I have ordered spacewood engineered wood queen bed with storage which was not properly delivered. The order id from flipkart is od[protected]
As promised by flipkart it should be delivered to my door step which is in 4th floor. But when the delivery person came today (20th aug) he dropped / dumped the whole package at he entrance of the building and did not delivered at my home which is in 4th floor.
When i asked him to get it to 4th floor which is also mentioned in the delivery address receipt he told sorry we are not supposed to do the same. Even i asked him how i am supposed to take it alone, can you please help me to keep it somewhere in the proper place, the answer what i got from him was "i am not supposed to do it and i am leaving" & he left.
The whole material (4 packages) was kept on the floor & he left. I have some how managed to keep it in a corner of the parking are in the ground floor.
When i came back to my home and i called the flipkart customer support team & told the situation i was promised that the same will be done and the issue will be resolved by today {20th aug} 5:30 pm. I got a email also for the same. But no one from flipkart team came today to resolve the issue. Even i didn't got a single call you people.
Its my very kind request that please get me a proper delivery done from your (Flipkart) side or else return the product. If you can't return it the i will be surely very happy to get the return done from my end to the flipkart office, bangalore. Was this information helpful? |
