I order 3 items in 5th October when the PUJA offer was continued in flipkart...but now it is seen that " ORDER CANCELLED TODAY" !!!

Why this issue occurred???? Is the delivery man have any right to cancel my order without informing me about it !!???????

IT IS VERY MUCH UNEXPECTED FROM FLIPKART !!!📌

    I am a flipkart plus member and I have been using flipkart from the last 5 years and more. But, I could see for the last few weeks almost 90% of the items are not deliverable/out of stock for my area. My pincode is 700066. I am unable to order anything from the flipkart and also few of the orders that I ordered during the Big billion days got cancelled as well. I already contacted customer care but they can't able to provide any solution as of now. So, I would like to request to fix this problem asap so that I can order the items again. Even though other ecommerce sites like amazon, snapdeal are able to deliver my product at my pincode, not sure why there is such a problem with flipkart. I just want immediate action for this.

      I ordered an iphone12 in the flipkart sale on 8th october and the delivery date was 16th october. The order was not even shipped till 14th october and so the delivery was delayed till 20th october. Today, the order status says Arriving today but it has still not been shipped. Highly disappointed. Please inform me well in time if flipkart cannot fulfill its order.

        I ordered a vernier calliper and they sent me a woman's styler. I initiated a return request but they refused it multiple times.And no replacement option either. Scammers!!!

          I ordered from flipkart.
          I tried making payment via google pay from my sbi account but it was unsuccessful then i tried again making payment via google pay then it was successful
          When I checked my transaction history i was shocked on seeing that my amount was debited twice for the same order i.e. rs.1120 plus 1120.
          I issued complain on flipkart but it was of no use.
          I really need my payment back i.e rs.1120 urgently as soon as possible. I request you to please solve my problem asap.

            I have purchased Nokia 55 inch qled tv on oct 3, 2021. Got delivery on 10th oct, 2021. Still tv has not yet been installed . Jeeves executes are playing around. Flipkart promises will sort issues in no times but today it’s 20 oct 2021 tv remains uninstalled - I am not even sure if the item is received in good shape or not as the product cannot be opened other than by the installation person.

              We bought Kent ACE lite Mineral RO in September 2020 ( 4years free service - 1 year warranty + 3 years free service). I also purchased an extended warranty 2 years by flipkart protect) which would start its validity from the end of 1st year so that spare parts are covered after 1st year of warranty by Kent warranty. I was charged about 10% extra cost by flipkart for this extended warranty and this contract was sold by OneAssist Consumer Solutions Pvt Ltd, MUMBAI - 400015 THROUGH FLIPKART.My kent water purifier was having issues on 25th Sept 2021 after the end of one year. When I contacted Kant they verified the purifier and informed me that spare parts would not be covered by warranty as one year has just elapsed and only service is free. So I wanted to use the extended warranty that I had purchased and flipkart directed me to contact OneAssist [protected]. After several attempts, OneAssist registered my complaint reluctantly. The reg numbers are 1118825 & 11335527 and I spent many hours across the period 26th Sept to Oct 16 to get this registered. After a lot of efforts I was finally informed that they cannot replace the essential parts and could just restrict to free labour service which Kent was already offering from 2021 sept to 2023 Sept. They were not willing to describe the discussions in writing and Oneassist was just not bothered about solving the issue or describe in writing what additional service they were offering. I request consumer complaints to take up the issue with Oneassist (order ID OD[protected], [protected]/ [protected]; and Flipkart and do the needful. Public are to be careful while booking extended warranty or any service with Oneassist or through Flipkart.

                My Flipkart account was blocked of 17th October 2021. I have tried reaching to the customer care by all means. I was told that the issue will be resolved in 48 hours but I have not received any update yet. I have some pending paid orders from the same accout and I am not able to manage them. When I am trusting a service I should atleast receive some information on what went wrong and when will it be fixed. How can you treat a customer like this. I have been using Flipkart for around 10 years now and have ordered tons of stuffs from that account. If you behave like this with your customers next time onwards we will have to give it a thought.

                    While buying a product from Flipkart there is no option to specify a different billing address.
                    I bought a 42000 Rs laptop from Flipkart and the invoice generated by Flipkart has my shipping address where I'm living temporarily. I want the invoice address to be my permanent address. I called up customer support and they said that they can't help me.

                      I purchased TV from flipkart and got protection plan that guaranteed repair/replacement from flipkart if something goes wrong. When my TV had display issues I registered this matter with flipkart and they took so long to register the complaint. After a week, they sent a technician and he looked at the TV and took some part informing me that it needs to be replaced but till now I have not received any replacement. It has been more than a month now. The technician doesn't pick up calls too. Whenever I call flipkart customer care, they do not help in any way.

