I ordered midea 1 ton inverter ac on 10- oct -2018 and the product was delivered on 15-oct-2018. The product which i received is incorrect, here the indoor unit is inverter and outdoor unit is non-inverter. The installation guys told this couldn't be installed due to compatibility issues and i agree to it. I am requesting flipkart to replace the product as it promised while i was placing the order. The seller is omnitech retail and as per their policy if the product is in stock, replacement would be provided. I bought this product during flipkart big billion sale at rs.19289/-. I have contacted flipkart many times as an when i see that the product is in stock, but they just escalate the issue to the concerned team and they will get back to me after 3 days, by the time they call me product becomes out of stock. I recently called them and they promised to resolve the issue by 4-nov-2018, (The product is in stock from 1st-nov-2018) but this time they did not call on the promised date and requested me to wait till 8th - nov-2018. By the date i will receive call the product would be out of stock and they (Flipkart) are waiting for the same. While buying the product it was badged as flipkart assured and covered under flipkart buyer potection, which ensures customer receives correct product as it goes through six quality checks. I would like to understand how did the seller ship incorrect product even after going through stringent quality checks by flipkart. I would request for a replacement rather than a refund as it would cost me more if i buy this product now. Kindly check the below image.

      I have ordered 2 t-shirt of medium size.. But i received 1 medium grey and 1 large blue. Which is totally not what i have order, so this is completely their fault.. So i requested for an exchange, since there is no exchange available so i asked for a refund which is my rights.

      But after asking for a refund they said our sales person will reach your door to collect the package on mentioned date.. But on the same date when the sales person suppose to come at my address. I received a message saying that your return request is been cancelled.. So i called the customer care to know the complete scenario why it is been cancelled they where like it is been cancelled from the seller itself without sharing any further feedback..

      So the cc (Customer care) person launched the request again for refund.. Then again i got a new date.. But again the same thing happened and this time i received a feedback saying the product was damaged. But no # sales person as come to my address to collect the product or even bothering to see the product.. From the day one i have not even used it more from than 2 minutes and it is completely as it is with all the label, price tag etc within it..

      I have been a very bad experience with filpkart both from there seller and cc and do not have any option to escalate this within all my friend circle and i will also going to post this on all my social accounts like fb, twitter, linked in etc to make sure this should not happen with anyone else.

        Please note w. R. T above mentioned product, i have been requesting for replacement of the 2 quantities of the same since i received defective products.
        Unfortunately flipkart has not been responding in this regard. Moreover they have send a message as follows:

        We'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are for reselling and not for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account.

        Iam surprised as to how flipkart can decided on its own about a customer without seeking clarification and without proper inspection.

        Inspite of this unwarranted email, i have replied to them explaining my need for the quanties of lamps that i have been ordering.

        Yet there has been no response from flipkart.

        If you donot want to extend a relationship with an honest customer it is your choice. But you cannot harrass a customer by not replacing defective products that you have supplied.
        I donot understand why you are not responding to my request for replacement of 2 quantities of the abovementioned product.

        Kindly request the concerned personnel to take out time to resolve this long pending problem as soon as possible.

          I requested for refund for mobile phone because the seller send the damaged product. Ekart wish master is not picking up my product for refund. Ekart wish master approved my request for refund but they are cancelling in the end without coming to the house. Without informing me they are cancelling in the end. Why they are sending the damaged product and why they are giving the false promises. It happiness three times to me for the same product.

            I have registered a complaint with docket number 990863 on nationalconsumerhelpline.in against my issue regarding order number OD[protected] from flipkart. Still no response from flipkart and even the concern team has no update on solution regarding my concern. Customer care has no answer fir my concern. Totally helpless with my concern of waiting since past 26 days for getting my order ir refund of money. It's pathetic to place order on flipkart by paying in advance. Parcel lost committed by Shipment service provider and flipkart updated that parcel is delivered to me. It is foolishness of a leading e-commerce player of our country that they are not even able to track their Shipment while they are delivered from thier logistic hubs. Still waiting for any actual state of my refund or product delivery.

              I purchased women kurta clothing from flipkart on the 11th oct 18 it was giving estimated time of delivery as 17th oct but i received a message on 16th as there was some issue with seller product is delayed and will reach on 24th oct, when i called them to ask the issue they said there is some issue with logistics. After 25th oct when i again called them to ask where is my order they again said order is delayed and will come at you on 30th oct but there was no delvery on 30th again and i called them back on 31st oct they asked for 24hrs period to escalate the issue and response but still they haven't given me any call or any response and whenver i am calling them they tell issue is now been escalated and will take 48 hrs to resolve and repeating same story again and again.
              Also people on call are pathetic and doesn't have any resolution to my problem when i ask what is the issue they say issue is from logistic side which is third party and they don't have control on it

                  Bought mitashi 31.5 inch led tv from flipkart on oct 15th. Got delivery of the same on oct 17th. Installation and demo was promised by flikart on or before 20th of october. But there was no response or installation by the service partner. Even though i repeatedly contacted customer care, my grievances was not addressed. I returned the product on 24th night. Contrary to flipkart policy the return was rejected and further there was no response from customer care about installation of reason for cancelling of return.

