[Resolved] Flipkart — return of a defective laptop from flipkart | |||||
I have a purchased an acer aspire 3 laptop from flipkart with order id:od[protected], but after using it for two days i found lcd screen defect which makes the laptop screen flickering and a big line coming out on the screen. So, as it is under return/replacement days i requested to seller (Retailnet) for return on 4th of november. After this they confirmed my return request and luckily technician came on 6th of november and found that there is lcd screen defect and given a case report. But unfortunately after this i don't get any positive response from flipkart, only saying they are working on and they will try to resolve my issue withinh 24 hours, i'm getting this words repeating again and again whenever i try to contact them. I am a flipkart plus because i trusted flipkart but now they break my trust, not only me but the 90% of customers who are the victims of such fraudulent act of flipkart. So, kindly pick up the laptop and resolve my issue to the earliest. It will also resolve the problems of most of the customers who are the victims of online scams/fraud.
