    I Ambesh Kumar, raising this complain, in reference to the Order id OD[protected] det.[protected], 12:06 AM, received invoice number FAMKBT[protected] det/[protected], 11:20 AM.
    Problem: Sr. No. Mentioned in the invoice is B7LZQM3, whereas detail showing on the del support service is B7NZQM3, which is creating conflict in rendering services.

    I am continuously following up to make the correction in the invoice but, did not get proper response on time.

    please help to close the query ASAP.

        I ordered a full sleeves men’s jacket by saztori. Being a healthy person, I ordered 5XL for me. But when I received and tried the product, it was quite loose. So, I opened the Flipkart application on my phone and it logged out. I tried logging in again but it gave a prompt that your account has been suspended.
        I tried reaching customer care again and again and every single time they told me that your issue will be resolved in 3-4 days.
        It’s been around a month since then, and I can’t get back my 3, 914 rupees, nor I can wear that jacket.

          I ordered a shoe from flipkart and received it on 23rd Jan, but it didn't come with the tag. I placed a replacement order on the same day citing the same reason since I didn't trust the product and was assured by the customer care that I will receive the replacement.

          On the exchange day, the wishmaster or the delivery person said he can't take the product without the tag (which I didn't receive in the first place) and give me the replacement l. I called customer care and they said to place a new return request with the appropriate reason 'tag missing'. But the wishmaster said the same thing again.

          Delivery person needs the reason 'tag missing' or he can't take it and flipkart now says that the product is 'F-assured' with 6 levels of quality checks and that means it did ship with a tag with UNDENIABLE CERTAINTY. And if there is no tag, I am responsible for it. Ultimately they refused to replace and then refund. I spent 1 hour today on call with 3 different customer care executives. I had to explain same thing to each one of them. They said they can't do anything about it.

          The return request was approved yesterday and was picked up in the evening. I received the refund amount at night. I talked to like 11 different customer care executives through their toll free number 18002029898, sent countless mails and then they picked up the shoe finally after a week. Don't back down if you are right. They send shoe without tags and then claim it can't happen. Make sure to make a video when you are unboxing.

          I called them again and the customer care executive said this time there will be no problem in pickup. And if I face any issue, to email back. But it was denied again. I emailed them back but now they aren't replying to my emails.

          So I talked to another customer care executive on 30th Jan who placed a return request AGAIN which is pending approval. They asked me Aadhar id and photos of the product and packaging yesterday and I did as instructed. No response so far, return window will close on 2nd February.

          I ordered another shoe, and I filmed it while unboxing. It doesn't have the Mrp tag again, although there is nothing wrong with the shoe itself.

              I made the payment before the delivery through the link in Flipkart application but the delivery partner asked to pay the amount again since it is not updated in his mobile, so I repeated the payment through the scanning the UPI given by the delivery partner. So I request to refund the excess amount paid as fast as possible.

                Hi,

                I requested for my account deletion because I wanted to update the current number in my old account. I have been requesting Flipkart customer care since December but no resolution has been given. every time I am connecting they are saying email the details and someone will connect I am fed up with this same process again and again kindly help here.
                Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                Yeah, they said it's not possible to link one number with another account even if you were to delete the previous account entirely. Now when I call, they ask my email everytime since my number isn't linked to the account I use. 🤡
                It has not been resolved yet.

                  I added a gift card last year and forget to use the balance amount. I did not received any message/ notification for my wallet money to expired. I see there is no amount in my ewallet now. I checked with flipkart customer care they said that your money got expired without any intimation.
                  Kindly refund or extend my ewallet money.

                      I ordered a pair of shoes from Flipkart on 7/1/2023. It was of brand puma and I paid Rs2474 for it. However, on 9/1/2023, I received the order but the shoes were of a different brand and not what I ordered. I raised the return request but got canceled again and again. Finally, it got approved but the pick-up agent denied to take the shoes as they were not the same as shown in the picture on the website(this was an issue of ours also for which we raised the return but the customer executive didn't mention it in the description to be followed during pick-up). Later, we email the Flipkart grievance team but received no response from them as well. today on 18/01/2023 around 8:15 PM, my sister called customer care after they blocked my account. She had a conversation with executive Mr. Aman but he said he cannot help and she asked to escalate the call to a senior person. Senior Customer Executive Mr. Prashant got this escalation but he said he can't do anything as it does not come under him

                        Just ordered an iPhone 13 from Flipkart, and after the payment was done, the screen went back to "Your cart is empty!" screen. Did not get any order confirmation via email, mobile number or even on the website. However, money has been deducted from my account. Customer care numbers are too busy to get a call in, and there seems to be no other way to contact them.

I contacted their customer support team They created return request but refund not received.really suffering and harassing. Please take immediate action on it and refunded my money immediately.
