On 2nd Oct, I had ordered an Asus TUF F15 laptop from Flipkart (seller: TBL Online). I had pre-paid the amount of Rs.86, 990 via credit card and was promised the delivery by 4th Oct. Flipkart flipped on that and pushed the date back to 7th Oct. Since then they've been lying to me and giving me false assurances that they've been working on my problem. The latest delivery date that their social media team gave me was 17th Oct. But the product has not been shipped yet. It has been 16 days to the date I'm filing this complaint on, and all I've got is lies, misinformation, false assurances, stress, trauma and mental harassment. Add to that the hours I've wasted on contacting Flipkart Customer Support for nothing. I had informed them early on that I have my semesters on 15th Oct and that I needed the laptop before that date, and had asked them to put my issue on priority and deliver the product before 15th Oct. They had assured me that they'll deliver it by 15th positively but they didn't. I had sold my old laptop based on the delivery date that Flipkart gave me (4th Oct) but now I am facing grave inconvenience by not having a laptop during an online exam. I have been in a really bad mental shape due to Flipkart's pathetic behaviour and unaccountability. I have tried approaching @flipkartsupport on Twitter as well, and they don't care at all and have been stalling my complaint for a long time now. Flipkart has completely hung me out to dry. Please help me get a heavy compensation of at least Rs. 30, 000 for all the trouble they've made me go through to date. It has been a stressful couple of weeks.