                  Humbly request the consumer forum to intervene and address my concern.

                    I have ordered a mobile oppo f9 (Mist back 64 gb) from flipkart on[protected] and the order no. For this is od[protected] from the day 1 i am getting heating problem on this and also it hangs in every single minute. I have requested to flipkart to get it replace but they are sending every time a new technician to check the issue, i am not able to understand why this technical visit is there?                       Bought a tv from flipkart iffalcon 40f2a smart tv and got it delivered on 03.11.18 and they scheduled installation on 08.11.18 after 5 days of delivery and i cannot open or do the insatllation myself because it will get the warranty voided. When i contact flipkart and jeeves for assistance there no good answer from them and no respinse.

                        I have call from a number [protected]. He says that this is a call from flipkart they say all things about my order. But finally he says the order will not delivered to my home. I pickup the order from my nearest hub or the coriour service center. Is this call from flipkart.?. I am confused about this. First i order a phone from flipkart. I didn't get it after the delivery date. So i cancelled my order. Then i reordered same product. So please conform me that the call is from filpkart or not

                              Recently during big billion days i ordered some products for myself but due to holidays i had to move to my home so i canceiled my past order and create a new one with adding more stuffs.
                              I got delivered all the products i had ordered but my account was disabled/blocked and i am not able to login.
                              I had registered for cardless credit on my flipkart account and freezing of my account means i will never be able to use cardless credit service in future.
                              Tried many times to talk to customer care but they do nothing after registering my complain.

                                    Hello seller, i ordered redmi note 5pro (4gb gold) on oct 10 and cancelled order after 3 hours before dispatch. But even after 20 days neither mobile delivered nor amount refund initiated. I tried to cancel 12 times but every times got same message that 'we cannot refund amount'. Called flipkart support 20 times and mailed 3 times and escalated as well but no result. Every time fk support said once item reached back to seller then u will get refund, now my question is where mobile was disappeared between seller warehouse and fk warehouse. Their is inventory mismatch needs to be tracked on high priority, 20 days gone but no senior person is involved to handle this case or try to track item. I paid in advance so seller and fk are sitting ideal without worry, my amount got stuck and seller and fk is working casually. Let see if anyone take opportunity to look into this case.

                                      My flipkart account id blocked since 9th october and today is 4th november i have received a email from flipkart.com that my accounts has some suspicious activity amd high number of returns but reality is that i want to return only one item that was honor 9n because it was very bad performance mobiles and i want to return it but the return was automatically being canceled from seller without confirming me at last time my account get blocked now i want to unblock my account but not what to return because i can handle that phone but my account is very important for me because i have taken the flipkart credit from credit and emi or i[censored] don't unlock my account than how i be able to pay your cardless credit emi

                                      My flipkart account id blocked since 9th october and today is 15 th november i have received a email from flipkart.com that my accounts has some suspicious activity amd high number of returns but reality is that i want to return only one item that was honor 9n because it was very bad performance mobiles and i want to return it but the return was automatically being canceled from seller without confirming me at last time my account get blocked now i want to unblock my account but not what to return because i can handle that phone but my account is very important for me because i have taken the flipkart credit from credit and emi or i[censored] don't unlock my account than how i be able to pay your cardless credit emi

                                      U have marked my problems as resolved but its not resolved yet why r u guys fooling and cheating u will destroy my cibil score bcos hiw i able to pay your cardless credit emi at the same bcos my account is not able to login u r sending me mails and mails to pay EMI but hiw can i do this without logging into my account.

                                      Pls unblock my account otherwise i have to take a serious look at the problem bcos my cibil score is most important not your cheating companies.

                                        I have purchased Loreal Paris professionnal xtenso shampoo from Flipkart and have paid by credit card and have got the product on time
                                        Problem started when I had started using that product ...now after using it I found that it's a FAKE PRODUCT.
                                        I never had this expectations either from loreal or from Flipkart but it true

                                        First I was not able to get it that why it's not working on my hair but when I have consulted from my hair specialist and used same product but the original one at his parlour then I found out that I was using a fake one

                                        I felt cheated because this product is not returnable and I can not do anything but cribbing about approx 1200/- RS I have lost.

                                        I m writing this mail with only expectation that someone will listen and understand my problem
