I am writing this letter to recover my delivery package that was handed over to flipkart two weeks ago. I am very distressed with the poor service offered by flipkart courier service.in my order details its showing that product delivery expected by 25th october and still not delivered. I have places multiple calls and email to highlight that my package has not reached its destination but customer care always says that you will get the call from team and they will give you the resoultion but i did't get any call from the team and they also says that my product is out for delivery and will reach till 7 pm i am listening this from last 1 week. Now i want to cancel the product but that also i am not able to cancel. Because there is no option for cancellation just has a option for return. But how can i return the product if the product is not delivered by you. I used flipkart 1st time and had bad experience i will not refer flipkart to my relative and friends. Because their customer services, courier service are worst then ever from other ecommerce websites. As the package has not been delivered back to me, this means it has been lost in the way.
Now i am not able to cancel the product because in their order section its showing (Return) how can i return the product if i have't received yet.

    I have shopped just once from the flipkart and that too armani exchange watch worth rupees 9995. I wanted to return the product but my account was blocked without any prior notice and without any reason. Now they are stating that maximum number of returns. What kind of joke is this? The watch is under return policy. Kindly return the watch and refund my amount.
    Kindly help soon before the return policy of watch ends or you will pay another excuse in not returning the watch that the return policy has ended.
    This is the worst experience i am having with flipkart. They do fraud with people. I want my money back and return the watch.

      I ordered realme xt pearl white from flipkart on october 21. 12:05 am at that time i also paid amount and they approved my product. After that they give me a promise date that is november 1 is packaging and shipping date and november 5 is delivery date. Now yesterday 8:00 pm they give new date that is november 4 is packaging and shipping date and november 13 is delivery date. Now today's morning again they change date that is november 11 is packaging and shipping date and november 13 is same delivery date.

      I am frustrated with flipkart on the behavior with me and i just want to case against him is that misleading and fraud against their customer. I just wanted that faster delivery of my product and give some compensation money along with some interest of my amount.

      My problem is yet not resolved by flipkart, they will not to do anything . Are consumer complaints takes any action against flipkart or not . I don't understand that are consumer complaint service is help for the consumer or not. I want they take strict action against flipkart.

        Won multiple game during bbd at gamr zone, they promise me to deliver those reward within month however when date arives they suspended my game zone id without giving proper reason and also refuses to give reward which already won. Seen this same happened with lot of people in social media. Actual thing is they suspend people who won multiple rewards.
        Also after day due to anger i deactivated my account i wanted to reactivate again.

          I have ordered furncentral pp collapsible wardrobe grey 1305 on 30 sep 19. The product was delievered on 11 oct 19 to my house owner because i was not available due to my health issues i was operated in hospital on 09 oct 19. I have opened it yesterday and i got 5 plastice roses instead of wardrobe now i am complain about it to flipkart but they are denying to help neither they are contacting seller nor allowing me to contact as they are saying that it is returnable in 10 days policy of delievery date. Worst experience on flipkart i have trusted it but they cheated i have paid 950 but they have given 10 rupess item and now saying we cant help it

On november 2 ylthey change their promise date now new date on november 4 they packed and shipped my product and on november 13 they deliver my product. My problem is that or i case on flight they mislead me or fraud with me and they they break their promise. So i want some compensation money with my product as soon as possible.

              Buyed for bithday gift as on 14thoct.
              But its damaged (Display damage)
              I registered a complaint on flipkart 14thoct.
              Last 18 days i called regularly to flipkart for same, upto now they said, "delvery not dispatched to customer so they cant take back,
              Delivery team didnt updates the info..."
              I waited 18 days, their response same as from my first call.
              All call records i have,
              Lot of sorry, asking 24hrs to 48hrs, we will solve this issue before the date on everytime as like...