                        I have purchased one item from Flipkart first time and next day want to replace they said not possible you will talk to product brand. We can’t return

                        If I am not satisfied with product then they have to return simple otherwise I will purchase from shop why Flipkart

                        I think use Amazon instead Flipkart they will help in this matter

                          myself debasish sethi from rourkela, odisha i have ordered a whirlpool automatic washing machine on 5th october 2021 and shipped on 7th october with order id (od[protected] but till now i have not got my product . Today evening your customer care try to contact me and requesting me to order this same product again .When i disagree she told me some of " logistic issue " my product did not reach me. This my first time bad experience about delivery system. You can check my account . I have never faced this much of disturbance. Kindly resolve my request.

                            I want a solution . Order done 16 october 2021 at 8:49 pm approximetly.
                            Bt 18 october is sa shipping date and 21 delevery date .. today 19 still no order shipping done and i am sure 21 october not recive my product .. also raise a complain and they provide me a resolution date 22 october. Incase its not resolved then i have. A another option also for shopping amazon . Please solve this issue and provide me a good resolution as soon as possible

Lot of heating issue. 7.Lot of battery drain issue. Getting drained in 2 hours after full 100% charge. 8.Initially Alexa is non-functional.(which is in-build as per description). 9. Cortana Non-funtional. 10.Called Lenovo Premium Care, after multiple failed attempts to contact FlipKart (The agents on the floor of Flipkart are abusive, rude, rough, Lack of attention towards customer query, Non - Courteous towards customer.) 11. Since purchased from FlipKart, asked to get it resolved through FlipKart only, either Return or Replacement. 16.Firmware/Malware/Software Malfunctioning. 17. Tried contacting FlipKart on the same & I am not getting proper response. The agents on the floor are abusing, hurting, rude, rough and uncourteous. Also they are asking me to Buy from Amazon rather than FlipKart. Now they are saying, some local Technician will come and fix the issue on next month. How can i accept a repaired laptop with pirated & Corrupted software after paying such a huge hard earned money. I am facing lot of Mental agony and spoiling my health. If any of my health spoiled, then FlipKart would be responsible.

                                I received wrong product so I placed return/ replacement request and was asked for an id.i mailed my pan card then also my request was cancelled saying id verification failed and asked for another id..I mailed my aadhar card and now again they are asking for new id .how many IDs and why I have to send it to flipkart...when we buy things they dont ask for anything then why in returns they want a id

                                  I bought a phone from flipkart on 2nd October 2022 and it was delivered to me on 5th October 2022. I received a wrong model. I ordered samsung galaxy f22 but received samsung galaxy f12 so I lodged a complaint for replacement on 5th October 2021 but it's not solved. I called flipkart customer care more than 20 times but they just says issue will be resolved in 24-48 hours but nothing happens. It's been 15 days. Also they gave me ticket issue no. But nothing happens they change the resolving period every time after 48 hours are over. Even if I try to make contact customer care, they don't return my calls and if they do, they do call me after very long period of time. Now I have keep this wrong product even after paying more than it's full worth?
                                  Here is my ticket no. that is created by customer care:
                                  Ticket 1- [Incident: IN[protected]] will solving on 13 oct 2021 but delayed
                                  Ticket 2- [Incident: IN[protected]] will solving on 14 oct 2021 but again delayed
                                  Ticket 3- [Incident: IN[protected]] will solving on 18 Oct 2021 but again delayed
                                  Ticket 4- [Incident: IN[protected]] they rejected replacement request I don't know why they are rejecting it. I just called flipkart customer care and created new issue again and they told me that it will be solved on 31 oct 2021. I have to wait 11 days more. Worst customer service ever. None of them are solving my issue. It's been 15 days over.
                                  Even I called in customer care regarding this issue, they told me that my issue regarding the colour of my product is solved. I haven't complaint about the colour. What kind of service you are providing? Your owns members don't remember the problem of customers.

                                    Purchased a Diwan worth 20k+ and recieved it in damaged condition. We were assured replacement night till date no response. Service is pathetic and I have not seen such service in any online online shopping sites.
                                    No body gets in touch not responds to messages.
                                    This is truly faceless site.
                                    They should learn from Itokri how to deal with customers.

                                        I made a purchase of this realme robot vaccum on 4th oct, was told it would be delivered by 13th.
                                        On 13th around 8pm I got a automated call saying ‘they would deliver by 16th. This time, I got the same automated called saying they’ll deliver it before 21st oct.
                                        It’s a pre-paid order of 17k. I don’t know if I should wait or do what.
                                        I don’t know if Flipkart is just going to scam me or am really going to get the product.
                                        Please help.
