[Resolved]  Flipkart — return request not accepting of my delivered product whether return policy exists.

Don't but any products in Flipkart.

I had worst experience ever when I purchased a sling bag from there which was not looking good and worthy as per the price. Not able to put my files in it.
Trying to returning it after deliver but seller wants customer's money only.
From the delivered time, I am raising return request every day but seller rejects my return request every time without any confirmation and put my return request closed.

Till 30 days return policy, I will try to raise return request every day. But I don't expect my resolution.

When you raise any return request then it gives message as:
"We will contact you within 72 hrs to clarify your request. Please note your request will be accepted only if it falls within the flipkart return policy. Refund of Rs.XXX.0 will be added to your Original payment mode within 3 business days (Bank holidays not included) after pick up is completed."

After 24 hrs message comes from flipkart as:
We're sorry. We are unable to process your refund request.

Then ticket will be closed. This continuous process will going on till 30 days return policy. So don't expect any return resolution from their end.
Flipkart doesn't take intermediate to help customer for returning of this product. Helpless customer care.
Very bad process started by flipkart. No easy return policy now.
Now its very risky to shopping in Flipkart.
Customer frustrates and seller & flipkart enjoys.
Need to take action on this seller.

Future customers, please be aware of this return policy in flipkart for this product and other's also.
If you purchase any product then you can't return that item anymore.
