Flipkart — Return of defective mobile phone stuck with Jeeves technician visit

I have ordered Motorola Edge 20 Fusion OID: OD[protected] by Sept 11th 2021, and i have received the device by 14th Sept. The actual issue with the device is battery gets drained very fast. So i have raised a return request by 16th Sept. For tel-verification they took 3 days and confirmed my request and mentioned that the technician visit would happen by 21 Sept. but the technician visit didn't happen till now.
There is no update from flipkart and it says my return has been cancelled and suddenly new request created and that had extended time to process my return (24th Sept) and again time got extended till 27th Sept and again same happened and my return got converted to replacement request without my knowledge by 29th Sept and again time got extended till 2nd Oct and i have call each and every time to flipkart customer care you can see all the records and history. Yesterday my technician visit had to happen but none visited. So i called flipkart care and as usual they raised a request and that resolution date is 6th Oct.
I am really frustrated as this is the repeated process happening. I ordered as i don't have mobile but because of this lengthy process i had to arrange some other device now this replacement doesn't make any sense and one main thing is this technician visit never happened this JEEVES guys are not picking the call also they haven't called us but they reject the return request as such without even visiting.
Kindly help me on the same and process my return request.

Without the technician visit flipkart mentioned my issue is resolved and my return got canceled totally unfair.

Flipkart cheated me. Now without my knowledge it closed the return and saying you need to visit the brand. The process was totally fake. They restricted us from all point of contact even email and always directing us to the customer care where they repeat the same. They dont take any action. Flipkart please dont play with consumers. The worst ever experience I faced with Flipkart that too spending my rs21499 rupees.
