Request your immediate support, since I am now tired from getting support from flipkart customer care team and flipkart social media, no one is supporting at all.
I paid for the product on 12th Oct for which delivery was expecting for 17th Oct.
On 13th Oct, material packed but not delivered on due date then we contacted flipkart on 17th Oct.
On 17 Oct, flipkart told me that it will be deliver today and provided me wrong tracking number (screenshot attached).
Then I contacted on 17 Oct, then 19oct was given for delivery of product.
Then I again contacted on 19th Oct, flipkart told me it will deliver on 21st.
Then I contacted on 21st, flipkart told me that it will deliver on 24th Oct.
Everyone from flipkart just playing with the customers, I never received any communication for delay in delivery form flipkart side. Even I told your team to notify me for delay in delivery of product.
What is my fault, to use Flipkart for shopping??? Ok then I will not repeat this in future.
I am taking follow up with flipkart team on Facebook, Customer Care Call, E-mail, Chat but no support.
I am feeling cheated after paying amount Rs 27490 and now daily I am taking follow up and no one is care of it. Is it my duty to contact with you again and again ? I am getting new commitment from your side on daily basis, if flipkart can't fulfill his commitments, then please don't do that..
I am your valuable customer you can check my account, I am shopping with flipkart and never experienced this before. one thing more" If you don't give value to your customer, customer will not going to buy the things from company, Root of the companies wholly depends on the customers, Never do the commitments which you can't fulfill".
I am feeling cheated, when seller don’t have laptop in his stock why he is selling it. Please take strict action on seller (i think retail net is your own company, that means Flipkart is not able to deliver the product itself ?).
Due to Flipkart, I blocked my capital and was unable to buy the product on discounted price at the time of sale.
I want compensation for this, please refund the MRP amount of product so that I can order another laptop from another seller.
If you don't have resolution of my problem, please don't arrange a call from your team, i am seriously frustrated by contacting your team (jhutte committments).

***One Interesting Fact about Flipkart- " I placed an order of Same product on 24/10 around 11 pm on Cash on delivry and it is already shipped before 8 am on 25/10. Wahhh Flipkart..if a person make the advance payment you don't have product and make them suffer, u cant deliver the product in 14 days for which advance payment is made..but you are ready to deliver the product within 2 days if is done COD basis..
