My return request placed on 24 and it picked up on 26 Oct.It's already 7 days my order was shipped but I can't track my order.the tracking link that given by flipcart is not exit.I complain about 4 times but there is no positive action taken by the flipcart costomer care.my first delivery Tate given by flipcart was 10nov then after 2 days its14nov.Too much poor service from flipcart.

    I had recently bought mi smart tv, i was support to recieve demo and installation.
    Which has been cancelled from your side.
    Why is it so???
    Shall i take out the tv myself & start using it.
    Will it hamp my warranty.
    If the things are happening like this, in future i wont be buying any product. Even i am gonna suggest not to buy any mi product.

      I have to return both the mi tv. But even after calling several times am unable to see the return request accepted... every time I call flippant, they say that they are having some internal system problem and to call after 2 hours.. from morning till evening am trying many times..But same problem.
      Now my fear is that they will never return it back and the money hard earned is gone...
      Coz simply I cannot call them everyday and every 2 hours...

      Kindly return the product at the earliest...

But i received only 6 products jiofi jmr 814 data card & sandisk 32 gb memory card not received., i complaint about this issue more than 10 days up to now not resolved. It seems i cheated by seller, courier (Flipkart). Invoice number for the product #faby[protected] this item not received. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible. Otherwise i go to consumer court.

          Hello,
          I placed order from Flipkart on 10/10/2018 11:17 AM for an electric rice cooker.

          Order ID: OD[protected]

          Seller has processed my order on 17/10/2018 12:59 pm.

          And the order is dispatched on 17/10/2018 13:21 pm.

          Item shipped on 17/10/2018 15:24 PM.

          Item reached to Chennai on 17/10/2018 15:24 PM.

          From here the Problem started.

          Initially the estimated Delivery Date is 20/10/2018

          After 20/10/2018 it is changed to 25/10/2018
          I raised a compalin to Flipkart customer care on 24/10/2018 and they told me they raied the complaint to delivery department.

          Again on 25/10/2018 the product is not delivered and postponed to 30/10/2018

          Again I raised a complaint on 29/10/2018 and 30/10/2018

          Product is not delivered on 30/10/2018.

          Again I reached customer support and they told me the produce will reach by 31/10/2018 but still I have not received my product.

          I am not sure what is the problem.
          And Flipkart customer care is not providing the proper details about the problem and status of the shipment.

          I want my produce to be delivered asap.

          After more than 20 days they are not able to resolve one single problem of customer. pathetic customer support.

          Thanks to take action on Flipkart to not taking action on customer complaints.

            I ordered the product OD[protected] which was late delivered on 13/10/2018 with the machine missing I am calling your call centre since then but every time I was told that the case is been escalated as because of a technical issue the order cannot be returned back or they can contact the seller to send the missing part many complaint are raised but of no use (IN[protected]. I even spoke to a superior and she said the same script that the issue will get resolved within 24-48 hours it's been more than 17-18 days now. Contact me on [protected] or I will escalate this issue further.

            Issue closed now as you were not able to contact seller to deliver the machine so you have refunded me back the same amount as gift cart, I have again ordered the product, let's hope this time the products are there in the box.

              I received a defective product that is mobile and requested for replacement, my order id was od[protected], and i was old customer for flipkart and i know the policy where they will come and collect old and deliver the new one at the same time but now they are saying they will pick the old mobile and after it reached seller then they ship the new one and i know it will take minimum 7 days and i dont have backup mobile and i bought the mobile with my hard earned money and requested them to provide any backup or same day replacement
              And they where saying we are just platform they are helpless and seller gave only one option now what i have to do please help me.

                  My email id is [protected]@yahoo.in and contact number is [protected]. Flipkart is sending me emails for the non payment of my flipkart pay later bill of Rs. 2099 whereas I tried to open my account for last last week which had been blocked by flipkart due to some returns. If customer don't like the quality of the product why they will keep it. I contacted to them about it through email and through phone also. By email they have assured to assist me that time. But they haven't tried to even assist me. I have all my emails in my ID. Even when they blocked my account I have contacted flipkart on their helpline no. also send them various emails regarding it. But haven't got any kind of reply from their side! I have purchased so many things from flipkart. They themselves blocked my account they themselves aren't assisting me so how can I pay the amount without opening my id? Here are some proves which will show you that how I tried to get in touch with flipkart. They keep on harrassing me by not assisting. I have called them 5 times within past week. They are not helping at all.

                  Everyday, my issue is bring postponed. They dont attend to my issue at all.
                  They don not contact me on my number at all.
                  If I am not stisfied with a product then I have full rights to return it in unused condition and tags intact.
                  They blocked my account the moment I paid for my order. So, I am now forced to keep the product.

                  I need access to my account, it is purely a violation of their policies.
                  They are not helping me at all and sending me mails regarding payment.
                  How can I pay if my account is blocked.

                    I would like to inform that on[protected] I tried to make a purchase of Redmi note 5 pro for rs 12999 through EMI system. but unfortunately the payment was failed n order was not placed. However in my credit card it showed that amount of rs 12999 was added as outstanding. When I called the SBI card call center they said that FLIPKART HAS CLAIMED THE AMOUNT FOR THAT TRANSACTION.

                    So, I want flipkart to kindly refund my amount so that the wrongly charged amount can be deducted from my card.

                      I had purchased asus laptop, few keys of which are not working. I had already asked for replacement on 24.10.2018 within 10 days as per their policy but no technician is visiting up to now.                         I ordered one MI led tv 32" on 12th October 2018 but the item not yet received. initially it shows that expected delivery was 26th October, 2018 then i contact flipkart customer care they said, it would be delivered on 31st October, 2018. On 31st October, 2018 i contact the flipkart customer care again they extend one more day i.e on 1st November, 2018 it will be deliver.
                        Today is 1st November, 2018 so far i didnt get any message from your side. Kindly deliver my product with in time or give back my money along with the interest rate from the date i made on order.

                              Hello team,

                              Am very frausted with your online shopping business and your promised is not true and making fool for customer.
                              As i ordered filler for my bean bag which contains 2.5 kg and payment made via on-line 1098 rupees, but you delivered late and it's contains only 1kg single bag it's insane and the deliver guy says only one bag we received from seller, while displaying in flipkart it's showed 2 bag and 2.5 kg later when we put weight it's showed only 1kg it's not enough for my xxxl bag, later i called customer care of flipkart then they force me to return product and money will be refunded after the product return, she said this process will take 15-20 days no proper solution.
                              1kg filler cost 1098 rupees?
                              Pls for god sake returns my money and take your product back, am not going to use your online shopping anymore and i will alert to my family members prior and be careful with your online.
                              This is looting ppl money and doing fraudulent.

                              Pls take this as high priority complaint and do the needful.

                                  I placed order on 24/10/18 and they gave date to deliver the product on 29/10/18. But on that day automatically cancelled the order on 30/10/18, thereby not fulfilling commitment.

                                  Since i have not cancelled order thats why i want that product.
                                  So i request you to kindly consider the issue and make me my product to get delivered as soon as possible

                                      They contacted me and said if I have to take car I need to provide Aadhar details and 2 PP size photo. And if I want money I have to pay 6500. What should I do???