                  Dear sir,

                  I have purchased flipkart smartbuy breeze personal air cooler (White 19 liters) from flipkart official online shopping app on 30th may 2019 and it was delivered by flipkart on 5th june 2019. It was working fine till the date 22/10/2019 after this it was stopped working so i called flipkart customer for lodging a complain so they told me that i have to call flipkart smartbuy customer care which is a sub brand of flipkart so they provide me the number of flipkart smartbuy customer care number which is [protected] and email id which is [protected]@flipkart.com. So i called on the above number and told them that the cooler is not working so please provide me the service as per the warranty guidelines so they told me to email them the issue on thier registered email id so i mailed them mentioning my registered number and my registered email id and with the attachment of invoice. So after emailing i again called the smartbuy customer care and this time they register a complain and i also recieved a confirmation sms and they told me that service represntative will call me to fix appoinment within 48 hours so i said ok and hang up the call. On 26/10/2019 i recieved the sms from jeeves.co.in this message :- dear customer, jeeves engineer shivshankarmahato [protected] will call you to fix an appointment. To reschedule your service kindly click on www.jeeves.co.in/track/9J24-38036PTNSCD-0733467 if satisfied with service, enter 4602 at time of case closure else enter "0". So after recieving this sms i immidiately called the person shiv shankar mahto after serval times of trying he picked up my call so i told him that when you are coming to check cooler and see what is the exact problem and he said will come by the 6 p. M. On same day and he will call me before coming then i said ok.
                  Then i wait for him he doesn't come on next day i recieved another sms from jeeves that :- ticket cancelled: dear customer, the request for service of your air cooler has been cancelled in our system. Kindly contact us on[protected] in case you want to re-open the request. Log on to www.jeeves.co.in to know about other available services.
                  So i called the jeeves to find out why the ticket has been canceled so they told me that the representative shiv shankar mahto was reported them that the customer was not picking the phone and not responsing so i told them that he doesn't call me once it was a false report actually he don't want to visit my place.
                  So they told me that i have to contact flipkart again to reshedule the complain so i called again flipkart smartbuy and told them the entire senario so they again lodge a complain and i recieved again same kind of sms from flipkart and after that i recieved again same sms by jeeves.co.in
                  Dear customer, jeeves engineer shivshankarmahato [protected] will call you to fix an appointment. To reschedule your service kindly click on www.jeeves.co.in/track/9j27-38037ptnscd-0802955 if satisfied with service, enter 4661 at time of case closure else enter "0"
                  After recieving this message again i called this man again he is not picking my phone after serval times he picked up my call and again said he will come by the 6 p. M. Of 29/10/2019. And this time visited and checked the cooler and told me that the motor of cooler is not working its need to be replace with new one and it will take 10 days to replace it so i said ok do it then he told me i have checked it he will cancel the ticket which is aloted by jeeves and told ticket was only for checking the product there is no need of open ticket for replacing the motor so i believe him and said him ok and after that he went to his home. Next day i again recieved sms from jeeves.co.in this :- ticket cancelled: dear customer, the request for service of your air cooler has been cancelled in our system. Kindly contact us on[protected] in case you want to re-open the request. Log on to www.jeeves.co.in to know about other available services.
                  So i again called jeeves and told them that your engineer visted yesterday and he told me that there is no need of open ticket then jeeves customer care told me if the ticket is cancelled they will not provide the service so i ask them what is the reason of cancellation of ticket so they told me that that shiv shankar mahto reports them that customer is not responsing and customer is not picking the phone. So i was very frustated and very angry and told them again this is a false report by him he never tried to call me. Then i said them to reopen the ticket then they told they were unable to do it and told me that i have to call the flipkart smartbuy customer care so i called flipkart smartbuy and told them the entire senario again and they said sorry and told me to hold the line so was on hold for a minute and when he came back on phone and told he talked with jeeves and engineer as well and they are saying that motor of my cooler is burnt in a short curcuit and it is not comes in warranty and i have to pay the amount for a new motor then told them that the engineer does not told me this at time of visit and make me fake promises that it will be replaced in 10 days and also told flipkart smartbuy customer care that nowhere in the warranty it is written that short curcuit is not under the warranty then he told me that i have to pay then i asked him what is the price of new motor so he told me that he doesn't know the amount of the spare part the service provider will call me and tell me price of motor.
                  (What a phatetic service by flipkart)
                  So i told them lodge a complain and tell jeeves to tell me price then he said ok within half an hour i will recieve a call from jeeves about price so i said ok.
                  And again i was recieved a same sms as earlier from flipkat smartbuy.
                  No calls recieved by the jeeves on that day
                  So i wait for a longer and finally i recieved a call yesterday from jeeves so i picked up the call and they told me calling from jeeves your cooler's motor is burnt in short curcuit di you want to replace it with new one by paying the amount of new motor please yes or no so i told them first tell me what is the price? So they told me that don't know the amount they will only say the amount after saying yes by me so told them that first tell me the amount i want to know that i can afford it or not. So they told me ok sir we will call you again with the price and hanged up the call.
                  After that i didn't recieve any calls or any sms from jeeves or flipkart regarding to my issue and price of motor.

                  What kind of service is this sir please tell me it is only harrashing the customer.

                  I request you to please take a tough action against them so that they cannot do the same with any of his customers..

