Sir, flipkart has blocked my account for no genuine reason. I purchased refrigerator which I received in damaged condition but I couldn't make a request for replacement because my account is blocked by flipkart. ASUS TUF laptop

I ordered the laptop on 4th, they promised to deliver it by 12th. On 12th it was delayed to 15th, then to 21st, 22nd and now to 27th. There is no option to re order as the product is out of stock. They are denying me any way to cancel or give me a refund. They are basically forcing me to wait till the time which is convenient for them.
All the chat support keeps sending redundant messages...

I purchased Electronic flipkart gift card worth 999 ruppes on 22 October 2021 and pay 90 ruppes in supercoin and 909 ruppes in net Banking. My money 909
ruppes was deduced in bank but 90 coin was not deduced in my flipkart's supercoin section. After sometime i get a message for unsuccessful as the payment of ruppes 909 was not confirmed by bank. But money 909 ruppes is already deduced in my bank account....

I ordered on 6th Oct, product delivery on 22 Oct that too wrong

I ordered campus shoes on 6th Oct during sale, delivery was supposed to happen on 12, it was delayed from Flipkart to 14 but finally product is delivered today and that too wrong. The seller has sent wrong product after 16 days. Now they are saying they will try replace or refund, will I get same product even after waiting 1 more month ?...

Flipkart pay later account affecting Cibil report

In May, 2021, i checked my Cibil report and found there is a personal loan and 548 rupees is due on my name by IDFC first bank for which i never applied before. As well I don't have any type of intimation or information on mobile number or e-mail from idfc first bank. I have raised issue for my order. 3 times I have ordered same mobile but all got delayed and finally cancelled by Flipkart automatically without notification.

I have tried to chase for the reason. Flipkart told me that is reaches max attempt of delivery. But in fact no attempt was made to deliver the product. I have attached proof that I called delivery person and he never picked my call. No updates so far.

Damaged product from Flipkart seller

I have purchased Poco M2 Pro on 18th Oct 2021 and it got delivered today.

When I tried to open the box the mob looks pretty old and damaged with full of dirt and the Mob is very old stock more than a year old and looks already tampered. Corner of the box damaged too.

However immediately I have reported to Flipkart support team about this and convey I did not open the seal at all as it looks tampered already.br...

Regarding delivery of LG washing machine

I ordered a washing machine through Flipkart ( LG FHT1265ZNW) Order ID - OD[protected]. They send me damaged product two times, the first delivery and the replacement one. During the diwali sales I got the machine in offer for rs 22500 and with exchange of my old machine I got it for Rs 20600. Flipkart team unable to clarify orders are prepaid or cod

Raising as issue as a seller with flipkart how to check new orders are prepaid or cod before dispatching to buyers.

Emi not converted

I had purchased iphone 13 on 17 sep and opted for emi and the same has not been converted. I called flipkart multiple times but they disconnected the call every time. I want my transaction to be converted to emi on priority. i spoke to bank they said merchant had not done....

Invoice downloading problem

On 24 july 2019 i orderd realme x phone from flipkart website, now my phone is major issue regarding screen so i visited realme service center they asked me for bill, but i don't have bill so i try to download invoice from flipkart order section but there showing problem to download invoice . so i contact flipkart help center but they did not provide any resolution yet....

False product return policy

Cheating and fraudulent; Return was cancelled without my knowledge.

I had requested to the return the product (Order ID:- OD[protected], Replacement ID:-[protected]) on 12th of October. Nobody came or responded for that.
And early today(on 22nd) morning around 4AM the return was cancelled without my knowledge. I don't know how and why it was done from you.

Flipkart is wholly responsible for this fraudulent.
I want that to get returned and my money back....

Delayed laptop delivery

On October 6th, 2021, I ordered a laptop from Flipkart. It was scheduled to ship from the seller on October 10th, 2021, and be delivered to me by October 16th, 2021. The product arrived in my state on October 13th, went to the next hub on October 14th, and then to another hub on October 17th.

By now, the product was delayed from the original delivery date of October 16th to October 18th. However, there has been no movement...
