I requested a return of my product within 10 days of delivery, it was duly accepted from the seller and i was given a date by which the product had to be picked up from my place. It’s been a week that the pickup has not happened even after the scheduled time. I purchased this product which is a vega straightener through Flipkat paylater option and tomorrow i.e. 10th November I’m supposed to pay for the product I want to return!
What do you guys consider us customers, stupid?
And this is not about just one product, the same has happened with me with another Vega product i want to return. The return has been scheduled but no one has come yet to actually pickup the product even after the scheduled time. Kindly resolve this issue ASAP.
My two products that i want to return are:
1) VEGA VHSH-18 Hair straightener
