Flipkart — return request no feedback and closed 3 times

Address: safa kirana store., milli colony.safa masjid, Osmanabad, Maharashtra, 413501

Please check order no on attached photos. I sent return request because of quality issues and faulty item. Flipkart has closed that request without any intimation saying they are not able to reach or search my home, though flipkart has delivered 15 items on same address.
