    I Diksha Patil, want to raised complaint against Flipkart delivery service. i have order luminous inverter battery on 10th of Oct 2021 when big billion day sale is live and I constantly track my product.
    On 23rd of oct I track it and saw that tracking says that my product has been received in the nearest hub and suddenly on 24th of Oct i again checked tracking then the tracking says that product is delivered on 13th Oct 2021 and till today I have not received my product.
    regarding this issued I immediate contact to Flipkart help center they ask for the 48hrs and after that every time I try to contact with them they just said that issued is not resolve yet.
    Every time i try to contact them they always ask for the time that 24 to 48hrs now one month is completed I haven't received money or item. this is the most irrelevant behavior by Flipkart. being a common people doesn't mean we tolerate this kind of fraud if still my issued is not solve then I will raised complaint against Flipkart. try to solve this problem as soon as possible.

      I ordered a laptop with a delivery date on 5th Nov from flipkart. However, it is still not delivered as on 8th Nov and repeated attempts to contact them have not resulted in them getting back and informing me what the reason for delay is, what the status is and by when it will actually be delivered. There seems to be no apathy at the company as despite me informing them via chat and call, that I had ordered for a specific date because I had travel plans, all they say is that the backend team will call me but there is no call being received despite waiting for so many days. Would recommend everyone to please avoid flipkart for purchasing any high vale items or items where you need delivery by a certain date as it seems that their processes are neither setup to ensure on time delivery not to at least keep customers informed. In fact, the lack of responsiveness to customer requests, is remarkably frustrating in this day and age when most companies are providing exceptional service.

      Also the number provided by Flipkart for grievance officer on consumer complaints website i.e. +[protected] is itsel[censored]nreachable and out of coverage area. Fits in well with the kind of consumer focus shown by their customer support department.

      Now, 5 days after a delay, the maximum courtesy that flipkart has shown is to send an automated call that the seller has now decided to cancel the order. It was a thoroughly frustrating experience which has made it clear to me that I should never again purchase anything via flipkart.

            Someone from Telangana hacked my account and placed an order on 6th Nov using my flipkart pay later balance. I filled a complaint with you on that time itself to take action but till today all I am getting is date and time for resolution.

            The fraudsters placed 90 minutes quick delivery using my flipkart account, don't know how they were able to access it. Why pay later didn't ask for OTP on registered mobile while making the payment. Please look into it at earliest and cancel the order, take return where you have delivered.

              I wanted to let you know that, I have raised many tickets till now as I have received the wrong product from flipkart. Instead of a 8kg LG washing machine, I have received a 6.5 kg LG washing machine version.

              The team is cancelling the return request every time saying that you have not shared the required details within 48 hours or it is not return policy and so on.Whereas, I have shared all the required details and pictures as guided by your customer support team on the required mail ids at the right time only. Also the peofyct is on return/ replacement policy. This is really frustrating and seems like a fraud case now.

              Your customer support agents are giving us missed calls now. Call ringing time is just for 1-2 seconds and then they are disconnecting the calls. No one is giving resolutions

              I have all the call data and proofs, so kindly take this up on priority

                Good Morning On 26th Oct 2021 I ordered for Foxin FTC 88A Toner Catridge with Flipkart, it was delivered on 30th Oct 2021. A Product code was delivered Foxin 12A Toner Catridge, I spoke to Customer Care on the same day and updated a wrong product delivered they said they would give same product Foxin FTC 88A Toner Catridge and that would be delivered on 7th Nov 2021, yesterday I checked Flipkart App on 2nd Nov 2021 it is been cancelled by Flipkart Team, When I spoke to Customer care of Flipkart By name Shrutji said neither they would refund nor exchange. On the Flipkart Site the price given for Foxin FTC 88A they have charged more neither right product received nor amount would be credited as per Flipkart Customer, Request you support to solve the Issue help us in gettingright product Foxin FTC 88A delivered. my no.                 Flipkart Team only calling me from 30th Oct 2021 but no resolution and salvation as per their words the amount refund will be done by 26th November 2021 not before that, Actual Product ordered on 26th Oct 2021 delivered on 30th Oct 2021 with a wrong product. Today at 13:43 I received a Call from Flipkart Customer Care Executive who spoke to rudely as well as with Filthy Language on my Mother. I requested Flipkart to give Compensation 1000 times for the value of Rs. 745 . The Executive who spoke Filthy Language should personally come apology Letter.

                  Flipkart had initiated a programme of earning points by watching videos and answering questions or shopping from their site.
                  I have been accumulating those points and when i reached to 2500 i tried to redeem for flipkart voucher. But it says this offer is not for me..
                  I match fully with terms and conditions to redeem them but it is been a month and i am not able to redeem it.

