care they are giving very ridiculous answers to customers.

                                      I have ordered travel bag in flipkart one week ago. I am supposed to be able to receive it by tomorrow. But, today i got mail and message as delivered to my address. I have even received an invoice mail also. However, i didn't receive my order yet. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. And also say me what i have to do further to get my order.

I[censored]r company unable to delivery this product why show this product. I am very unhappy happy with flipkart for this type of work. I want this product with same price.
