Have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number [protected]. Few months ago i lost my mobile number.

The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart accout

I have created a flipkart account using my mobile number used that account for some days now I have deactivated it and now I need to update the old mobile number in another person account instead of her number here I found that my deactivated account number does not update it shows error please help me to resolve this problem

    I bought a watch on flipkart. It is not good. Return request has been raised, but it canceled by seller.. Doing so four times, the seller canceled my return request four times. Then my flipart accout blocked by flipkart. I called to customer care. They answerd as "we'd like to let you know that your recent request has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account"..

      I have placed an order on 6.11.2019 for campus sutra full sleeve and my order id is od[protected].

      Yesterday delivery boy called to me and he said that he is on my destination as i placed the order for my office address i. E on 2nd floor of a building. When i ask to the delivery boy come on the 2nd floor he denied. Than after sometime some one called to me and she told to me that she will resolve my problem.
      But today i got a mail that i my order has cancelled without any confirmation & consultation.
      This is a very bad policy, this is not a right way to solve any problem.

        I bought two product from flipkart one is sparx sandal and another one is realme c2 phone. I got the used sandal first time and then i applied for replacement and then they delivered me the right product and after some days i got my second order which was realme c2 phone and then i put a replacement request to flipkart and then they arranged me a technician visit in which technician name was nilesh ingole he came to my house i told me the issue which i was facing and initially he said i will your feedback and he left after that i found my return request is cancelled and then i called that technician guys and asked him why it is showing me this then he told me that your product is all ok and he cant solve my issue and made a fake report and after that i raised complaint so many time to flipkart but noone is ready to listen me please help me out with this

          I have ordered a mi led tv 43" from flipkart on 30 sep. They have approved and shipped the order very soon and also product reached the delivery centre on 4th oct. The product delivery was handed over to gati courier. Gati courier even took that product out for delivery 3 times on 12th, 18th and 19th of oct but the delivery agent didn't even call once. When i called flipkart customer care executive they said that we don't provide courier service agent phone number. They also said that we will try to resolve your problem and took lot of time not once not twice many times but today is 13th of nov till now they have not delivered my product. They even cancelled the extended warranty of 2 years from seller end on that same product. I just want that they must deliver my product within 2-3 days. As the product is not small it might get damaged and they will not take the responsibility of damage we can't go and receive my product on my own.

              I have ordered an item from my mobile number [protected] bearing online order no. Od[protected] on 15/10/2019 and the expected time of delivery is 30/10/2019. On 30/10/2019 the website send an sms regarding the delivery of item is delayed and it will be delivered on 04/11/2019. Again on 04/11/2019, they send an sms that the aforesaid item is delivered in 08/11/2019. Again of 08/11/2019 they said the item is delivered on 12/11/19. Again on 19/11/2019 they said the item is delivered on 18/11/19.
              Kindly let us know whether any other grievances option is available in flipkart or i will go to consumer court. An early action in this regard is highly appreciable.

                We have ordered few items in flipkart through online payment... As per ur flipkart rule. The delivery boy should give door delivery... Incase if we r not in city then the delivery boy should submit out delivered product to security guard... Btt today we r in home... Flipkart delivery boy didn't deliver our item to our home... I have recieved msg that ur product is delivered.. How come it is possible... Immediately i called to that delivery boy... He talked to me in a reckless manner that he called me several times btt i didn't recieve his call... I went to our security guard and asked him regarding our delivered product as we have mygate app... So our security guard showed me in cc cam that the particular deliver boy scanned qr code of our item outside our apartment... He didn't even come inside and gave our item to security boy.. How come this flipkart delivery boys will show this hectic behaviour with flipkart customers... This is not first time before also we had this issues with flipkart delivery boys... I have raised so many complaints against flipkart and flipkart executives had resolved that particular issue... I hope this raised complaint against delivery boy should be taken seriously

                  I ordered redmi k20 pro on rs 22999 on 1 october but when package came to me on 11th october it was redmi note 7s of rs8999 in that package. So i informed them and told my situation and even sent them photo of package and all. They initiated replacement and pick up but when on 19th october wish master came, he rejected to pick up the product saying that it is expensive product and for to pick this up we didn't get any email specifically saying that we have to pick up redmi note 7s and deliver k20 pro. So i raised a complaint about it then after i told my situation to another customer care executive and he gave me assurance that it will not happened again and filed replacement request again. After that on 30th october again wish master came and rejected to pick up the wrong product giving me same thing and saying same thing that we did not get email saying to pick redmi note 7s and deliver redmi k20 pro.

                  My problem is not resolved. Today on 11th november wishmaster again refused to replace and pick up my product. It is 3rd time wish master refused me by giving me same excuse he gave me from last 2 times.
                  He said that it is case of expensive product and flipkart didn't send us any confirmation email saying to pick up redmi note 7s (Which i didnt order, flipkart sent it to me instead of sending me redmi k20 pro) and deliver redmi k20pro (For which i have paid 23000rs), so we can not pick up your redmi note 7s as it will be our personal responsibility because flipkart didn't send us confirmation email.

