    I am writing to you to file a complaint about the poor service and rude behaviour of filpkart regarding mobile phone and accessories which i was order to it online portal.

    Order id is fmpc[protected], fmpc[protected] on dated[protected]. I call filkart many time regarding late delivery the product and poor, rude and irresponsible behaviour of their executive regarding delivery and poor service.

    I talk many senior executives name is vishwas patel, dolly, bharti, vikas, bala and many other executive regarding this issue.

    But neither they give me responsible answer nor exact time and date of delivery of product. I am so depressed and feel embarrassing from filpkart behaviour and poor quality of service.

    I am already made a complaint earlier about filpkart.

    Please do the needful and oblige.

      I have purchase a mobile from flipkart which was found little defective and regarding that i have given complain to flip kart they told that they will do something and replace and also they told it will be solved before 5th of this month. But today is 12th of august there is no response from flipkart kindly help to get my problem solve. You can find the the snapshot below. which i got from flipkart.

        I bought moto g 3 from flipkart on 25th april 2016. I stay in mumbai and this was a gift to my sister who stays in sinnar (Nasik). The phone's speaker wasn’t functioning properly and within a week's time i reported this to flipkart. They advised to submit the phone to nasik service centre (Since nearest). Nasik service centre kept the phone with them for 25 days. We visited the service centre thrice. When we asked them why it is taking so long to repair the phone, they handed over the phone to us stating that they cannot repair as they are closing the service centre soon and do not wish to take any phone now. I called up flipkart and motorola both and after a very long struggle they ask us to submit the phone to other service centre. I submitted it to borivali service centre. I was told by them (After they checked and made me sit entire day) that the phone is tampered. The original parts including the screw has changed by nasik service centre and asked me to pay rs 6500 for repair. I again called up the motorola service centre and as per their instruction kept the phone with them. I was given assurity that the action will be taken against nashik service centre and i will get my phone back in working condition but unfortunately it never happened. When i checked with flipkart, they took my complaint multiple times and each time assured me that i will get my phone. It has been almost 3 months and my phone is lying with service centre (First in nashik and then in mumbai). I do receive a call (After calling atleast 10 times on their customer care) and every time they tell me is they need 24-48 hours more. I have asked for call back from senior but they also never turned up. They have already breached their sla (Not sure if that matter to them). I am still struggling to receive any resolution.             Have purchased one printer which was in offer of 1 set of cartridge will be given with printer as complimentary.
            Till date i am doing follow up on the same...
            Flipkart has raised there hands stating that the offer is from hp.
            Hp customer service is the worst i would say pathetic would not be the word to express it. Highly unprofessional officer are placed in hp i believe they are not in there sense when they communicate on phone.
            I have complain the same behaviour with flipkart and requested them to intervene however as usual they are least bothered/interested.
            I have already spent rs 100/- for 2 courier and now i need to do one more courier due to half information given by hp & flipkart.
            I highly recommend not to buy any stuff from flipkart.

              For your information this is my 10th or 12 th mail to flipkart customer care.
              With regard to my order id - od[protected] i received the product in a damaged condition. I brought to the notice of flipkart immediately. (You may check my call and mail details in this regard). The delivery person was ready to take back the product. However flipkart executive told not to send with this person as there are formalities and a new pick up will be arranged very soon. This was told 1 month back and till today you guys are not able to arrange a pick up. I was calling in this regard to customer care repeatedly. Last sunday i even spoke to higher official by name ms. Monali (Plz check), where i was insisting that i want to speak to the head. She promised that in four working days my issue will be resolved. As i see you failed again.
              I am not sure whether this mail give some response or relief to my problem??? But tomorrow i decided to file my case in consumer forum also.
              I purchased the product only b'cos of flipkart. Now i think i can buy anything other than what flipkart offer.

                  We purchased a laptop dell inspiron 5555apu vide order id[protected].

                  This laptop has following problems. It hangs too much, takes an unusual booting time. Windows faulty, antivirus not working and fan overheating.
                  I compalined on 6th august, and requested for refund of money. I was told that it will be resolved by 9th august. Again i called number of times and despite many e mails, i am not getting any solution. Today i got a call in evening 16:30 hrs and after spending 90 minutes on conference call with dell executive ms rani i was told a number of commands to check hardware and software issues, but nothing of them worked.

                  Your flipkart executive very rudely denied any problem in laptop.

                  Kindly advise.

                    I m facing a problem in my product since last a week and i have requested a replacement of my product to flipkart but they denied my request first then i requested again for the replacement now they are saying that you are too late for the replacement of the product. On my second request they contact me and told to download a smartcheck app and i do the same in spite of that they again cancelled my return request. I want replacement of my product thats why i m complaining.

