Flipkart — Return not done due to missing mrp tag

I ordered two kurtis from flipkart and want to return two due to size issue.from the very begining there was no mrp tag attached.now the agent denied return due to no mrp tag present.i raised complain and they said pickup will done today but today also return get rejected for the same issue.i raised complain yesterday and they told me that higher authority will look into the matter.but nothing happened their diff agents have different opinion some of them told me to choose lost mrp tag option but there is no such option.now return window for one kurti will close today.and my return get automatically cancelled.kindly look into the matter.i bought many things from flipkart from many years but this happened first time.its really annoying
