Flipkart has given promotional offer of 10% sbi instant discount on debit card which was advertised in all media forum on dhanteras.
I confirmed the order before placing it with flipkart as well as bank. Both approved the same.
After the placing the order discount not received.
I called customer care of flipkart 4-5 times, who havent addressed the complaint making different excuses everytime. Today the senior esclation desk mr. Singh disconnected the call when they found themselves unanswerable.