                      Received the iball feather touch wireless keyboard and mouse today.

                      on start of operation, following observed
                      1. the mouse is not working.
                      Batteries are new but still mouse is not working.

                          Issue: warranty claim

                          As i had issues in battery, i called lenovo customer centre (11 august, 2016) and confirmed my activeness of my warranty period. Also i have confirmed the same through online (Photo attached). The customer care executive said, "the product and battery is under warranty till 28th august, 2016. But the warranty has to be claimed to the seller"

                          I informed him that i got the product through flipkart ws retail. Even then, he asked me to contact flipkart customer care.

                          Later i contacted flipkart customer care on the same day to enquire about the process of warranty claim. Unfortunately, there too the customer care executive denied that flipkart has no role in warranty claim. Its completely under lenovo service centre.

                          I only have another few days before my warranty expires. Both these guys are pointing each other and i am frustrated.

                            I have received four gift cards from M/s Flipkart which was as a result of redemption of loyalty points from my credit card. The amount was for Rs. 5000 each (total Rs. 20000). I have used @ 10000 of this and the balance remained unused and the validity expired.
                            Now the company is refusing to extend the validity.
                            I seek your help to get this extended as this policy is not at all customer friendly as the customer loses this money and it straightway adds to the profit of the company. What is the logic behind this?
                            The company can charge a penalty for this mistake by the customer but forfeiting the complete amount of Rs. 10000 is not correct.
                            I have attached details of the mails which I have exchanged with them.

                              I have ordered the led tv of lg from flipkart. It was expected to be delivered to me by 10'th of august, 2016. I didn't received the product by that date.
                              My order was prepaid. To my surprise i received the email from flipkart at 9.45 pm on 10'th august that my product has been delivered, also in my order history it was shown as delivered to my place. The item was worth rs.52000, so i get into shock that even without the actual delivery its shown as delivered to me..

                                Hi i had placed an order for a wildhorn mens combo (Wallet and belt). The wallet that i received is not the same as the one dispkayed in the picture. Also the wildhorn logo on the wallet is missing.

                                This is nothing somehting that i expected out of flipkart. I hope you will get it replaced as soon as possible as i have to gift it to someone.

                                  I was buy a smartphone for my wife on flipkart ecommerce site.but the product was defected. And lot of time I contact their representative by mail because I am working in foreign Nigeria.but they call to my wife and ask for go technically and download bla bla software.but I want to say that my wife don't have any technically knowledge.                                     I had ordered a lenovo vibe k-5 note upon its launch on 4th august, 2016. After a wait of 4 days, ekart delivered the package on sunday 7th august to our utmost shock, upon opening the package, it comprised of only a vimbar soap and phone charger. There was no cell phone and other accessories (Backcover and screen guard).
                                    . After i was delivered a vimbar in the package instead of the lenovo phone i ordered, i lodged a complaint with flipkart and i was happy that they had agreed to their mistake and also agreed to deliver a replacement. The below email acknowledges the replacement to be delivered by 10th august. I received a sms too from flipkart acknowledging the replacement phone to be delivered by 10th august. To my utter surprise, flipkart social media team called me up today and said that the investigation team has submitted their report and their is no fault at their end; hence they have cancelled my replacement request. Flipkart also refused to refund my money which i had paid for the phone, which never got delivered.

                                    This is utterly disturbing, discouraging and unprofessional. I request you to take immediate action in this matter

                                    No positive response has come from flipkart yet, despite they have denied giving me replacement or refund for the fraud they have committed. I have no other option but to go for police complaint this time now. The response from flipkart is not at all acceptable as they have agreed to acknowledge their mistake initially but later they denied giving baseless reasons. For all the reason they given, I have enough evidence that they are wrong. Please help me in getting justice and get my product back.

                                      I have ordered 3 items (from above mentioned id and phone number).
                                      Paid all three of them online and written there was payment not recieved.
                                      I called once no answer. ask for call back from flipkart they said in 1 hr resolution.
                                      After then not resolved called again 24 hr to take resolution at the end what flipkart done to me is nothing just cancelled my ordered by their own.
                                      I called why its happenend call back then from your side rply to my questions is
                                      "its your choice to believe in flipkart or not i have no issue.
                                      Any further queries.. i cant help you. i said give me your id.. flipkart said why and said your choice and cut the phone on my face.."
                                      This is what the actual flipkart is. i didnt think this about flipkart.
                                      And as am college student from delhi you will see soon impact on facebook twitter. if am not getting any resolution asap.
                                      I just got this answer for asking why flipkart cancelled my product by their own.

                                      Last thing i buy from your site and will never come back again worst flipkart and flipkart customer handling is.
