I ordered LEVI'S pant of 36 size online in Flipkart App with order ID OD[protected], but they delivered 34 size. I requested for return of the product on 28/01/2023 and refund my money, but the seller is not responding since then and Flipkart also not taking action against the seller. Both are not concerned about the customer. They are looting the public/customer money by showing one thing on Flipkart online platform and delivering another. So please take the action against the both seller and Flipkart not being responsible for there actions.

    Flipkart block my account, i am reseller and my all order for reselling and earning commission. Why you blocked account on shopsy order, Flipkart system wrong obser that not intended for personal use. Please pay my earning commission to my bank account

      I got automatically logged out and it's showing account blocked by Flipkart
      It's 1 .5 months now after repeated calling and talking to customer care still they did not respond.

        Respected Sir, My Flipkart account was blocked on 06/08/2022. After that I contacted the customer care of Flipkart via Call. They told me their technical department will call me with the resolution but I did not receive any calls or email about it. I contacted them again and they told that an email was sent to my email id with the reason of blocking/resolution but I have not received any email or calls. I told them so but they keep saying that a mail has been sent on 19/09/2022. I have checked all my mailbox/spam/junk etc of the registered email but did not find any email from Flipkart about the problem. So, I contacted them again via twitter DM but there also they keep saying only one thing that mail has been sent. I asked them to resend it or have some representative call me and tell me the resolution but they did not. Now they have blocked me on twitter also. This is very unfair for me as I am very old user of Flipkart and a lots of orders are there on the website for which I need info on but I cannot access it now. So, I am writing this complain here with a lot of expectations that here I would get the resolution. My registered mail id- [protected]@gmail.com. Date of blocking- 06/08/2022. I want them to unblock my account at the earliest. I will be very thankful for the same. I have attached twitter DM also.

          Update Mobile Number without otp from old phone

          Hi Team,

          I created flipkart account long back with a mobile number +91 [protected] and email [protected]@gmail.com. Few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

          The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number +91 [protected], the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as...

          Flipkart blocked my account and from 6 months I'm unable to use

          After great pursuation with their customer care got message like "due to high number of returns (account is blocked) and no further action will be made you have to keep whatever kind of phone you got moreover your account can not be unblocked lifetime at any cost."

            I have purchased OnePlus Y1 108 cm (43 inch) Full HD LED Smart Android TV with Dolby Audio (43FA0A00) order id OD[protected] in June 2022.

            I am facing problem in LED screen of this TV, Service centre need Invoice of this product to repair since, this product is still under warranty.
            I can't see invoice download option of this product in my order list. I couldnot found invoice in my mail too.

            I request you to look into it urgently.

              I have ordered infinix zero book on 4th of February with an exchange offer on my existing laptop. On 9th February they have cancelled my order after it has been shipped and reached Hyderabad, which is a close facility to my address, without my consent or any prior intimation or communication to me.

              Once the order has been shipped I have cleaned up existing laptop for exchange as prescribed by the flipkart. Now they are not delivering the product. I have asked for the reason and I got multiple answers from multiple people at flipkart.

              One said that the seller has cancelled my order but I could see the seller selling the same product on flipkart.

              Other one said that it's a technical issue with the courier company, which is odd because the product has been shipped by ekart which is an entity of flipkart.

              Then I get another mail saying that they want to provide an equal opportunity to all the buyers but I have ordered only one laptop from them. I don't understand what equal opportunity they were talking about.

              One customer care executive flat out told me that it was my problem that I bought a laptop from their site and he would never buy it from flipkart. I don't understand why someone would want to work in an organization which they don't believe in.

              They suggested me that I should place a new order from them for the same product. They have jacked up the prices. This whole incident constitutes to misinformation, cheating, intentional harm to possessions, false advertising and also a possible discrimination.

              I want a strong action taken against flipkart.

                I've a user of flipkart from a long time and I used to enjoy playing the games from the game zone. But it's been more than a year since i've been blocked from the game zone. It always shows 'something went wrong'.

