I have ordered for a sofaset on 4th oct, 2019 from my mobile no. [protected]. The 1st due date was 28th oct, 2019. On 28th oct, 2019 they postponed the delivery date to 4th nov, 2019. Again on 4th nov, 2019 they postponed the delivery date to 11th nov, 2019. This time i contacted customer care and asked them to initiate refund if not delivered within the due date. On 11th nov, 2019, customer care executive informed that they are unable to cancel the order now and hence opened a ticket in their system and told that issue will be resolved within 24-48 hours. Now even after 48 hrs, the refund is not yet initiated. Pls advise whether i should move to consumer court for the refund or is there any other grievance redressal system of flipkart where i can approach for the necessary refund.
