    They have 10 days return policy with no questions asked. Now when I am returning the product, they are asking me to share picture of my Adhaar card for so called verification. I do not understand what kind of verification they are referring to? If I had ordered the product, it is me who is returning it. What verification is needed. Also, if it is needed, I can show it to the delivery personnel. Why I need to share my whole ID proof with Flipkart? Is it right to capture personal details of customers?

      Flipkart has blocked my account for approx 2 years now. I have bought 2 phones for my sister and younger brother and sent to their different addresses. After that when I opened my account, it was already blocked by Flipkart. I don't even know the reason of my account getting blocked by Flipkart. Solve this issue for me.

        I am writing this complaint bring your kind attention to the refund for the product I had ordered from Flipkart website. I had ordered a orient cooler and Eureka forbes water purifier on 07th June with Order ID OD[protected] and I paid Rupees 15048/ by my sbi credit card;but I had to cancelled it because of issues with the delivery date.. As stated by flipkart refund policy, I was supposed to receive the refund within 7-8 days ofcancelation, but the refund is still pending. I had tried calling the customer service, but my calls went unanswered and they r unable to solve my problem .I spoke twenty more times to flipkart customer care customer executive, they told it will be resloved within 24 hrs i waited for 15 days but still didn't receive my refund amount.

        Still flipkart customer care customer executive people says that wait for 24 hours, its head ache to call flipkart even they dont address the issue and they dont share infromation well and people who are dealing with front end calls they not polite to talk.I am not ready to wait for longer time.

              I haven't Got my refund money Yet.

              ( No refund from the flipkart for several days ) I have booked a mobile phone redmi 9i sport, on 19th of June 2022. And I cancelled the order due to my personal reason on the same day. My Payment to flipkart was done online ( through debit card). In the app it shows refund completed by the seller on the next day. Contacted flipkart several times.               I tried to order jabra elite 4 active from flipkart. They were unable to ship the product even 5days after the delivery date. So i had to cancel it. Now the cancellation request is pending for the last 7days and refund hasn’t yet been generated. When i call them they say the refund will be refunded when it can be else nothing can be done. Here i am going to have to pay the first emi of a product that i had cancelled in the middle of the month. This is pathetic service.

                The wish master of flipkart delivered product belonging to someone else to me and my original order was not delivered. When I raised the issue the customer care refund me item that cost less than 20 rupees but they left two item that cost 200+ and they wrongly raise the issue as packet was broken or something but in reality not even a single product that i order was delivered. So i dint get the refund of this two product since the customer care executive have wrongly raise my issue. To settle the issue and to get my refund back i contacted customer care multiple time to let them understand the issue and asked them to refund the amount. But instead of solving my issue they blocked my account on the basis of raising multiple return request. Since then I have been reaching them to solve my issue but in vain . I have been using Flipkart aince2016 and all those years i have never faced such issue .all those years i have never violated the terms and conditions of flipkart. The mistake was made by the wish master and the customer care executive but i am the one suffering. Why do this has to end like this . All I want is my account back and continue shopping.

                  I had placed a order something from Flipkart and that's delivery date was 19th June but still now not delivered. I attached a picture of the order and it's status. Then why i need to be pay delivery fee!
                  Second thing on my city Agartala no one can place any other from Flipkart on everyone's device showing that was not delivered please solve this problem to all o[censored]s

                      Hello sir my name is pankaj bijrania i recently bought a product from flipkart which has order id OD[protected].., I have a video from the time of taking this product from flipkart seller till the time of opening in which i found this product missing, complained to my flipkart retailer then they said thatYou will get your refund amount.Whose call-recording is also with me and when it is time to give refund you have blocked my account whose id number is [protected] so request you to reopen my account and give me your refund. If you are not solving my problem then now I have final decision consumer court in which I am complaining you

