    On 18th September 2021 I ordered a Boat
    bluetooth headphone worth Rs. 1899 from
    Flipkart, and I received the package on 19th
    September 2021 when I opened the outer
    package I saw that There was 2 seal in the
    main product package, after opening the main
    product package I saw that the product was
    missing in the package and when I raised a
    complaint about it to the company. They
    rejected my refund request saying that "We would
    like to let you know that your return request
    could not be fulfilled by the seller as their courier
    partner has confirmed delivery of the item in
    your order with order id
    OD[protected] with the product
    being intact." And more over they blocked my
    Flipkart Account without mentioning anything so
    that I cannot contact the customer service for
    help and take any further step. Please kindly
    help me In this incident.

        I've ordered food colour from Flipkart, and order has came to delivery boys 3 days before and he called and told me "your parcel will reach today" but even after 3 days he didn't delivered, and when I asked him today he talked so rudly .

          Dear Sir/Madam,
          I, Mr. Bhawanishankar B. Kumawat, ordered a laptop (OD[protected] on 16 sept, 2021 at almost 95% discount which costed me 1900 rs and I received the message that it will be delivered on 25 sept 2021. But after 3-4 hours I received a message that my order has been cancelled by the seller (without my intention) reason was shown that Product is out of stock. But when i checked it was still available in stock but at a price of 45, 514 rs now. So I immediately contacted the customer care to find the actual reason but your customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Your executives used to pick my call, listen to the whole situation and then keep my call on hold for 10 minutes and then cut the call at the end without even informing me. This happened with me 8 to 10 times (I have all the call recordings). This was a total mental Harassment.
          Now in a new mail it was said that I have to order a new product again for 45, 514 rs and get a difference amount in form of flipkart gift card after delivery is over. As we all know flipkart gift card can be used only for purchase on flipkart. So in short You want me to pay 45, 514 in cash for new order and again i have to do shopping of 43000 in gift card purchase, So total shopping will be of almost 88, 000 which is a clear business model. And again in a new mail you disapproved this also.
          Here comes the main issue, Flipkart has given me 3 different reasons of why my order was cancelled. I never expected such mismanagement from a E commerce Giant like Flipkart.
          1.First they said your order was cancelled bcoz it was out of stock (which is of course a lie bcoz it was in stock all the time and even now)
          2.Then I received a mail in the morning stating that it was cancelled due to an unexpected constraint faced by the seller and you are eligible for difference amount gift card
          3. Again in a new mail stating a new reason that seller has listed the price incorrectly due to an unforeseen error and i will get refund of only my 1900 rs paid online.
          {I have attached screenshots of all the three reasons below.}

          Then at last one of your executive listened to my whole situation and he said the same thing that I have to order a new laptop and difference amount will be given in flipkart gift card which I didn't accepted and I told him to transfer my call to the superior but he kept my call on hold 2-3 times and then after discussing it with someone he finally told me that your 1900 will be refunded and the difference amount i.e (45, 514-1, 900) will be transferred in my flipkart wallet so that I can order a new laptop (time stamp 27:50 in the call recording attached below). I confirmed it 4-5 times and he said that difference amount will be transferred. But when I am confirming it with your other executives they have no clue about it. {I am attaching the whole call recording of 36 minutes in this mail}

          So, at last what I want is that either you deliver the product for the amount I paid at first or transfer the difference amount in my bank account or in form of gift card. Or else I will have to follow the legal way. also pay reasonable compensation for all these mental harrassments.
          When a customers orders something at Flipkart it's an implied promise by the flipkart to deliver the product, they can not cancel it without customer's consent. Secondly I was given false information about the reason why it was cancelled which is not expected from such company. Then your executive has told me that compensation will be given to me.

          I am also attaching the link of similar cases which has been registered before by others where pure justice was given by the court, I expect the same in my case also.

              Ordered Apple AirPods with Charging Case Bluetooth Headset with Mic on 29th July, 2021 at a cost of Rs 11, 490 from Seller LLPSCA listed on Flipkart App. Order ID is OD[protected]. Order was delivered on 2nd August but instead of Apple Airpods, realme Buds 2 was delivered. Raised a return/refund for the product rightaway. Its been over a month now and yet there is no update on the issue. The backend team has asked for photo IDs, which was also provided within time. The team has not updated with the status yet and the resolution date keeps on shifting. First it was set to 4th Aug, then 18th Aug, then 20th Aug, then 24th Aug, then 30th Aug and now it is 8th Sep, 2021. Recently they have agreed for Refund and the wrong product is picked up, but till now 3 times Wishmaster has come for product pickup but wishmaster are not updated that he has to pickup wrong product and brand and all 3 times pickup is denied.

                Hi Team,

                I have placed the order for HP 15s Core i3 11th Gen - (8 GB/512 GB SSD/Windows 10 Home) 15s-FQ2072TU Thin and Light Laptop (15.6 inch, Jet Black, 1.69 kg, With MS Office) on Thu, 16th Sep and it was cancelled by the flipkart by giving me excuse that Since the item went out of stock, it was cancelled. Than after i go there chat support and they confirmed me that i can place a fresh order and they will add the difference amount gift voucher in my flipkart account.

