My concern is about the “return request for my product which is not been return till now when i given the return request all the 3times flipkart/ seller has been cancelled my return request from the lockdown time i am waiting for the resolution of my product my product value is rs 32, 995 whenever i am calling to flipkart customer care they saying we will create a new request through our back end team they will call you and they will initiate a refund request once your product pickup succefully.
You will receive your money and my product name is casio g530 g-shock (Gwn-1000b-1bdr0 analog –digital watch as i am mentioneing my order is od[protected] different model received and colour also different as my product value is huge amount stucked through your company atleast from last 3 months
I am continuously contacting you but same reply from you same copy paste messege from you atlease listen to my concern ur is that “ we have send email to u “ “our system detect number of return “ i would like to inform you sir in my account there is no email id registered how can i get the reply in mail whenever
I am calling customer care they are saying that wait for 72hrs for the help our team will get back to you they will call you on your registerd number and email id but as i informed you no body is responding and atleast no one acknowledge about my concern today i am writing here because i cannot effort this much money for your company it is normal matter for you but i cannot bear this loss i request you to raise a new reurn request for the product please unblock my account and provide my money i request you to call me on my registered number for the return request and please don’t send me the same copy paste reply that is number of returns first you can check my account whenever raise return request all the times cancelled and it is not my mistake customer have rights to return the product when peoduct having problem from last, march month every time you are giving me time for the resolution now till the date my product is not been returned i request you to arrange refund for my product' please flipkart don’t do fraud with me' as i cannot effort that much loss for your company & seller it is normal but incase of mine its very expensive i cannot bear the loss i request you to talk with the seller of the product and iniate a new request and refund my money i am completely harassed just because of my product is not been return all the three times refund or return cancelled from your end and i am mentioneing the details i don’t want this wrong product with me anymore due to covid 19 i understand the situation i am also suffering financial crises as your team said we will create a new request from the lockdown time they said current we closed pickups because of corona our service are stop for a while and even in application also mentions services are stop once we resume will will definately pickup your item"
Please team look into my concern and provide my money in a priority bases.