                        I bought Motorola edge 20 fusion by using *smart upgrade buy back option* . I am reaching out you to know my handset package with shipment order I'd, :. OD[protected] has been made on 10th June 2022 and my product has been reached to my nearest hub on 12th June 2022 7.02am. My promising date is 13th june 2022. I didn't received my product on 13th June then afterwards they rescheduled on 15th june2022 on that day also I didn't received my product. On 15th June after 7pm I called to customer care and complaint about my issue then they registered a complaint. They ask me to wait till 20th June 2022 they will resolve my issue on or before 20th June 2022 but they cancelled my order on 20th June 2022 morning 2.24am without my knowledge after that they sent a mail to me by informing about you can reorder the same mobile within 10days and get 1500rs worth gift vowcher. On 20th June 2022 i ordered the same mobile of *Motorola edge 20 fusion* with the order I'd: OD[protected] for this id's promising date is 21st June 2022. 21st June 2022 i didn't received my mobile then they changed the promising date on 23rd June 2022 on that day too i didn't received my mobile. I called customer care 35times or more to solve my issue but till now they didn't resolve my issue. My smart upgrade plan is going to expire on 9th July 2022

                          Hi,
                          I ordered Wakefit Taurus Engineered Wood King Box Bed (Finish Color - Walnut, Delivery Condition - Knock Down) from flipkart on 18 may 2022 the order was expected to be delivered on 4 jun 2022, Firstly they said due to some courier problem it was delayed for a while. Suddenly when i look back in the flipkart page its mentioned as delivered i have contacted the customer service and raise many complaint they told me to wait, i waited for a really long time today 23 jun 2022 suddenly the product status was given as installed, how can someone install a product which was not delivered. I lost the patience and waiting for the customer service and writing mu concerns here

                            I want to bring it to your notice regarding the issue I am facing with Flipkart. It doesn't recognise my phone IMEI number when I enter it for exchange for my order.it shows error message saying it doesn't match with the selected brand model.I had purchased the same phone from Flipkart in the month of April and it doesn't recognise now.                               I Rajni Gupta, ( no resolution till..its been 10 days already) my Flipkart account has been blocked without any information and I'm unable to login, I raised the complaint to your customer care and today I got a mail that I'll be no longer to use my Flipkart account. In my gift card 7500 Rs. available, what to do now. Please do help me asap. I already made 100, 150 calls and chats to your helpline. But noone helping me. Even I didn't receive any single help from your customer support team. The Flipkart was previously so better but nowadays your service is very very worst. Zero customer support, seriously now Flipkart harrasing me alot. Please provide me resolution its my hard earned money.

                                    Order id - OD[protected]

                                    I ordered for 'nike revolution 6
                                    " shoes on 11th june 2022 and paid by debit card, but I cancelled my order on 15th june 2022 before the product was shipped.
                                    To my dismay even after 7 days my order is
                                    still stuck at "cancellation requested"
                                    though flipkart promises to process
                                    cancellation request within 4 hours of
                                    cancellation but as on 23 june 2022 my
                                    request is still pending and refund is not
                                    initiated.
                                    I complained on customer care several
                                    times, wrote emails to grievance officer
                                    even messaged flipkart on twitter but no
                                    solution is provided and my money is still
                                    not refunded
                                    First i was assured that my money will be
                                    refunded by 18 june, then 23 june was
                                    promised but still refund is not initiated.

                                    It will be very kind of you in helping me to get my refund .

                                    Finally on 1 july 2022 after 15 days of multiple complaints and followups, flipkart refunded my money but the mental harassment i had to go through was not paid for in any way….i had to keep chasing them everyday to take action on my complaint, then i got the resolution….i would like to thank consumercomplaints.in for forwarding my complaint to flipkart ….still i think companies like flipkart need to take serious action regarding there customer service .thankyou

                                      The issue that I have experienced was: MASOORI MAGNET Black & k1 Pack of 2 Bluetooth Bluetooth Headset | sport magnet +bt combo1 | IMEI/SrNo: [[]] was ordered but supplied only one piece.

                                      I have complained for it and a replacement order was created by flipkart with date of delivery 01.06.2022. When nothing has been received by me after 01.06.2022 i am going to track my replacement but it is seen that my complant has beern closed with remark that COMPLETED (Replacement Cancelled Replacement ID:[protected])

                                      It occurred on: 20/05/2022

                                      I have no hope from Flip[kart but if flipkart people has some shame, may replace the item or supply the balance item.