                  I ordered Pawwfect veg biscuits online from Flipkart but instead of it i received a green colour wrist watch from Flipkart. So I contacted their customer care team and told them about my issue and they created a return request for the wrong product (green colour wrist watch)since it was not what i ordered (Pawwfect veg dog biscuits ). Customer care team assured me that I will be helped and they created a replacement request on my behalf on 2 Feb because according to their policy my product was a non returnable item and only replacement was the option.I was told that they will get the wrong product picked up and replacement will be delivered on 7 feb.I was okay with it and said yes for replacement because I thought it's fine and atleast I will have my original product for which I have paid .I was waiting for the delivery on 7 Feb but their courier service provider denied my pick up and replacement delivery because he said that Flipkart has not mentioned the right reason needed for pickup and replacement delivery and asked me to contact Flipkart customer care team.Without wasting any time I contacted Flipkart customer care team and told them about the situation.They registered my complaint and said that they will provide me a resolution for the same on 9 feb.I got calls from Flipkart two or three times for my complaint verification and after every call they extended the time for resolution to 10 then 11 and then 14 Feb. I was waiting very patiently because one of their customer care told me that they are working on my complaint and I will either get my product delivered or they will initiate a refund within the given timeline.But they have closed my issue without even telling me and have cancelled my replacement and return.I don't think that Flipkart is being fair towards its customers first they made me wait for so many days and now they have cancelled my replacement and return and not even refunding my money. This is so unprofessional and their behaviour towards their customers is so rude .So shopping on Flipkart has become a waste of time and money, but i am not gonna accept their resolution because it is very unfair, I want my refund as soon as possible because I will not suffer because of their poor service. I'm sure that I don't wanna do this online shopping thing again on Flipkart, since they do not value their customer 's time and money this is unacceptable and so much disappointing.I am sharing the images of product i have ordered with you.                     Hi,

                    I have ordered an water prufier in Flipkart on 20th Jan 2023.I paid the amount in advance.Once the brand team came for installation, they have declared it was not working.

                    So i raised return request on 3rd Feb.Till today no called me for tech visit, but they are canceelling the return request in flipkart, Even after paying my money and also i am not able use the product after 10 days also.

                    is this the fair way to treat your customer with your policies, what will you give us the reply

                        I have requested to Flipkart to delete my account permanently, and they created 2 incidents, 1st incident (IN2301030856455596050456) they contacted me for address proof submission and I sent mail along with my details but not received any reply. Again contacted them for solution and they created new complaint (IN[protected]) on JAN-26-2023 till now no response from the team, whenever I call for solution they are saying you will receive call in next 24 hours but I am not receiving any call from the support team.

                          I have ordered 05 items on 07.01.2023 on Flipkart and the total amount of Rs. 1943 has been deducted and transferred from my phone pay account to Flipkart for Order No.OD[protected]-TX–00 with Transaction ID: T2301071835274897699825 with UTR:[protected], but order status showing pending since transaction day i.e. 07.01.2023. On repeated requests and complaints on customer care number of Flipkart, no resolution given tilldate and the raised issues are closing without intimation and my unfortunate i am helpless from Flipkart about my ordered items and the deducted money.I dnt know where is my deducted amount. Even i have raised complaint to Phonepay also and thy said that the amount already transferred to flipkart. So that I realized and believed that Flipkart cheated me and deleted my pending orders from my flipkart account also.Still waiting for justice to my deducted amount of Rs.1943/-. Please help me and punish Flipkart for their negligence and worst service please.The detailed screenshots are hereby attached for kind reference and necessary action for justice.Please Help me.

                              Hi,
                              I ordered Woodland shoes from Flipkart n size was large so I tried to replace the product but it showed an error than I closed the app n again when I opened the same it asked me to login and when I entered the credentials then it showed "Your Flipkart account has been blocked". Now they are not unblocking my account nor taking product returned. Please help. I've been following up with them from 21st January 2023.

                                Cancellation Charge incorrectly

                                I have cancelled a flight booked through Flipkart.                                 I have purchased Marq AC from flipkart in 2020. Recently, It stopped working and I have raised a claim with one assist, who provided the extended warranty. However, they rejected the claim since the invoice from flipkart has a different serial number. I have contacted flipkart to correct the invoice and they created an Incident (IN[protected]) on Jan 10th 2023. I have been following up with on the same and even today (Feb 8th) the issue stands unresolved. Flipkart support keep saying I was not reachable on the phone number, however, I have given alternative contact number and they have my email address as well. I have contact they flipkart support in twitter, but still the issue is not resolved.

                                  I am telling this day by day Flipkart is getting worst and worst no customer support on chat a while ago a Flipkart executive gave me explicit words on call today I opened Flipkart for buying redmi note 12 pro i wanted to exchange my phone for it but after a while it suddenly disappeared and they forcing my to use there sell back feature on which they were giving me very less amount according to my phone condition and mi is giving there customer extra 2000 off on exchange which Flipkart is not giving and promoting there own sell back freature when I ask for exchange it says not available in pincodes I tried many pincode it's not available in whole India but sell back is available in whole India mean think exchange is not available in a any city or any state I even tried putting Mumbai pincode and still it shows not available they are just frauding they are no giving discounts which company is providing by themselves