                    So i wait for a longer and finally i recieved a call yesterday from jeeves so i picked up the call and they told me calling from jeeves your cooler's motor is burnt in short curcuit di you want to replace it with new one by paying the amount of new motor please yes or no so i told them first tell me what is the price? So they told me that don't know the amount they will only say the amount after saying yes by me so told them that first tell me the amount i want to know that i can afford it or not. So they told me ok sir we will call you again with the price and hanged up the call.
                    After that i didn't recieve any calls or any sms from jeeves or flipkart regarding to my issue and price of motor.

                    What kind of service is this sir please tell me it is only harrashing the customer.

                    I request you to please take a tough action against them so that they cannot do the same with any of his customers..

                      I have placed order on 29th sept 2019. It has not been delivered yet i. E 2nd nov.
                      They gave me expected delivery by 25th oct but even after 8 days there is no update.
                      I have called and written to them many times but there is no response.

                        The above product was ordered, booked[protected] at 16:43hrs and the same was to be delivered on[protected], till date there was no call nor have any one contacted me, infact when called the customer care does not have any update or knowledge of what needs to be communicated. Till date the product is still to be delivered and no assurance from flipkart too. They refuse to pass on the sellers and transporters information. Stating that the same cannot be disclsoed as per rule laid down by flipkart.

                        The seller omnitechretail has till date no contacted me for the same.

                        I had booked the product as surprise gift for diwali, and it ended up as a surprise to me till date.

                        I need the product in what ever mode they commute and a compensation for the delay in service and harassment since[protected].

                        They refuse to give the email id to raise a complaint too, stating the site in under maintenance.

                        Looks like they have for-fitted the product and my money.

                        Need the consumer forum for assistance.

                          I ordered vans old skool sneakers for rs1500 from flipkart and it got delivered today (2nd november 2019). When i opened the shoes i felt something wrong from the moment i saw the shoes. I discovered it further and found out that cost of the shoes ie. Rs300 was written inside the inner portion of the shoes which was scratched out and i was shook. The quality of the shoes is very bad with threads coming out from every corner of the shoes. Flipkart is cheating us with the name of such famous brands and i want someone to take a strict action against this. I'm very dissappointed and expect a fast and effective response.

                              I have ordered a king size bed from flipkart on 2/10/2019, and the delivery address given to me was 29/10/2019, but the product has not got dispatched even on 29/10/2019, the flipkart has extended the issue resolving date on 31/10/2019, again on 31/10/2019, flipkart again extended the date to 02/11/2019, again today i. E., on 02/11/2019, flipkart again extended the date to 04/11/2019, they are delaying it deliberately, when i ask them to cancel the product and refund the money paid by me (β‚Ή34, 497), they are saying cancellation is not possible, they are wantedly delaying my order and responding to my cancellation request, i fear my money would go in vain.                                 Last month during big billlion days i tried to book a power bank it got cancelled automatically and it stated seller has cancelled your order due to limited stock and i booked another power bank of another company and it got cancelled again, when i complained to customer service they said its a server glitch due to which any electronics gadgets you are booking are automatically getting cancelled and they will resolve that, then after a week i tried several times and it happned the same and after this my account got blocked wiithout any information. After complaining several times in the mail, i am receiving same reply that you are reselling your orders and irony is i am not a regular buyer on flipkart infact i book products once or twice a year and they are not ready to listen. And i have a due amount of rs 474 on flipkart pay later which i need to pay this month i. E on or before 10 nov 2019. Please help me in this case..

                                      I have purchased a dell laptop on 14 oct, flipkart delivered the product on 19 oct. On the day itself i made a replacement request, as the product is having manufacturing defect. The technician visit date given was 26 oct, but no one from flipkart has contacted me on 26 oct. I called 5 times and wrote mails but my issue was not resolved. Finally on one call flipkart has given the technician visit on 31 oct but no one from flipkart has contacted me on 31 oct.

                                        I have chatted to subeksha one of flipkart customer agents regarding the item which was missing in the package. I have requested that i need the product. She told the current price is increased and forcing me to agree for the refund. Please check the conversation once. The agent also checking my integrity that i did speak lie. I have already mentioned to delivery agent that one item is missing. He mentioned to me check it once and after i opening the package i called delivery agent and told the item was missing. He told me to contact customer care.
                                        And again one other customer agent joined in the chat and he is asking the questions about details of product, etc again. Already i was waiting in the chat sing long time also before to subheksha i was chatting with someone else. So these 3 people wasted my time and keep me waiting and irritated me.

                                        I did not expect the customer service is the way it is. The service is very very poor. I am secondly thinking now how i have been shopping in flipkart all these days.
