Hi,

I am a seller on flipkart, i had processed an order on 4th august 2015.

The product was lost in transit by flipkart as informed by support team, but the claim for it is still pending.

The amount for the lost product rs 1165 has not been given by flipkart till date i. e 12th july 2016.

It has almost been a year, thus kindly help us to get the claim settled.

    Hi all,

    I have order leeco le 2 from flipkart on 5th of july order id is od[protected] and the delivery date was 11th of july. but on on 10th of july they did not give a single call to me neither did they came to my address but they updated the status that delivery attempt failed no response from customer, how come they do this without giving a single call to me, after that they did not try to deliver on 11th of july i called 4- 5 times to customer care and gave the details everyone was saying that you will get it on 11th of july but i did not get the phone. i had my train on 12th morning and because of this i had to cancel my ticket. i have not received the product till now so how flipkart will compensate this.

      I have claimed for the refund of the product within the time limit they provided. Flipkart send a person he came and checked the device and gone, i got a phone call from the flipkart that my claim for refund is rejected, because the product is damaged. I asked the same thing i want it in writing but they insisted i request them to resolve the matter once again otherwise i goingto proceed through the court.

        My order has been delayed. very very poor service. courier guy called me and told that he will come within an hour ie near about 7 pm but he has not yet delivered the product. product was supposed to be delivered by today, before 9pm as promised by flipkart however not received yet.

        Courier guy disconneced my call every time, i have tried multiple times on the number received by sms, he never answered and kept disconnecting.

        Now i m checking my order status, they have updated fake update that no response from customer, what the hell?? i spoke to him, he confirmed my address n name n said will reach withing an hour...

        I have call recordinof the conversation i had with delivery guy as my phone is enabled with acr software and also have call history and duration, i will go to consumer court n will sue you guys. just wait n watch.
        This was not at all expected from u guys. shame on you. is this the way u treat ur customer??

          I ordered a pair of skechers shoes (size 6) from the seller retailnet amounting to rs 3169 on 2nd june, 2016 which was delivered to me on 5th july, 2016. the piece was larger than expected so i tried to get a replacement. due to unavailability of the product in size 5, i requested for a refund on the same day, providing my bank details.

          No pick-up was initiated instead i received a text claiming that since i'm satisfied with the product, i have cancelled my request for refund, which i did not! yesterday i placed another request with a complaint but received the same text message today instead of pick-up.

          Please help me get the refund and take the pair back. the product has 30-day replacement guaranty so please do it quickly. i am providing the order id and return id numbers of my order & refund details.

            Hi,

            I had ordered this phone from flipkart, due to some mistake i had ordered this thing wrongly as i was busy so after opening the phone immediately called them this is not what i had ordered or might something wrong happen but they guy don't even bother and today after using getting lot of problms at my end but they are like makking fool to customer.

              I have purchased LeEco Le 2 phone on 28/06/2016 and received it on 02/07/2016.

              After 3 days it suddenly auto restarted and only eui logo is flashing.

              I had requested flipkart for my refund, but they refused my request and they told me to go to nearest service center this is not possible for me because the product is in warranty period.

              Flipkart stated 10 days of return policy for mobiles.

              What to do now ?

              How can I get my refund ?

                This the second instance when flipkart start misleading the customers. They have done it in past & promised me thatvit wont happened again after arranging the shoes as advertisement price however flipkart started again misleading their loyal customers. There is an advertisement which shows that a particular sparx shoes Olive Orange is available in Rs 299 however they are selling it on Rs 999. Can you please elaborate this or else i will involve ombuds this time if i don't satisfactory resolution.

                  I have purchased from flipkar a power bank of brand powerxcel on dated 16/02/2016 through invoice no. F088gdel16-28244. This porduct is under warrany of 1 year but now it is not working. I have made a telephonic complaint to flipkart also on 07/07/2016 with complaint no.In[protected] who was commited to be resolved on or before 09/07/2016 but still it is not responded by flipkart.                     I had placed order on flipkart, order no. od[protected] dtd.07.07.2016. product asus et2040iuk-bb007m all-in-one (celeron dual core/ 2 gb/ 500gb/ free dos)

                    Received product on 10.07.2016, 12.30pm only open the product and want to install os on it, there is error occurred, i have opened refund request on flipkart immediately.

