Subject: Request for Immediate Resolution of Return and Refund Issue

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding the return of a Woodland loafer that I recently purchased.
On delivery, the field executive opened the box, confirmed the item matched the order, and handed it over to me. Due to a size issue, I initiated a return the next day. The same delivery person collected the item but returned it later, claiming the box lacked an article number. On his advice, I contacted customer care and raised another return request.
However, the second delivery attempt to collect the return also failed, citing the same reason. Today, after explaining the situation to your customer care executive, I was told the return cannot be processed due to company policies.
This is unacceptable. The article number issue was not caused by me, and I cannot be held accountable for lapses in the delivery or packaging process. If the box initially lacked an article number, the product should not have been delivered. If it was tampered with after delivery, the delivery executive must be held accountable.
I request your immediate intervention to process the return and refund at the earliest. I trust Flipkart to uphold its service standards, as I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years.
Please address this matter urgently.