                  I have been given this excuse since 19th october which was 1st time flipkart tried to pick up and replace. And since then its been 20 days my right product couldn't be delivered.

                  I ordered it on 1st october and it is 11th november it has been 40 days. Flipkart failed to resolve my problem.

                  Now i dont have any trust on flipkart and their customers support team and its seller. I want them to refund money because it caused me mental stress for 30days and i dont trust them and i do not want to buy any products from them.

                      I have ordered for a sofaset on 4th oct, 2019 from my mobile no. [protected]. The 1st due date was 28th oct, 2019. On 28th oct, 2019 they postponed the delivery date to 4th nov, 2019. Again on 4th nov, 2019 they postponed the delivery date to 11th nov, 2019. This time i contacted customer care and asked them to initiate refund if not delivered within the due date. On 11th nov, 2019, customer care executive informed that they are unable to cancel the order now and hence opened a ticket in their system and told that issue will be resolved within 24-48 hours. Now even after 48 hrs, the refund is not yet initiated. Pls advise whether i should move to consumer court for the refund or is there any other grievance redressal system of flipkart where i can approach for the necessary refund.

                        I bought one samsung refrigerator (Order id-od[protected] from flipkart on big billion day 2019. On 4th of october i bought. I received the product on 11th october. I found the product faulty i. E overheating issue was there. I requested for refund. They gave me a date i. E 24th october is the maximum date they will pick up. I waited for 24th october no one came and no one even called. I complained to the customer care and they extended the date to 29th october. I waited for 29th october no one came and no one even called. I complained to the customer care and they again extended the date to 11th november. Again on 11th november no can came to receive. Again they are giving me 15th november date. I am fully frustrated. The product price is rs 11000/-. Its a very big amount for me. I saved this money to buy. But i got faulty now no one is listen to me, they are not even taking their product. Daily i am calling them still i have not got any help from them. They are cheaters. Can any one help me please. I am in too much of frustration. I don't have any other options except to go to consumer court. Invoice is attached. Flipkart is my worst choice.

                          I have ordered boat aavante sound bar 2000 160 w on 12 oct 2019 while flipkart sale is going on and the seller has cancelled my order without intimation. When i contacted customer support they said to me to reorder the product and i have ordered the same product on 30 oct 2019 and i have pre paid for the product and again same thing has happened seller has cancelled my order. When i contacted customer support they are not providing information regarding it and just saying it's not by ourside it has done by seller. I have ordered in flipkart till delivery of the product it has to be taken care and when i contacted customer service i tried to talk with manager but the customer service said to be hold for a while and directly they have disconnected my call. So i have placed 4 orders of the same product that i can get anyone of them but the same thing is happening i need to raise a complaint against flipkart

                          I have ordered boat aavante sound bar 2000 160 w on 12 Oct 2019 while Flipkart sale is going on with the price of 7500 i have a conversation with customer service and i asked for price adjustment because of cancellation of my order without intimation and i need to get that product and there is no solution from Flipkart and i have reordered the same product on 30 Oct 2019 at a price of 8999 and i got discount of 10% from hdfc bank for pre-paid the seller has cancelled my order again and i have placed 4 products to different locations so that i can get anyone of them actually i am trying to get the same product since 1 month please take serious action against the Flipkart regarding the issue

Although i was initiate return 6 times but it was rejected by seller. The escalated team is so pathetic as they resolved issue 2 times only in his mind and tell us issue resolved (Without any comments). So pls take your product as soon as possible otherwise i have to take legal action as fast as possible. And also leak out this into electronic media.

                                unable to login into my seller account

                                I am unable to login into my account although i tried for multiple times.
                                But there is falling error of "something went wrong please try again"

                                So please let us know what is the reason behind this?
                                When will be able to get login into my account and will get start work there.

                                This is case of cheating by flipkart in which they have picked a wrong product during return and inspite of my repeated complaints even to his ceo is not returning back my product. Order id: od[protected]. Product picked was kent egg boiler worth rs1034 against actual product - axe signature intense perfume body spray - for men worth rs 130. Their pick up agent (Mob no-[protected]) didnot revealed from which company he came for pick up and which product he wants to pick up and took away wrong product. On realising this cheating when we called him he stopped taking calls. When we filed a complaint to flipkart against the same they acknowledged their agent mistake but denied to return back my product and refunded me only rs 130. As per flipkart return policy they will refund amount once they receive original product in same packaging post verification but in this case when they realised a product worth 8 times of returned product has been received by them they cheated me by refunding amount of rs 130 without adhering to laid down policy. Actual product which was to be returned is still with me only. Post complaints their delivery agent visited my place and acknowledged the fact that he took a wrong product and same is with flipkart seller. But now they dont want to return back my product. Please take corrective action against the company and help me get my product in working condition back

                                So you mean to say you, your seller and your courier has license -daaka dalne ka. You are accepting that you had taken a wrong product but still not returning it. And how your return was completed without taking back original product.
