I order mavis 350 shuttle on 12 feb 2018, cost of inr 689 around with 24% discount price, on 14 feb 2018 i received the product mavis 200i of cost around 350. Initially i thought it might a mistake and requested replacement but was shocked to see even 2nd time the seller has dispatched wrong item and that was mavis 200i on 16th feb. This time i called customer care of flipkart and when i explain the issue i was surprised to hear the answer that seller will not have the stock and hence they have sent you same thing of different model,, i appropriately answer them that the product is not same and it is having price different as well and why should i accept this product when i have paid for better product. Also when i told them that, the product is still in selling from same seller how come that is out of order. Than they have placed refund without my consent and when i asked them to raise replacement they said already refund is raised and will not be replaced. I want same product for which i have paid money not the refund or wrong product. Order id - od[protected].

Flipkart called me and completed refund and even they accepted their issue and done same for other product that might they don't have stock proactively. But I suggest to do cod instead of payment in advance.

This is really becoming frustrating as i have not yet recovered from last mess with flipkart now another incident.
On 12th feb i have ordered i pop door guard for alto k10 new, and today as on 19th feb they have sent me fouring door guard for alto k10. I don’t think flipkart have any quality check procedure or control over seller wish on cheating customer.

From last incident have got many confronting calls from flipkart that this will not repeate in future and not even day passed they made another one.

I now trust that this company is not working for the interest and satisfaction of customer but they are more into providing safeguard to cheat sellers.
