Issue description:
Return pickup delayed for long time and fake promises of resolving issue and scams on product quality certification
Context:
1) "Flipkart quality verified" metioned product is received with damages and questionable quality and age
2) Error message showed up that "return couldn't be created" while Flipkart customer care representative trying to create return pickup
3) Had to share bank account details manually as per Flipkart customer care request so that they could share to seller (not using source payment account refund method)
4) After sharing images and bank details product not picked up by Flipkart perfect homes bed seller on promised date and pickup date extended
Minimal expectation:
Pickup return in the extended date (October 10th 2024) and refund amount
