I am very sorry to say that I had faced a very bad service from Flipkart.
I don't expect this kind of treatment from an eCommerce company like Flipkart.
I am asking for my basic right. How can Flipkart deny the same. ?
I am facing issues with Sound, Hanging and heating problems on the mobile which I received as a replacement of my order.
So I raise the request for a refund.
As I expect a proper resolution from Flipkart, you guys black listed my account and blocked it by saying that I had done more returns.
I am also working on eCommerce solutions. I assist many companies like Amazon, Noon, Walmart, Goodbasket etc for the entire globe.
As I know 35% of the online orders will be returned in India because of various reasons. This business will work like that only.
As a marketplace you didn't lose anything from the return. All these things I know, Still I expect a proper resolution from the Flipkart end.
As we recommend, Flipkart should be the number 1 market place in india. Because of these type of attitude towards customer interest will backfire on you on the journey forward.
So I again request you to unblock my account and return the defect product as an exception.
I am planning to buy many things on the Big Billion day sale.
Hope you can understand the feeling of a loyal customer of Flipkart and will do the necessary action for my complaint.

Hope I will get the resolution for the below mentioned issues.
1. Unblocking of my Flipkart account - (Mobile No : [protected])
2. Return request process of last bought mobile (Order ID: OD[protected] realme X7 Max (Milky Way, 256 GB))
3. I need to use my gift vouchers lying in the account worth Rs. 6005/-
4. I ordered a mobile sim try by paying Rs. 248/- (It is yet to deliver, at that time the account blocked - I so loose that money too)
All the 4 issues I need resolution form Flipkart side.
