I had placed order on flipkart, order no. od[protected] dtd.07.07.2016. product asus et2040iuk-bb007m all-in-one (celeron dual core/ 2 gb/ 500gb/ free dos)
Received product on 10.07.2016, 12.30pm only open the product and want to install os on it, there is error occurred, i have opened refund request on flipkart immediately.
After 2 hours, received call from flipkart, flipkart employee said that, "unable to process your refund request", also he said that, he only follow the flipkart policies, we do not care about customer satisfaction.
Many time i request him, please help me against issue, then he said that, "you had read the product specification, and there had written that, os is free dos and you use only dos on pc.
Friend, please suggest me, what can do, where.
If product cost is rs.20500/- and did not use product, what is my mistake. i
Am common man and i lost rs.20500.
I promise myself, in whole life i did not try to place order on filipkart, also suggest my friend, do not buy from flipkart, my experience is very bad.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
