Cancelled order and delayed

My two order are cancelled back to back. If you can't deliver why do put sale. You will do two think either you will delay a lot so that customer could cancel if not you will cancel after reaching to nearest hub product gets cancelled even if they could atleast call so we can pick up. Unethical behaviour, fake promises & irresponsibility of customer support executives including senior staff

Unnecessary delayed in product delivery

Hi,

I have ordered Iphone 12 on 2nd October midnight and promised delivered date is 3rd October. Product is already reached to my destination city Rajkot ( Gujarat) on 3rd October at 7 AM in the morning already. But my product was not delivered on 3rd October and I get a message for delay in delivery and next promised date is given as 5th October. But its already passed 5th October and still I didn't get my product delivered....

My Order Delayed Unnecessarily

I ordered my iPhone 12 on Saturday (2.10.2021). Promised delivery date was yesterday (5.10.2021). As per the delivery status, product arrived at my nearest hub yesterday at 6 AM and they send for delivery. I awaited till 7PM, still not received the product.

Today morning, I contacted flipkart customer care please update the status of my order as it is displaying "to be delivery by 12 Oct 2021" they are delaying my product unnecessarily...

Denying to Refund.

On 3rd of October I hv purchased 3 products, and paid through UPI. flipkart did not confirm the order and now says no money is being credited to theoir account. But I have checked with my back chargeback sheet and it completely shows that money is being deposited to flipkart account. But flipkart is simply denying and not even checking with seller after several times I have attached the transaction details and id.

I have ordered Lenovo ThinkPad E15 laptop from Flipkart on 16th Sep 2021 then found that the product is not the one mentioned in the Flipkart app. So I have raised the return on Sep 23, 2021. The Product should have been picked by 27th Sep 2021 but without my knowledge, the customer care guy from Flipkart canceled my return and created a new one on the same day.

Flipkart Moto g60 Order getting delayed and no action taken

Ordered moto g60 on 3rdOct2021 around 1AM and the promised delivery date was 6Oct2021.

Shipment date was 4thOct2021 which was yesterday and it has not been shipped till now. i.e 5Oct2021 9PM.

Nothing has been updated on this and when i contacted customer care the poor guy told me to wait till 9thOct2021 for resolution.

Horrible customer support

I don't even know why flipkart keeps their customer support. Like what's the point of it if you can't connect to the customer care? I have requested calls from them since yesterday but I have never received any kinds of communication from their side. This is getting really annoying. My order of moto g60 hasn't been shipped. And now, it's even undeliverable to my location. What the heck am I supposed to do now?...

Order stuck at Mother Hub Gurgaon

I placed an order of MSI Modern 14 on 3rd October, it was shipped on the same day. However, it is still stuck at the MotherHub Gurgaon since the very first day and has not moved. Even though today is the promised delivery date the order is still stuck at Gurgaon facility. I fail to understand if flipkart is unable to deliver on its promised date why does it even promising such dates to us. Highly unprofessional on part of flipkart...

Order not confirmed but amount debited from bank

Product not getting shipped

Hi, I ordered an Iphone 12 from flipkart on 3rd Oct..It is still not packed/processed/shipped...But same product is getting delivered in my pincode to various people i know..I have prepaid the amount and i do not want that my order gets cancelled if i have purchased in BBD Price!...
