[Resolved] Flipkart — Request for unblocking account | |
I had been using my flipkart account for more than 3 years . Ordered multiple product for myself as well as my family members. 2019 my account got blocked because i order a product and it was automatically cancelled . I again tried to order then again they cancelled . This happens few times . After then my account got blocked and i received a mail that Hello Sheikh We'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account The orders cancelled by seller side i didn't cancel and all the product i have purchased is for my personal or my family used it and i can prove it. I don't know why they blocked . If they can ask for any proof i can easily provide.. the reason behind asking to unblock my account is that thats my primary kyc account any my mobile number linked to it is linked everywhere . And to get benifits of flipkart axis bank card i need that only account .. there is no other options left for me . First of all its not my fault system blocked automatically and they are not fixing it .. i have tried multiple times calls emails etc but still my account isn't blocked . And i can assure that all product is being used for personal use only . Was this information helpful? | |
