I have a purchased an acer aspire 3 laptop from flipkart with order id:od[protected], but after using it for two days i found lcd screen defect which makes the laptop screen flickering and a big line coming out on the screen. So, as it is under return/replacement days i requested to seller (Retailnet) for return on 4th of november. After this they confirmed my return request and luckily technician came on 6th of november and found that there is lcd screen defect and given a case report. But unfortunately after this i don't get any positive response from flipkart, only saying they are working on and they will try to resolve my issue withinh 24 hours, i'm getting this words repeating again and again whenever i try to contact them. I am a flipkart plus because i trusted flipkart but now they break my trust, not only me but the 90% of customers who are the victims of such fraudulent act of flipkart.

So, kindly pick up the laptop and resolve my issue to the earliest. It will also resolve the problems of most of the customers who are the victims of online scams/fraud.

The story is that yesterday a bizzare wishmaster came to pick up my laptop but after having verified all the neccessary things, lastly he asked me for serial number of the laptop. I said the serial number is on the backside of the laptop but he said I will look the serail number on backside of the laptop. He said I just want to see serial number from the laptop screen and he start up the laptop but as the display of the laptop doesn't function properly he did not able to see what he want .And then he awkwardly said to me now he is going to cancel my return .I was very socked to hear this that as I'm returning the laptop because of this display flickering and defect and now the flipkart agent is asking me serial number from the laptop screen .So I ask him to see the serial number on the backside as the serial number, model number and serial identification number, all are available to see on the backside of the laptop but he repeatedly denied me .It seems like he had already rejected my return before coming to pick up the product. I was very socked that lastly I ask him to open up the laptop again to see the serial number on the screen but he denied this also .And he went out and I was remained helpless.

But after 3 minutes when I open up the laptop I was able to see my serial number and immediately I inform him to come and check but he said he will come tommorow by 2pm(14h November, 2019) .At that time(6:20 pm) when I checked my return was not yet cancelled.So I wait for him today and when I see in the morning my return request was already cancelled at 10:28 yesterday(14th of November, 2019)

Now I realise FLIPKART is playing me and to most of the customers who apply for return.

Updated by Md.Ziaulhaque One more thing is that when I press the return button for requesting return as again the return policy is valid till 15th of November 2109, I was not able to see anything on the return page, it seems like my return page is blocked .

So, I request FLIPKART to take immediate action to the earliest. I have all the proof of what I have said.And please I want a FLIPKART agent who can verify my laptop fully and properly so that things could not be happen twice.
