Flipkart — Request to Exchange for 256 GB Variant

Hi Flipkart Support Team,

I recently ordered a Samsung S24 FE 128 GB variant by mistake.
I intended to purchase the 256 GB storage model instead.

My order was delivered on September 23, 2025, and I have not opened or activated the phone.
When I checked the return options, I found only “Replacement” available, but I would like to exchange/return this unit and reorder the 256 GB variant.

Since the product is unused and sealed, I kindly request your assistance to:

Initiate a return or

Allow me to exchange for the 256 GB version.

Please guide me on the process to get this resolved.
