Restricted self return and rejecting refund
Take immediate action against flipkart . I placed order Oneplus 10R 5G Mobile on 18th February This Mobile Through Flipkart. I made full payment times of placing orders The Ordering phone was very urgency for me it was someone birthday special gift But they Delivered yesterday A percel in seald intact conditions. I takes percel without any doubt I expected normal course of business but while I opened I found there are complete item missing Empty percel Delivered intact conditions just like criminal case. I paid huge amounts for this, I contacted their customer support for refund they created return request. Some hours later their concern team called me and said Share your ID proof and percel received Images they we will help you. But I can see after sharing my documents proof they rejected my refund request. Please take action against fraud flipkart and Refunded my money as soon as possible

      I ordered Killer Jeans Women, and the product didn't fit from the waist for my wife. I have tried return 3 times, it get rejected and raised an investigation and shared pictures of the product I received still no good. I was told by a pickup person that style code or barcode of the product didn't match, which I have no hand in.

      I'd be proceeding with a legal case for this.

          HI, i activated my flipkart pay later account last year and till now, i haven't used a single time of this. I want to deactivate this account from so long but i can't because of your issues. I tried contacting customer support a lot of times but you never gave me any response. Its been months since i am trying to deactivate this account but still nothing. Please help. My gmail is [protected]@gmail.com

            I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number [protected] and email Saurabh.[protected]@gmail.com. i lost my mobile phone and the number.

            The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
            Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

              I have created a return request for my order with order id OD[protected] due to size fitting issue on 8 th feb. Since than no one came for the pickup. Several times the pickup date is being changed by flipkart. The last date given to me was of 25 feb that is also over still no one came for the pickup.
              Please help me to get my refund.

              Why my issue is still not resolved?
              Flipkart had provided me with several deadlines to resolve the issue.. but still it is unresolved. I am attaching the mails provided by flipkart for resolution .

                  I created Flipkart account years back with a mobile number a few months ago I lost my mobile phone and the number. I have my Flipkart Pay Later active. It's a serious problem.

                  The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                  Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my Flipkart account.

                    Order for EVETIS SmartBuy 120W Home/Car Vacumm cleaner has been placed on 11th of February 2023 and a defective product has been delivered to me. I have raised a complaint of replacement and after that delivery executive came to my house on 17th of February 2023 and deny replacing the product as he does not have sufficient information about the product and subsequently on the same day, I have received rejection communication from flipkart. I have again logged a call on 17th of February 2023 against that issue and flipkart accepted it stating that this is the issue of delivery executive as he did not have sufficient information with him and flipkart again accept replacement complain. In the meantime, flipkart called me multiple times and ensure that product will be delivered to me by 48 hours . But still I am waiting for that golden 48 hours. Yesterday I again received a sms from flipkart that again delivery executive deny to accept the replacement but the fact is that no one came to my house yesterday. I think flipkart is now running a worst customer service now a days as they do not have any information and ask me same question and even do not track the previous call log. one more information- customer executive closed my calls without any resolution. Worst service running by flipkart. I completely loose trust. Attached few false commitments proof.

                    No step has been taken by company other than false commitment. they are calling from 4068988600 provide false commitment multiple time about the delivery of the product.                       Flipkart has added its own bots in every game, you play any game it remains fixed most of the time bots win.
                      It was not expected from such a big company that it would do this.
                      You are requested to remove bots that only wun or close the game

                        I’m Nimesh your customer glad to be, , my Order ID - OD[protected], I ordered a iphone 20W adapter which cost 1504inr on 17 feb 2023 but I received empty box . When i call customer care they how didn’t u find the box is empty when u received, first of all you tell me how much weight a adapter have approx 100 grams did u feel 100 grams when you have a packaged box 📦 of flipkart how can i feel whats inside the box ….
                        The cost of adapter 1504 matters for me i don’t belong from a rich family so I ordered new one and leave this . Its a humble request i[censored] look into this matter then it will be solved.

                                    I ordered a mobile phone NOTHING PHONE 1 but turning on the mobile the display was blackout and did not show anything. Then I placed a replacement for this item and all procedure was approved but at the time of replacement the delivery partner EKART refused and did not replace the same. He was telling he doesn't have approval, so I registered a company in Flipkart but Flipkart cancelled my replacement order without any reason.
                                    Kindly help on this.

                                        I've ordered a samsung mobile and boAt airdopes earphones from flipkart last year 23rd November 2022. I need the invoice number to claim warranty of my devices but the invoice option is not showing in the app. Only the product is delivered thats all its showing. No invoice page.
