Flipkart — Return pickup done but status not updated by the pickup executive

I had placed an order for a book shelf on flipkart which I had to return due to manufacturing defect. I filed a return request the very same day it got delivered I.e. 26th feb, 2023 and the pick up was done on 27th feb, 2023. The pickup executive did not update the status of pick up immediately due to which I contacted customer support the very next day. Since then I have been talking on calls with the customer support every day but my issue is still not resolved. I haven't received my refund and the flipkart customer support is not at all helping in this.