                But than i received a call from flipkart associate and now he is denying that they will not be able to compensate against this. Request you to please help me to get the resolution. I need this product urgently.

                  I had ordered a mode by red tape shoe from flipkart 1st august 2021, as the product was not expected so i got that returned by 8th august 21.as per flipkart refund initiated by them 27th aug but that not reflected on my account as i sent them my account statement also.after that flipkart close that case and they are not looking this matter to get my refund back.

This been informed to the service provider and flipkart and confirmed that the amount will be refunded. But now it is informed the case has been closed without providing any refund. This is purely cheating and not able to contact flipkart on the same.

                      I ordered a Dell Laptop from Flipkart on 5-Aug-2021. After a few days, i noticed that the hinge of the product makes creaking noise. It is also uneven. Since the laptop was in refund period, i contacted flipkart and ask them to take back the product and refund me or give me another replacement of the same one. Flipkart goes through the process of closing the issue after doing some checks. This happened (closing the issue) 5 times now. This is utterly irritating behavior from Flipkart. It has been more than 2 months and nothing happening about it.

                        My name is Nishkarsh Tripathi, I am from Moradabad.
                        I purchased a laptop on 11th of Sep, 2021 and on 12th of Sep, 2021 flipkart delivered me a dead laptop and immediately I placed a return request. Then flipkart customer care called me and said "A technician will visit your place for verification before 16th of Sep, 2021." On 14th of Sep, 2021 I received the contact details of technician, I called him and asked when he would be visting my place on which he said "Today I don't have time I'll tell you tomorrow" .I waited till next day evening then I again called him to ask the same thing on which he replied "I don't have your request go and call flipkart, don't argue with me". I called flipkart and they told me to wait till 16th of Sep, 2021. Today is 18th of Sep, 2021 still no technician visited my place and flipkart again extended technician visit to 22nd of Sep, 2021. I am not able to do my office work because of all this, all my saving of Rs.1.03L has been taken by seller and i am sitting with this dead laptop, waiting for technician since last 5 days. Above all this there is no possible way to raise a complaint against the technician as he is misbehaving with me on each and every call. Flipkart is again and again marking all my issues as resolved by themselves but I am facing the same problem since last week. They are wasting my precious time in a hope that I'll cancel the return. All my funds are blocked because of which I am not able purchase another laptop from some other place. Please help me get a replacement or refund so that this mental torture gets over and I can resume my work.

                                On 19.01.2020 I ordered Acer Swift 3 (order id:-OD[protected] worth Rs.44990 from flipkart and got deliverd on 05.02.2020. I received a damaged product(having keypad issues) and replaced so replaced it. Flipkart sent me another product replacing that one. It was okay till I discovered that I recieved an used refurbished product even after replacing from Flipkart. I was facing issue with my charging port and I raised to customer self service in Acer website at (https://customercare.acer-apac.com/). I put my SNID no.
                                ( NXHBJSI00193701D7B7200 ) of my laptop and discovered that it was purchased on 19.09.2019 ( which is 5 months before my invoice date) and my warranty expired on 19.09.2020 which should be 05.02.2021 (as of 1 yr warranty). I am disappointed with Flipkart regarding this scam.They are selling the used laptops to the customers . I want a full compensation for the scam and i want this issue to be solved. Please give my money back Flipkart. I wont pay you for an old product. Please take back the laptop. I will take legal step for it and will visit consumer court if my issue isn't solved.

                                The day I posted about the above issue on consumer complaints I received a call around 7:50 am the very next day on 19.09.2021 from [protected] stating that it's from Flipkart. I got the call on the no. that is related to the above mentioned order and the person who is interacting with me about the issue knows all the details for the above order. At first, I believed him coz he already knew about the same issue and was ready to help me with replacement and refund. Then I was asked to install Anydesk app from PlayStore and was told to share the id with him. I also did that. Further I was told to share the bank details of mine related to the order for the refund. Then I realized that I was going to be scamed by him. Then I argued and denied to share my personal details with him and after that he understood that I caught him. And after saying some bad slangs he cut the phone. I was surprised how he got the details about my order and the related phone no. with it as it is only accessible by Flipkart only. Please look into the matter for this issue coz I think it was internally done by Flipkart. I will go with legal procecution in the consumer court about this issue also if my personal data is being shared with the 3rd party. Gradually Im losing my interest to shop with Flipkart. Kindly look into it.

                                    I have bought a DEYANN Men Kurta and Patiala Set from flipkart which was ordered on[protected] and I have raised a return request for it on 8th sept., 2021 and pickup deadling was 15th sept. 2021. 15th sept. they have not pickup my item and cancelled my return request. I again called customer care for the same and they have raised return request again but still it is not picked up yet and when i am calling them to picked up my item they are giving excuses. Please help me out to pickup my item and get return from flipkart.

                                      my order without any confirmation from me asking me to place a new order on the site again thay say they will pay the difference amount in the form of giftcard if i purchase it again in the next 7 days but when i asked them to assure me that u will definitely pay me the amount they failed to do that and now they are directly giving a reply that they will refund my money (price difference at the time of buying) and i had a lot of orders which they cancelled stating different reasons of out of stock / losting prolems seller problem etc etc please help me in this matter
