Good Afternoon Sir/Madam, Recently On June 13th 2022
At 11:58am I have ordered infinix Hot 12 play mobile via paytm wallet. Money got deducted from my account. But It shows Order pending.

Please refund my money to my wallet as soon as possible or place the order.
Note: You may get Order id is invalid but You check my Transactions to flipkart on June 13 at 11:58am.I have paid ₹8528.Please solve this issue as soon as possible.I have attached Photos of my issue please take a look and take necessary action

      I ordered a Lenovo Laptop on[protected]. I received a damaged product. I apply to replace this damaged product but two times replace failed and the courier has not come to pick it up. I called so many times to customer care they all the time told me that the technician is not visited that's why the courier partner did not pick up the product. One month has passed but still, the technician has not come yet, and also pick-up is not done yet. Product price ₹ 45840. Please help me to refund or replace this damaged product. Customer care totally helpless. Totally bad experience from Flipkart.

        Refund amount of rupees 255

        I had ordered a product on 30th may 2022 from flipkart for rupees 255 prepaid order id OD[protected] they say that they had refunded the amount and it should be credited by 7th june 2022 but I didn't received the amount till date in my account and flipkart is not resolving my issue....

        An order for Moto G82 5G was [laced on the 4th of June and the amount paid through online transaction. The product was supposed to be delivered on the 15th of June, 2022 by 2:00 PM. The product was not delivered on the 15th. Raised a complaint on the 16th of June for delay in delivery and got an update that the issue would be resolved by the 16th of June. The item was not received in the 16th as well even after 2 follow up calls. Made a call on the 17th of June and not only did they give the resolution time as 21th of June, which is 6 days after the promised date, but also claimed that the delay was due to me rescheduling the delivery of the product when nothing of that sort was done from my end.

        Also the senior customer care executive mentioned I could make a 1000 calls, but they would do nothing to fix the issue caused from their end (I have attached the call recording in the complaint).

          Order id - OD[protected]
          I have purches washing machine from flipkart and they have given 2 year insurance with Jeeves insurance company. After one year the machine has break down I have complaint to Jeeves but no action was taken many request I have done but every time both flipkart and Jeeves cancel my request ticket. Now 3 month has completed and I am filing complaint on both company. Flipkart is cheating inocent people.

              It's a complaint about my recent order -OD[protected] I ORDER A jeans but I received a different item from Flipkart. the color was the same but the product was different.
              I request a return an agent came and pick up the product in the means while yesterday and now at the end it's showing it's canceled.

              Flipkart agent took the material (jeans) and now I didn't have the product and my return is also canceled soon look into it...

              need the refund for the same..

                I have ordered Realme x7 max on 7th june 2021 with flipkart Smart upgrade plan, I have paid the remaining amount on 1st June 2022, Last date was 7th June 2022. I have been called literally 20 times for the resolution on this, that on the app it was still showing plan active payment not completed. But none of the customer care executive has resolved the issue, nor given any update. My phone got locked at 4:30 pm on 9th june 2022.
                I am not able to login my Job due to authenticator app in my phone. I am not able to do anything, Its been 8 days still my phone has been locked and no response from your side. I had made complaint on consumer helpline. they are telling to wait till 7 to 15 days, I cant wait that much now, already wasted 8 days but no resolution
                Please look into this ASAP!

                  A day ago I ordered a Xiaomi Redmi 10 for my mother and applied exchange of her old phone (Redmi 6A) with amount Rs.2750/- I rode the flipkart policy which says that flipkart only required phone to be in working condition so I applied in regards of that only, Now the old phone was in working condition as my mothers was using it till then but have one issue at middle part(only at some area) of her phone touch was not working, I knew the price of her phone would go down or get reduced because of touch issue in her phone but delivery guy totally denied and told me that they don't accept any phone with touch issue or if phone have any issue at all. He told me that we are third party companies and flipkart is stating their own policy we are not liable to follow those conditions or policies.
                  Why flipkart is robbing us then with these fake policies and not providing their own agents to took the phone, even I contacter customer care but the executive ignored my conversation and talked about some random topic Its like flipkart was knowingly doing this to peoples to avoid their work.

                    Pathetic delivery services from Flipkart. 1.Delivery person was very rude, 2. Did not make doorstep delivery, forced us to carry a bag and collect the products 70 meter away from our home and 3. Products were not in packed condition. These type of services are against T&C of Flipcart and consumer right policy. I demand strict action against the deliver person. Who will responsible for any contigency happens due to contaminated food items, as the products were not in packed condition? I am going to file a case against Flipcart with my own personal capacity.                       I purchased the Refrigerator, the order has been delivered from Flipkart the refrigerator part is being given completely defective within 2.5 month of purchased its had frozen problem all vegetable are freeze. due to freezing all vegetables are decay form and smelling so much. we has also taken service 4 to 5 times from haier side but the problem has not been resolved, so we wants fridge to be exchanged as soon as possible. they just take almost 1.5 months in service same problem facing Haier just try to spoils day to just Fit and Finish Warranty of 1 years no we don't compromise more its enough please exchange the product its totally defected. help please very disappointing from #flipkart and #haier Appliance.

                            Flipkart has blocked my account with mail id [protected]@gmail.com and phone no [protected].

                            There were flipkart pay later dues amounting to approx 4200 which i needed to pay but i am unable to do so as every mail/sms sent by flipkart for payment redirects me to the website/app for login and i am unable to login as mentioned above.

                            I have contacted flipkart customer service many times but they were unable to activate my account till date.

                            Flipkart continues to send me harassing mails and sms daily for me to pay the dues and i am unable to do so due to no fault of my own.
                            Please unblock my account so that i can pay my dues.

                              I m kalpana. I got stucked in a fraud of fake website i. E flipkart lite explore plus. While i m using my phone i got one pop up and and i clicked on that website. Where is shows some offers like redmi note pro mobile which costs 20999 in market but their offer says the price of redmi note 9 pro for rs.857

                                  I Have made payment against a purchase of a Laptop from flipkart and i have made payment from my credit card of Rs.30, 990/- but, My order is not confirmed by flipkart and I have immediately called to customer care and asked for the reason why my order is not confirmed even after making payment but, they were saying that, the updation time will take minimum 24 hours but, i am worried about my payment and order and i am not satisfied with flipkart customer care simply saying to wait 24 hours for the update because Money which i have made is for an urgent need.

                                  After many calls to their customer care i came to know that, they have already received my payment but, they have not updated and i have asked them atleast to give me update that, flipkart received my payment so that, i can wait for my order confirmation but, they are saying to wait for 24 hours again for this confirmation also, and now my question is why should a consumer wait for the order confirmation for 24 hours when they received my payment. it is making lot of pressure to me and i have wasted my whole day talking to customer care and it is not the legal procedure what flipkart following.. i need to take action against flipkart procedure for payments issues and not giving transperant information to the customer.

                                  It is my basic right to know from flipkart that, to get acknowledgement for my payment but, why they are unable to give confirmation for my payment.

                                  I need legal action against flipkart and i want them to punish in such a manner they should never repeat such issues in future with their consumers.

                                      Hi Team,

                                      I am using pay later since a long time. I used Flipkart Pay Later EMI for purchasing product and I made all the payment before date but you guys didn't transferred this amount to the Lender i.e IDFC and due to which they had shown 5 negative account in my CIBIL because of that my CIbil fall down from 750 to 594. I am not getting any support from flipkart support team as when following them since 26 May 2022 but I didn't get any resolution from them such a pathetic service they always disconnect the call in between and they never call me back then I have to call again and tell the same thing to the other person they only gave me TAT.
