I ordered two Inno3D NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3090 X3 24 GB GDDR6X Graphics Card on 21st Jan and on next day it says order is shipped but there was no tracking ID so I got suspicious and decided to cancel the both orders on 22nd Jan(I have emails from Flipkart saying refund will be initiated soon). Strangely on 24 th, it says order got delivered at 11.59 pm. Flipkart customer care actually consider that as an appropriate time of delivery. I called them mentioning that I cancelled the order on 22nd and asked why it showing delivered, cc mentioned that to them it shows order is dispatched but not delivered so I asked them to cancel the delivery of both orders. They raised the complain. I got a follow up call next day mentioning that they are working on it and give resolution in few days.
To my suprise, my complain was closed with no resolution so I raised it again. I asked them what happened to old complain they said there is no prior complain from your side. I was like what seriously? So I explained them again how cancelled product shows delivered a delivery which never happened. This time I asked them to send me email committing a resolution. So I got an email from Flipkart saying "If the issue is not resolved with in the next 48 hrs we will request the seller to process for a manual refund." For both orders
They issued the refund but only for one order. So two orders ordered on same day (21 jan with few mins apart), both cancelled on 22nd and both showing fake status of delivered on 24th but one gets refund but other one don't.
Now whenever I try to raise complain they simply do not acknowledge all the requests I raised before all the process of previous days and simply says that product is successfully delivered and we can't do anything as it's no return policy product. So they successfully let a scam happen while also acknowledging the scam but only for one product while not doing it for the other one. I don't understand reasoning of Flipkart and why they don't have proper ticket system which any basic website have nowadays. Also [protected] is tracking ID given by Flipkart cc. I guess anybody with common sense can understand that's not really a tracking ID. I asked them which shipping service this belong to and they said they can't say.
I just want to understand, after promising manual refund for both orders, why do it only for one? What's the reasoning?
