Flipkart — Return of an incompatible product

I have purchased one Faber chimney on 4th oct from Flipkart order Id OD[protected]. Brand has denied installation as the product is not at all compatible for my kitchen. Hence I requested Flipkart as an exception to return the product. As it can't be installed as mentioned by brand technician. As per product policy it is eligible for replacement I know.but as I purchased it through online hence every details was not mentioned minutely on app. So I had a word with senior person and she raised a complaint IN[protected] with 24 TO 48 HRS TAT and raised return request so that I can get refund as an exception.but I see it got cancelled next day. I have reached them multiple times to return the product as it's not useful for me and there is no proper return policy mentioned on their app if it is incompatible.they didn't keep their promise and giving me time to wait only again and again. The return policy will be over tomorrow.it costs around 9000.i can't let my this huge amount money wasted like this n I badly need refund so that I can purchase a compatible model again.