                    After 2 hours, received call from flipkart, flipkart employee said that, "unable to process your refund request", also he said that, he only follow the flipkart policies, we do not care about customer satisfaction.

                    Many time i request him, please help me against issue, then he said that, "you had read the product specification, and there had written that, os is free dos and you use only dos on pc.

                    Friend, please suggest me, what can do, where.
                    If product cost is rs.20500/- and did not use product, what is my mistake. i
                    Am common man and i lost rs.20500.

                    I promise myself, in whole life i did not try to place order on filipkart, also suggest my friend, do not buy from flipkart, my experience is very bad.

                      I ordered redmi 2 prime on 1st july 2016. first of all i got notification that my mobile has been delivered to me on 09/07/2016. don't know whom???. but not even a single paper reached me on that day. on 10th when i went to postman's home he gave me broken seal container missing mobile from it. only adaptor was there. i don't know what's happening with flipkart... it's a fraud company and always cheating with customers.

                          I purchased laptop charger lenovo ideapad b480 20v 3.25a 65 adapter.
                          It was specifically mentioned about laptop make and model but received charger was not fitting to my laptop.initiated return request, got message about date and time of pick up ; which was changed by flipkart, rather delayed by flipkart. later status on website shows, return is not possible as "not as per return policy".

                              I have ordered hitachi 1 ton ac 5 star on 25.06.2016 for rs. 33, 035/-, the delivery date promised was 30.06.2016. since 30.06.2016, they started sending wrong sms and e-mail and they tried to deliver the product but house was locked, the complaint of which i filed with flipkart.

                              On 5th july 2016, they sent me e-mail and sms that my order has been cancelled and will send the refund. on 5th july 2016, price of product was increased from 33, 035 to rs. 36, 000.

                              I have made complaint about this to company and they assured me that i will get the product delivered. however, since that day, there senior officers refused to talk to me and yesterday they told that they will refund only rs. 33, 035/- and not deliver the product as well as don't pay difference amount to me.[protected]. i am feeling cheated. till date, i have also not get refund.

                                This is to inform and complaint about my purchase of mobile letv le 1s on 9 feb 2016 under an sale. as per the condition of the sale – if any customer buy letv le 1s on 9th feb 2016 using the axis bank debit/credit card - would be eligible for additional 10% of cash back; that will be credited in april 2016 by date 10th.
                                I had participated in the sale to purchase the mobile on 9th feb and used the axis bank debit card to make the payment for the mobile and order number was - od[protected]

                                    I had ordered 2 split air-conditioners from flipkart and received delivery on 19th june, 2016. however, after the installation team visited my apartment the next day, they disclosed that i would be required to make certain structural modifications in my apartment to install the acs. subsequently, flipkart had a senior installation team visit my apartment on 23rd june, 2016 who suggested a way-out for installation of one of the acs; however, the cost of installation was substantially higher than initial at rs.6300.

                                    Despite the significantly higher installation expenses, i agreed for this since their team was insistent and i was left with no other choice. however, for the other ac (which continues to lie in my house untouched), there was no feasible solution provided and despite me having requested flipkart several times, they are not co-operating in taking return of the product (although the product is still packed and in the same condition as it was initially delivered).

                                    This instance reflects very poorly on flipkart's customer service and is causing great loss to someone like me who has been a regular customer for them.in fact, i have checked and all other retail outlets also co-operate with the customer in such instances. i would request flipkart to take a return of the product and duly refund the amount paid for the same.

                                        Initial order placement of lg refrigerator 5 june 2016
                                        Product delivered 14 june 2016 (defective - dent and scratch on front door)
                                        Technician visited - 15 june 2016 (confirmed about the defects on front door)
                                        Replacement request placed - 16 june 2016
                                        Pickup was scheduled on 24 june 2016
                                        But still pickup was not done by them and we had already done payment and suffered a lot by such behaviour of flipkart.
                                        Also they promised us that they deliver us the replaced product by 7 july 2016.
                                        We need urgent delivery of our product and compensation against the trouble caused to us.