                  Flipkart had started points earning programme..on flipkart app they post videos and inbetween they ask questions.. upon answering those questions we get credited with points..i kept earning those points for a year and tried to redeem for 2500 voucher..but at last they said i am not eligible..

                      Hello sir, I'm a regular Flipkart buyer. I can't login to that account after my Flipkart account was logged off on October 9th.I bought a lot of things for home in the last Big Billion Day Shopping using Flipkart Pay Later. The total bill for the product purchased on credit from there is approximately 3146 /-(Three thousand one hundred fourty six ).

                      The real problem is that I don't have to log in to that account in any way .I can't pay the previous month's Flipkart pay later bill because I can't login to that account. My request to you is to give me any external link quickly so that I can pay the bill.

                      If you want to send me external payment link, send it ([protected]@gmail.com )here or to the mobile number of the registered. Because my registered mail ID has been hacked, I can't log in there.

                        I have raised 3return request on 31st oct 2021. Since, 1st nov till today no delivery agent is coming.On 6th Flipkart automatically cancelled my request. I have to placed another request still facing same issue. Whenever i call he used to say it will take some time at 6pm he is telling it will take time. Everytime m getting this excuse he never comes. Everytime it is rescheduled. This complaint is regarding one particular agent of this location.

                        Am also facing the same issue flipkart after sale service is very bad... Every time our return request automatically cancelled and wrote that as per your request your return has been cancelled .

                            I have ordered Kendalwood study table which was delivered on 26th October but I got damaged product. I was not able to raise return request because of some backend error. I have raised incident on 28th October and still didn't find a resolution and now even the return window is closed. Meanwhile I placed order for same table again hoping the damaged one is returned and I can get new one because delivery takes 25 days and usual price is 2600rs more. But to my disappointment, I can't return old damaged table or cancel this new yet to be delivered table which isn't even shipped because of their policy. Is resolving errors before closing time not part of their policy? Seems pretty convenient. Please look into the issue. I'm really frustrated with this pathetic behavior and to be honest was never happy with flipkart in any of my previous orders.

                              Hello myself Shubham Sonkar, my flipkart account assosiated with phone: [protected] & email: bittu.[protected]@mail.com got blocked on 6th november 2021 around 1AM to 2AM.
                              I was not notified about the account block as why did they do it. Since then-so far i dont have my account access.
                              It is my humble request to kindly unblock my account so i could withdraw my gift card balance & pay the unpaid pay later dues, after that i will deactivate my account myself.

                                Dear sir i ordered mi 4a horizon addition tv on 2 oct which got delivered to me on 08 oct.But the unboxing was not shown to me by the delivery boy. After that I talked to the coustmer care and inquired whether I can unboxing the TV, then they told that no, the agent who will go for the installation will do the same, otherwise your warranty will be over. After that on 12 oct. Vikram Kumar came for installation, unboxing the TV and talking about it on the TV, then dimage was found in the corner of the screen. He put a request for replacement by clicking the picture of the dimage part. Since then only date is being provided to me from Flipkart side, no solution

                                  Hi Flipkart, I was trying to buy a new phone by exchanging my old Phone. But when I enter my old phone make as 'LEECO', model as 'Le 1s' with IMEI no. '[protected]' it says "imei does not match with selected brand/model"

                                    This is DEVENDRA REDDY B, I was received a damaged mobile, I was placed a replacement request on 11 Oct 2021 with order I'd OD[protected]. For my replacement request was rejected nearly 4-5 times, there's no response from Flipkart customer suppot too . finally he was accepted . again the seller was cancelled my replacement request on 3 Nov 2020 at 9.46pm.may I know the reason and how was cancelled my replacement request without my request/permission or any intimation. I was not placed cancelled request from my side.please need help as soon as possible

                                      I ordered a product and amount debited through UPI but ordered did not placed.

                                      At the time I contacted to customer care of Flipkart and they told it will refund within 8 days.

                                      After 8 working days I again contacted them they checked and told they have not received amount. And also told to complain to UPI customer. I have also complaint to UPI center.

                                      I have checked my bank statement that amount has been debuted and the has been transferred to concern account.

                                      payment done INR 799 debited from A/c no. XX1150 on[protected]:07:25 IST at UPI/P2M/[protected]/flipkart/HDFC BANK/.

                                      BHIM UPI Customer care no: [protected]
                                      Complaint logged: on[protected]:20 am

                                        This issue has been resolved for me from bank side. Flipkart only need to work with their app, if no order placed should not deduct amount. After deduction amount you thrown tension to customer that how customer get back amount after even months. It is better to do offline shoping.
                                        I am Saloni I bought Ezee detergent.flipkart advertisement pic show 1kg bottle +2kg refill pack on 569. But flipkart delivered 1kg bottle +1kg refill pack on this pack price 320
